Abstract

PSDKP Unit Pekalongan is one of the public organizations that provides services, hence this factor affected PSDKP Unit performance towards the fishers entrepreneur. The purposes of study were to find out PSDKP Unit Pekalongan’s performance, analyze PSDKP Unit services quality towards fishing entrepeneur satifaction in PSDKP Unit Pekalongan and to analyze the research result to find solution from the problem that faced by the Satker PSDKP Pekalongan. The reseach method used in this reseach was descriptive method, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling by the number of samples taken 30 respondents. Data analysis methods used are Servqual Analysis and Cartesian Diagram. The result from the fishing’s services quality research were 79,40%. Servqual score analysis can be seen that expectation is 1472, while the perception is 1176, so that the Servqual score that can be obtained was -296. Cartesian Diagram analysis showed that power responsiveness dimension is in A quadrant it meant become first priority, empathy dimension in B quadrant it meant maintain performance, direct evidence dimension in C quadrant was inlow priority and reliability and assurance dimension in D quadrant was in overcome priority.

Abstract

Tuna jacket in appliance assist handling at the time of tuna caught with fishing rod postpone which attached or utilized by fish-hook time of fishing rod postpone capture target fish hooking, functioning as a means of protector or eaten of haul fish to be preyed or eaten by other fish and tie down peripatetic capture fish to be quickly become death.Purpose of this research is to know and analyse influence of usage of appliance assist in the form of tuna jacket to time withdrawal of fish haul of tuna and know difference of tuna haul by using optometry fish between number 2 and number 5. Method which used in this research that is eksperimental because data not yet been obtained and not yet made available so that variable to be measured have to be awakened its data pass attempt, observation to new data can be run after conducted the attempt.Result of from method of experimental obtained bydata which to show that caught fish use tuna jacket can be pulled with short meter if compared to if without using appliance assist the because [at] appliance assist the tuna jacket can close tuna gill fin in order not to be open so that gill moment closed hence fish incapable of breathing and will quickly weaken easier so that for haul. While for the difference of fishing rod eye don't have influence because its true result of which got much the same to.

Abstract

Nizam Zachman Ocean Fishery Port Jakarta (PPSNZJ) is the center of fishing activities in Jakarta. This is supported by the location of its strategic location that has the potential to own a good fhishery resources. As Indonesia entered the ara of decentralization, each district is required to be able to support their own region to optimize the full potential of the area both real and non real sector. Therefore, in the fisheries sector, built Nizam Zachman Jakarta Ocean Fishery Port (PPSNZJ). The study aims to determinate the condition of facilities, to analyze the level of optimization, and analyze appropriate strategies to be applied in the development of PPSNZJ with current condition. The method used in this study was descriptive sampling and purposive sampling analysis of the utilization rate of facilities and SWOT analysis were used in this study. The result obtained that the existing facilities at the Nizam Zachman Jakarta Ocean Fishery Port (PPSNZJ) was still good condition and still proper to use, with the cruise line utilization rate 87%, 96% harbor pool, pier 110%, 129% TPI. From these result could be concluded than the optimization of basic facilities and fully functional facilities have not been utilized optimally. While the result obtained from the application of SWOT analysis S-O strategy (Strength-Opportunity) which means that the strategy in its application to use force to take advantage of an opportunity.
