Abstract

This study is motivated by the rapid growth of digital transformation that significantly impacts financial management, especially in small businesses and organizations. However, many users still rely on manual recording or applications that are not integrated with real-time data visualization features, resulting in delayed decision-making and limited data utilization. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a mobile-based digital financial management application equipped with data visualization and automatic financial reporting features. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with an Agile development model, which includes requirement analysis, system design using UML, application implementation, and system testing using Black Box Testing. Data were collected through literature studies and observations of existing financial management issues. The results show that the developed application is able to simplify transaction recording, present financial data in informative visual formats, and generate automatic financial reports. In addition, the system functions properly based on functional testing results. In conclusion, the mobile-based digital financial management application can improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability in financial management.

Abstract

The development of information technology drives digital transformation in educational administration. At SMK IT Al-Junaediyah, letter management is still manual, leading to recording errors, difficulty in searching for archives, and delays in reporting. This study aims to design and implement a mobile-based letter administration application to improve archiving effectiveness. The method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using Flutter (Dart) and SQLite for offline storage. Black Box testing results show that all main features function with a 100% success rate in the test scenario, archive search time is reduced from an average of 2–5 minutes to <5 seconds, and report generation is automated. In conclusion, the mobile application can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of letter management.

Abstract

Drug inventory management is an important aspect of pharmacy operations that requires high accuracy and precision. At Jalur Farma Clinic Pharmacy, Sukabumi City, stock opname activities are still conducted manually using stock cards, Microsoft Excel, and Word, causing recording errors, delayed reporting, and stock discrepancies. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based drug stock opname application to improve inventory management efficiency. The system development method used is Waterfall, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using Android Studio with Kotlin programming language, PHP backend, and MySQL database. Main features include dashboard, medicine data management, stock in/out transactions, barcode-based stock opname, discrepancy audit, and PDF/Excel report export. The results indicate that the application improves stock opname speed, reduces recording errors, and generates real-time reports automatically. This system is expected to enhance operational efficiency at Jalur Farma Clinic Pharmacy.

Abstract

The manual attendance system currently implemented in many schools is inefficient and prone to fraud, requiring digital transformation to improve the accuracy and transparency of student attendance data. This study aims to design and build a QR Code-based student attendance system accessible via mobile devices to replace conventional attendance recording. This study uses the waterfall system development method, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The application was developed using the Flutter, with system feasibility testing utilizing the Black Box Testing method involving main functional scenarios. The test results show that all application functionalities run perfectly without functional obstacles, where the system is able to record QR Code scans automatically, match student identities, and save them directly into a centralized database. In conclusion, this QR Code-based attendance system has proven effective in cutting administrative recording time, minimizing data recapitulation errors, and disciplining students through accurate recording.

Abstract

The management of incoming and outgoing mail is a crucial part of office administration, including at the Regional Secretariat of Sukabumi Regency. Currently, the process of recording and archiving letters is often still conducted conventionally, which poses risks such as delays in data retrieval and potential damage to physical documents. This study aims to develop a mobile-based mail management application named SiSuMaker (Sistem Surat Masuk dan Keluar). The application was developed using the Dart programming language with the Flutter framework and a permanent data storage system. Key features include profile management, data input for incoming and outgoing mail, and automatic data recapitulation to facilitate real-time archive monitoring. The results of this development are expected to improve efficiency, data security, and the speed of information access in mail management within the local government environment.

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly transformed library management systems from manual to digital systems that are more efficient. The problem at SDN CBM Dewi Sartika Sukabumi is that the book borrowing process is still conducted manually, leading to issues such as data loss, recording errors, and difficulty in tracking book availability. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based book borrowing information system using Flutter to improve library service effectiveness. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The system was developed using Flutter as a framework and SQLite as a local database. The results show that the system can facilitate book data management, borrowing, returning, and automatic fine calculation. In conclusion, the implementation of this system improves efficiency and accuracy in school library services.

Abstract

The budgeting process for goods procurement at PT. Dhimas Mitra Internasional is currently still carried out conventionally, which often results in delays in data synchronization and budget validation. This study aims to develop a mobile application that can manage budgeting data in an integrated and real-time manner. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and system development using the Waterfall model. The system is designed with UML diagrams and implemented using mobile programming languages. The research results show that this application is able to accelerate the process from submission to approval of goods procurement budgets. With the mobile-based system, management can carry out monitoring and decision-making more efficiently without being bound by space and time.
