Abstract

This study examined the effects of Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), dividends, and stock prices on stock returns. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sample in the study amounted to 9 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which had gone public before the research period. Types of secondary data in the form of financial statements issued by the company. Data collection techniques in the form of documentary methods and literature studies. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis and path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The classic assumption test is used to test whether the linear regression model has a classic assumption problem. This research is based on Markowitz's theory and signaling theory.The results showed that the regression model did not have the classic assumption problem. As well as the results of research on ROE, EPS, and dividends partially or simultaneously affect stock prices. And ROE, EPS, dividends, and stock prices simultaneously influence stock returns. And the results of the path analysis state ROE, EPS, and dividends through stock prices affect stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-trust and customer loyalty variables. The population is all of the KAI Access mobile application users in Semarang, using a sampling technique sampling pusposive to 100 respondents. The type of this research is explanatory researchThe analysis that is used is path analysis, where previously the validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple regression analysis, and significance test (t test and sobel test). The result of the study shows that e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-trust and customer loyalty have positive effects on the customer loyalty. Based on the path analysis, it shows that e-service quality variable can affect the customer loyalty variable can have a greater effect by means of e-satisfaction and e-trust variables first. So that, it can be said that e-satisfaction and etrust variables are an intervening variable between e-service quality and customer loyalty variables. Based on these results, there are several suggestions that can be done by KAI Access; namely pay attention to the stability of the KAI Access application server and the company is expected to be able to maintain the quality of the application server, and be able to meet consumer needs.

Abstract

This research was aims to determine how to improve employee competency on PT. Sandang Asia Maju Abadi through job training to improve employee performance. The  frame in this study to use the ADDIE Model which is a Learning Organizing program. The program would be an analytical tool for the answering research problems. The method used is a qualitative approach and uses data collection techniques through by observation and interviews. Interviews were on 3 speakers, the Production Manager, Chief Supervisor, and Production Staff. The results of this research that the Analyze and Development is done well. However, in the application of Design, Implementation and Evaluation is not good. So, the advice given is in the Design should all new employees put in one Line, in the Implementation should the material of the work introduction training program can doing at least 3 days and in the Evaluation should can doing in each phase Analyze, Design, Development and Implementation phase to repairs at each stage .

Abstract

Competition in the world of freight forwarding services has increased considerably in recent years. PT. SILkargo Semarang Branch in 2011-2017 experienced a fluctuating trend. 2014-2017 always experiences a decrease in usage and the realization of customer acquisition has never been on target. There are complaints from customers about the quality of service of PT. SILkargo. The type of research used is explanatory research and in this study the entire population is sampled or called a census, collecting data using a questionnaire. The number of samples used was 100 respondents divided into two cities with the highest customer acquisition, namely for the 70 respondents in the Jepara region and 30 respondents from the Semarang area. This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression, significance of t test, and F test with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of the study show that the quality of service variables and brand ideals have a strong and positive influence on service use decisions. Service quality and brand image variables show 0.656 that the relationship between the two variables to service use decisions has a strong relationship. The service quality variable in the determination test (R square) shows 33.3% influence purchasing decisions, so 66.7% is influenced by other factors. The brand image variable in the determination test (R square) shows that 30.2% affects purchasing decisions, so 69.8% is influenced by other factors. PT. SILkargo must be more active in contacting customers and providing training so that employees are more skilled in managing documents, then the freight network must be more extensive the company must have a network to remote points in Indonesia and networks to countries that have high potential for shipping goods.

Abstract

Phenomena of consuming restaurants product alongside the nowadays trend to just having time with family or friends in restaurants as well as the resident’s habit in prefer having things quickly, easily and practically. As one of restaurant in Semarang, Waroeng SS serves Indonesian food as its main dish demands the customer to have the urge to repurchase as it outcome. The aims of this study is to measure the effects of brand image and customer value to repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. The type of this research is explanatory research. Sampling techniques using purposive and accidental sampling. Population of this research is consumers of Waroeng SS Tembalang I. The data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition between e-commerce makes the company need to increase the interest in repurchasing its consumers, so they can survive and continue to get profits. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of service quality and price on repurchasing interest through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research that uses explanatory type. Sampling technique uses non probability sampling and purposive sampling approach. Where the population is all Elevenia consumers in Semarang, while the sample is 100 Elevenia consumers with certain criteria carried out. Data collection techniques using google form and interviews. The analysis used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows software and mediation test (sobel test) to test the mediating effect of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that service quality and price have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, where when together price has the greatest influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the mediation test using sobel test, the customer satisfaction variable can mediate the effect of service quality on e-repurchse intention insignificantly and can be said as a full mediated variable, as well as the variable customer satisfaction can mediate the influence the price of repurchase intention is not significantly significant and can be said to be a full mediating variable. Based on the results of research Elevenia can increase consumers' repurchasing interest by increasing service quality through better website design, responsiveness in responding to consumer complaints, and fast and good refund services. In addition Elevenia also needs to set prices and discounts that are able to compete with other e-commerce. so that it will increase customer satisfaction, which in turn increases consumer repurchase interest.

Abstract

The aims of this study to find out how the influence given by product quality, and word of mouth to the purchase decision of furniture products from CV Aulia Jati Indofurni 100 Respondents selected are consumers who already make purchasing decisions and will make purchasing decisions of furniture products from CV Aulia Jati Indofurniby using purpocive sampling technique. The methodology used to analyze primary data in this research is validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and significance test (t and F test) with SPSS 16.0. The results showed simultaneously product quality, and word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decision equal to 52,8% while the balancing influenced by many factors product quality and word of mouth. Some recommendation to increase purchase decision is CV Aulia Jati Indofurni must have social media and then make content about furniture, and must upgrade the design of produt with modern era model.
