Abstract

This study analyze the linkages of monetary policy instruments BI rate ,money supply, real effective exchange rate and budget deficit as a determinant of Indonesia's current account balance periode 2006Q1 to 2016Q4. Using VAR/VECM analysis method. The results of the study show that real exchange rate and budget deficit significantly influence current account balance. Impulse response analysis shows that response of current account tends to be positive over the shock of money supply, while the shock of budget deficit, real exchange rate, BI rate and current account balance itself are responded negatively. The shock that occurred in current account is partly contributed by current account, real effective exchange rate, money supply, budget deficit and BI rate. So, to maintain the stability of the current account balance in Indonesia one of them can be controlled by monetary policy instruments ; real exchange rate, money supply, BI rate and budget deficit.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in Indonesia's economic growth and development.MSME also has an important role in driving the economic growth of Semarang City. However, capital constraints are still a classic problem that is hampering the progress of MSMEs. Semarang City Government through the Cooperative and UMKM Office has released a loan program called Wibawa Credit. The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in sales turnover, operating income, number of buyers or customers and working hours at MSMEs before and after obtaining the Credit Authority. The validity and reliability test results show that the questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents was valid and reliable. On the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test of 85 respondents appears that the level of significance shows <0.05, which means that there are significant differences, such as the difference in the level of sales turnover, operating income, the number of buyers or customers and working hours after obtaining Wibawa credit from the Semarang City Cooperative and MSMEs Office. The differences are in the forms of an increase in sales turnover by 50.69 percent, an increase in operating profit by 48.82 percent, an increase in the number of buyers or customers by 33.4 percent, and an increase in working hours by 14.81 percent.

Abstract

Jakarta Centre for Law Enforcement Cooperation (JCLEC) is the cooperation jointly operates by the Government of Indonesia and the Australian Government. The problem in this study is how cultural diversity management can affect the performance of alliance-based nonprofit organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the application of cultural diversity management consisting of awareness, internal dimensions, external dimensions, leadership, and policy, formed a conducive work environment to create competitive advantage for organizations and influence the organizational performance. The participants of this research were 8 people from Indonesia, Australia and Canada, with positions ranging from Directors to Managers. The diversity of the organizations is from Indonesian National Police (INP), Australian Federal Police (AFP), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) combined with the civilian staff from Indonesia and Australia. This study used qualitative method with the case study approach. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation were used as the research method. The results of the analysis show that the management of cultural diversity consisting of awareness, internal dimensions, external dimensions, leadership, and policies formed a conducive work environment. A conducive working environment where the cultural diversity is accepted and leading to the skill development of the staff is one of the key to create competitive advantage. The competitive advantage which created from the conducive working environment such as creativity and innovation is giving a lot of benefit for organizations and support organizational performance.

Abstract

Kereta api merupakan sarana transportasi andalan bagi masyarakat. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan, maka manajemen PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (persero) memberikan layanan berupa kereta makan atau restorasi yang dikelola oleh anak perusahaan PT. Reska Multi Usaha. Restorasi bukan tanpa saingan. Persaingan bisnis khususnya didunia makanan saat ini sangat ketat. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan dalam memenagkan persaingan. Kepuasan pelanggan akan memunculkan minat membeli ulang. Dimana minat membeli ulang merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan sebuah perusahaan. Banyak hal yang dapat mempengaruhi minat membeli ulang, diantaranya adalah e-service, fasilitas, customer delight dan kepuasan pelanggan. Maka pada penelitiaan ini peneliti melakukan penelitian terhadap beberapa factor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat membeli ulang pada PT. Reska Multi Usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh e-service, fasilitas dan customer delight terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam meningkatkan minat membeli ulang pada PT. Reska Multi Usaha. Penelitian ini meggunakan pengambilan sampel kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan responden sebanyak 106 responden. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa variabel kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang. Sedangkan e-service, fasilitas, customer delight juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Tetapi e-service memberikan nilai yang paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dibanding dengan lainnya. sehingga diperlukan peningkatan dan pengembangan terhadap aplikasi berbasis internet yang sudah ada.
