Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out whether the level of influence of using the E-Commerce Instagram application on the sales of HIJUP.COM products is insignificant or significant. This research was conducted with a quantitative research method which is a study that describes or explains a problem whose results can be generalized (Kriyantono: 2010, p. 55). According to the level of interpretation, this research is an explanatory study, meaning that this study aims to examine the research variables. The reason researchers use the explanative method is to try to explain why something can happen and what the effect is. The results show that Instagram has a positive influence on HIJUP sales, even with a small number of presentations (15.5%). Although the number of HIJUP followers is high, and the use of the Instagram application in Indonesia is also high. This is a paradox because at first we could see how large the use of social media in Indonesia, and the high popularity of HIJUP companies in the Instagram application, did not have a high influence on HIJUP sales. As Marcel Prouts put it, that: "The paradox of today is the prejudice of the future."

Abstract

The Development of technology and information has developed very rapidly, making it easier for people to obtain information to meet their needs. One of them is through online buying and selling (e-commerce). Bukalapak is one of the largest e-commerce sites but has experienced a decline in visitor growth compared to its competitors, it is important to maintain existing user loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-trust and promotion on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction as an intervening variable. The Population used in this study were Diponegoro University FEB students who are users of the Bukalapak e-commerce site and have made transactions at least once in the past 1 year. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires that were distributed online due to the pandemic that was hitting the world. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with AMOS analysis tools. The Results of this study indicate that promotion has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction and esatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty. Apart from that, e-trust also have a positive and significant direct effect on e-loyalty.

Abstract

Communication tool is one of the needs that is not less important in human life. One type of communication tool that is often used at this time is a smartphone. As a form of realizing brand loyalty, there are several factors that influence customer loyalty to a particular brand, such as perceived quality, perceived value, brand identification, and lifestyle congruence related to these products. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived quality, perceived value, brand identification, and lifestyle congruence on brand loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted for residents residing in Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 152 respondents with the criteria being using an iPhone or having used an iPhone before. The data collection method used in this study is through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand identification has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and lifestyle congruence has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, it is known that customer satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between perceived quality, perceived value, brand identification, and lifestyle congruence on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between dividend policy and stock price volatility. This research is using stock price volatility as a dependent variable. As a proxy of dividend policy, dividend payout ratio and dividend yield are used as a independent variable. Then, firm size and earning volatility are added as a control variable. The population of this reseacrh is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has never been delisted during the period 2014 – 2019. By purposive sampling method, 42 manufacturing companies were obtained as the sample of this research. The analytical method used in this reseacrh is multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that dividend yield has a negative and significant effect on stock price volatility. Meanwhile, dividend payout ratio has insignificant effect on stock price volatility of manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of doing this study is to analyze how the implementation of quality control at PT. Golden Flower Ungaran in an effort to control the level of product damage. The data was collected by interviewing, observing, and documenting, followed by processing it using the Statistical Quality Control method. includes filling in the examination sheet, making histograms, making Pareto diagrams, making and calculating control charts, making causal diagrams. The results of this study indicate that the types of damage that occur in garment production are caused by Broken stitch, Skipped stitches, Obras oblique / untidy, Ironing and Dirty. From the cause-and-effect diagram, it can be seen that the factors that cause product damage are derived from material factors, machines, methods and employees. The use of the p control chart shows that the product quality control process is still outside the control limit because there are still four points that are outside the upper control limit and the lower control limit, thus indicating that the quality control process has not been carried out properly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance with proactive personality as moderator and affective commitment as mediator. This study consists of two dependent variables, one independent variable, one moderating variable and one mediating variable. The dependent variables in this study are task performance and contextual performance. The independent variable in this study is a transformational leadership style. The moderating variable in this study is proactive personality and the mediating variable in this study is affective commitment. The population in this study were all employees of the Bhina Raharja savings and loan cooperative in Pemalang Regency. The sample used purposive sampling, amounting to 120 respondents. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through the WARP PLS 5.0 program. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style on task performance and contextual performance has a positive and significant effect and affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on contextual performance. Proactive personality as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between transformational leadership style and task performance. Affective commitment as a mediating variable can strengthen the relationship between transformational leadership styles and contextual performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price perceptions, promotion intensity,and service quality on purchase decisions at Optik Famili. The sampling method used on this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Samples were collected from 100 respondents who have purchased a product at least once at Optik Famili. Analysis method used here is multiple regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f-test, determination test, and t test. The result showed that all independent variables: price perceptions, promotion intensity,and service quality has positive and significant influence towards on purchase decisions at Optik Famili.

Abstract

This research aims to examine perceptions of corporate social responsibility and product image as a mediating variable in the consumer green marketing awareness variable and consumer purchase intentions in Starbucks consumers in Semarang. This research will be conducted using questionnaire methods. The object of the research is 120 consumers of PT Sari Coffee Indonesia or Starbucks Indonesia products in Semarang City who had purchased Starbucks products more than twice a month. Data analyzed using IBM SPSS 22 program. The results showed that the consumer green marketing awareness was confirmed as the leading factor that positively influence consumer purchase intentions. While the perceptions of corporate social responsibility and product image partially mediate consumer green marketing awareness and consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm Size on Firm Value proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population in this study is manufacturing company in Indonesia which are listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2015-2019. The number of samples in this study were 23 company, where the sample collection uses a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and first performs the classic assumption test, the F statistical test, and the t statistical test. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that ROA and DPR have significant positive effect on PBV, then DER have a negative and does not significant influence PBV, whereas Size have a positive and doesn’t significant effect on PBV. Based on the results of the study showed that the ROA variable had the greatest effect on PBV. The result of the R Square value is 0.211, so that 21,10% of the PBV variable can be explained by the ROA, DPR, DER, and Size, while the remaining 78,90% is explained by other variables outside in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of two trading mechanisms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely price limit and trading halt on return volatility and price discovery during the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020. Return volatility is measured using the daily returns-squarer Meanwhile, the price discovery measured by price behavior and return behavior. This study uses secondary data from daily historical stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020. Based on the purposive sampling method, this study acquired 48 stock samples. The results show that the price limit has a negative effect on return volatility. The trading halt has a positive effect on return volatility. Meanwhile, price limit and trading halt have a negative effect on the price formation process. The results of this study also show that halt trading performance is more effective than price limit in terms of its ability to reduce stock return volatility
