Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the understanding of students of State High School 3 Lhokseumawe about the concept of coenzyme and how they integrate sustainable practices through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. The methodology used is a quantitative descriptive survey with a questionnaire that includes various indicators, such as understanding the concept of coenzyme, participation in the project, and motivation to apply coenzyme in daily life. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. Each question item is analyzed to produce an average score and a percentage representing the respondent's level of understanding, participation, and perception. The average score of each indicator is calculated to determine students' level of understanding, perception, and motivation. The average score is compared with the assessment criteria to interpret the survey results. The results showed that student's level of understanding was relatively high (84%), and their perception of the use of coenzymes was positive (82%). The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is considered effective in increasing education about organic waste management (86%), but active participation in the project is still moderate (76%). Students' awareness of the importance of reducing organic waste after P5 activities was reflected in the motivation value of 4.0 (80%) and the impact of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project on environmental awareness (90%). Respondents are also aware of integrating Pancasila Student Profile values in this project (84%). These results indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project effectively supports understanding and awareness of sustainable lifestyles. This study shows that overall, students have a positive perspective on the integration of sustainable lifestyles through the use of coenzymes.

Abstract

The digital era has brought major changes to various aspects of life, including the economy, so that creative economy literacy has become an important skill for the younger generation. MSMEs, as the backbone of the economy, have a strategic role in creating jobs and economic development. However, students' understanding of the creative economy and MSMEs is still limited, so formal education needs to provide more effective teaching. This research aims to improve students' creative economy literacy through a learning seminar held at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive design, this seminar involved 4 main topics: introduction to the creative economy, the role of MSMEs, adaptation of the younger generation to the Society 5.0 Era, and opportunities and challenges in starting a business. Data were collected through observation and interactive discussions. The results of the study show that this seminar has succeeded in increasing students' understanding of the creative economy and MSMEs, as well as encouraging their motivation to be entrepreneurial. Students also show the ability to develop creative business ideas based on local potential and the use of technology. In conclusion, this seminar makes a positive contribution in equipping students with relevant economic literacy for the digital era, and can be used as a learning model in other schools.

Abstract

Teacher effectiveness is vital for student development in madrasah ibtidaiyah (Islamic primary schools) in South Tangerang. However, their Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), particularly in areas like altruism and civic virtue, has been found suboptimal, raising concerns about teacher engagement and performance. This highlights the need to explore factors influencing OCB in this context. This research aims to investigate the impact of teamwork on the OCB of madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers, with a particular focus on the mediating role of organizational culture. This study employed a quantitative research design, utilizing path analysis to examine the causal relationships between teamwork, organizational culture, and OCB. Data were collected from a sample of 1,310 madrasah teachers across 83 institutions in South Tangerang, with preliminary research conducted on 30 samples from five madrasahs. The analysis included a homogeneity test and the application of SITOREM analysis to identify key indicators influencing the variables under study. The findings revealed a positive and significant influence of teamwork on OCB, mediated by organizational culture. The calculated tvalue for the mediation influence test was 4.270, exceeding the t table value of 1.98 at a significance level of 0.05, indicating that organizational culture partially mediates the relationship between teamwork and OCB. This suggests that while organizational culture enhances the positive effects of teamwork, the influence of teamwork on OCB remains significant even in its absence. The results underscore the importance of fostering teamwork and a strong organizational culture to improve OCB among madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers.
