Lapan Tubsat satellite has produced large number of videos or satellite images since the first launch from the Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota India, on January 10, 2007. LAPAN expect that the results of the satellite tracking needs a storage media that enables it to be more accessible and attractive to the public. Therefore, a facility is designed and implemented to meet the user requirements. The built of an interactive video gallery which is embedded with the site is the main focus of this paper. In addition, animations and video player are also implemented so that Lapan Polar Satellite Sites (SLPS) become more interactive and interesting to the site visitors.

Komputer saat ini telah menjadi alat bantu utama bagi manusia, akan tetapi penggunaan Komputer itu sendiri belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Daya kreatifitas para pemakai pun telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Telah banyak penerapan teknologi informasi di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia. Seperti aplikasi-aplikasi multimedia, teknologi internet, bahkan teknologi baru di bidang mikrokontroler. Komputer mempunyai saluran paralleldan serial yang mempunyai alamat masukan dan keluaran. Saluran ini menghubungkan antara alat-alat diluar komputer yang biasa disebut dengan slot ekspansi. Salah satu saluran yang terdapat dalam komputer adalah serial port atau yang sering disebut COM. Fungsi port tersebut adalah sebagai connector input / output untuk sarana interface serial.

Modeling and Optimization Teacher Work Innovation : An Empirical Study Using POP-SDM Approach on Vocational Teachers of Private Vocational Schools in Depok Nelfuad, Nelfuad; Hardhienata, Soewarto; Setyaningsih, Sri

The research aims to find ways and strategies to improve teacher work innovation by analyzing the influence of other variables that influence it. Reasearch using the Modeling and Optimization of Resource Management Approach (POP-SDM). At the initial stage Qualitative exploratory research was conducted on 7 principals of SMK to find variables that affect teacher work innovation. Based on the dominant variables found, a constellation model of research was built through theoretical studies and expert judgment. Furthermore, the research constellation model was tested through quantitative research using SEM-PLS on 157 vocational teachers of SMK. The sub structural models tested were: 1) The direct influence of proactive personality, adversity quotient, organizational support, technological pedagogical content knowledge, and work motivation on teacher work innovation; 2) The direct influence of proactive personality and adversity quotient on technological pedagogical content knowledge; 3) The direct influence of organizational support on work motivation.The study found: 1) Teacher work innovation can be explained by the influence of proactive personality, adversity quotient, organizational support, technological pedagogical content knowledge and work motivation, R2 = 0.753 (75.3%) with the structural equation Y = 0.514X1 + 0.259X2 + 0.579X3 + 0.274X4 + 0.226X5 + Îµ0.497; 2) technological pedagogical content knowledge can be explained by the influence of proactive personality and adversity quotient, R2 = 0.355 (35.5%) with structural equation X4 = 0.408X1 + 0.303X2 + Îµ0.803; 3) Work motivation can be explained by the influence of organizational support, R2 = 0.417 (41.7%) with the structural equation X4 = 0.408X1 + 0.303X2 + Îµ0.803. The value of Q2 = 0.734 indicates the model has a GoF of 73%. (Good category). The results of hypothesis testing also concluded that the variables of technological pedagogical content knowledge and work motivation were not effective as intervening variables. Thus, the improvement of teacher work innovation is more effectively carried out directly through strengthening proactive personality, adversity quotient, organizational support, technological pedagogical content knowledge and work motivation.Sitorem's analysis concluded that organizational support variables and knowledge of pedagogical content had a major influence on teacher work innovation. As a follow-up to the research results, strengthening the indicators that are still weak in these two variables is a priority to be improved immediately.

Teachersâ€™ commitment towards organization is important to be improved. Strengthening teamworks, good situational leadership by the principal and strong self-efficacy can be used as an effort to improve teachersâ€™ commitment towards their organization. This study is aimed to determine the commitment of private Senior High School teachers in Sukabumi towards their organization through the study of relationship strength between research variable, teamworks, Principalâ€™s situational leadership and self-efficacy. The research used correlational analysis and quantitative method while data collection techniques are collected through questionnaires. The population used in this research are 240 private permanent school teachers in Sukabumi. The sample of the research are 150 teachers calculated by Taro Yamane formula with a significance level of 0,05.Based on the results analysis, there is positive and significant relationship between Teamworks and Teachersâ€™ commitment towards organization with the correlational coefficient ry.1 = 0,0346. There is positive and significant relationship between Principalâ€™s situational leadership and teacherâ€™s commitment towards organization with correlational coefficient ry.2 = 0,465 and there is positive and significant self-efficacy and teachersâ€™ commitment towards organization with correlational coefficient ry.3 = 0,319. The conclusion based on STOREM analysis shows that all teamworks indicators influence teachersâ€™ commitment towards their organization. It means, the stronger the teamworks, the higher commitment teachers have to their organization. All indicators of Principalâ€™s situational leadership influence teachersâ€™ commitment towards their organizations. It means, the stronger Principalâ€™s situational leadership, the higher commitment teachers have to the organization. All indicators of self-efficacy influence teacherâ€™s commitment towards organizations. It means, the stronger self-efficacy; the higher commitment teachers have to the organization.

Kepala Sekolah sebagai pimpinan sekolah merupakan faktor penyumbang keberhasilan dalam upaya penguatan tata kelola, akuntabilitas, dan pencitraan publik. Keberhasilan ini tidak terlepas dari kompetensi dan kemampuan dalam tugas, peran, dan fungsinya. Pemberian pelayanan yang prima kepada seluruh warga sekolah, mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan dan pengembangan warga sekolah, fokus pada kinerja dan pertumbuhan serta dampak untuk kemajuan sekolah dan bagi masyarakat, kepemimpinan ini disebut kepemimpinan melayani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model penguatan kepemimpinan melayani yang berupa model konstelasi pengaruh antar variabel beserta model matematikanya. Dari model tersebut kemudian diturunkan hipotesis penelitian yang selanjutnya akan diuji menggunakan analisa jalur (path analisis) pada tahap penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian diawali dengan mewawancarai informan yang dianggap kompeten dalam memberikan jawaban yang diharapkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi data, kodifikasi data, display data, analisis data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta kabupaten Bogor pada periode Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2020. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dihasilkan beberapa veriabel yang diduga berpengaruh positif dan dominan terhadap kepemimpinan melayani, yakni kecerdasan adversitas, kepribadian proaktif, teamwork sebagai variabel eksogen, komitmen terhadap organisasi, dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

The placement of satellite components usually belongs to non-deterministic polynomial-time hard (NP-hard) problems that in terms of computational complexity is very difficult to solve. This problem is normally known as layout optimization problem (LOP). In this study the layout of microsatellite components has to meet the requirements set by mission payloads, launcher and spacecraft attitude control. The novel scheme is to find the various possibilities of optimal layout using genetic algorithms combined with order-based positioning technique (OPT). Each component has a given index and then placed in a container based on specific order of placements in accordance with a bottom-left (BL) algorithm that is already established. The placement order is generated by the genetic algorithm which explore various possibilities to obtain a sequence that brings the best solution.

The spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused disruption to Indonesia's education sector where approximately 45 million students are unable to continue their learning activities in school. One solution is Long Distance Learning, this study aims to find out (1) the long distance remote learning system applied, (2) the impact of the Long Distance Learning system on student achievement, (3) obstacles in the application of Long Distance Learning system. The research method used in this study is qualitative method with descriptive research type qualitative approach. The results of this study show that the implementation of Long Distance Learning still has many obstacles such as inadequate equipment and poor internet connection, in addition to the increase in learning success is still small and ineffective

This research aimed to determine the positive correlation of situational leadership and self-efficacy with the improvement of teacher work productivity. The quantitative method with correlation analysis were employed, furthermore the Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM) was applied to determine the priorities. The population includes all the elementary school teachers which are civil servants (PNS) in Bogor, Indonesia while 105 were selected as samples. The findings showed there is a positive correlation between situational leadership and teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.783, and between self-efficacy and teacher work productivity with 0.782. This, therefore, means these two factors are influential in increasing the productivity of teachers. The novelty of this research was the use of SITOREM to highlight 7 indicators prioritized to be improved including leader behavior, delegation, direction, teacher achievement, facility use, efficiency, and managerial ability.

Teacher work productivity can affect the progress of the quality of learning in schools. From the initial survey, it is seen that the work productivity of teachers, especially private junior high school teachers, has not been as expected, meaning "das sein" has not been like "das sollen". Therefore, the teacher's work productivity is interesting to be studied. The research aims to find an effort to increase teacher work productivity by examining the relationship between other variables with teacher work productivity. The other variables are commitment to the profession and supervision of the principal. This research was conducted using the correlational statistical method to find out whether commitment to the profession and supervision of the principal has a positive relationship with teacher work productivity. Based on these results, an analysis was then performed using the Sitorem Method to establish recommendations and find a priority order for improvement of the indicators of the research variables needed. The study was conducted on private junior high school teachers in Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency with a population of 134 teachers, with a proportional random sample of 100 teachers. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between commitment to the profession with teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.512, there was a positive relationship between the supervision of principals with teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.464, and there was a positive relationship between commitment to the profession and supervision of principals as together with teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.676. This shows that teacher work productivity can be increased through strengthening commitment to the profession and supervision of the principal. The results of Sitorem's analysis show that strengthening commitment to the profession and supervision of school principals can be done by improving indicators that are still weak and maintaining good indicators. Indicators that are still weak and require improvement in the order of priority handling are as follows: 1. Professional development efforts, 2. Services to students, 3. Guidelines for student success, 4. Responsibility, 5. Love of the profession, 6. Provision of feedback from results supervision, 7. follow up supervision, 8. Continuity of supervision, 9. Provision of assistance and guidance, 10. Interaction in supervision, 11. Speed of completing work, 12. Personal development, 13. Positive contribution to the environment, 14. Targets to be achieved , and 15. Relationships with fellow teachers. Whereas the 3 indicators that are in good condition and remain to be maintained are: 1. Obedience to the rules, 2. Quality of work, and 3. Compliance with work

This study aims to find a model of strengthening technological literacy in junior high schools. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation and interviews with teachers in junior high schools in the Bogor city area. This study found a model of strengthening technological literacy. This model includes elements of communication and collaboration in the form of active participation in learning and research activities. It consists of components of individual competence in the form of usage skills, critical understanding, and communicative abilities. This research contributes to the model of strengthening technological literacy for junior high school teachers in the Bogor City area.
