Abstract

 Background: in Indonesia the hospital as one of the health care system in outline to provide services to mesyarakat. Many factors are considered in choosing, but one way to attract customers and win the competition is to provide quality services in accordance with customer wishes. Patients and families will repeat visits if they feel satisfied, on the contrary will be disappointed, angry and hurt if dissatisfied.Methods: This study is a quantitative descriptive of a study using primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires on each ward in the Hospital Nur Hidayah Bantul, Yogyakarta. While secondary data obtained from the data through the document. Results: that significant value for comfort dimension (X1) is greater than the value of α (0.05) for 0284 from the test showed that there was no influence on the decision of inpatients in using the services of Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta. For information dimensions variable (X2) obtained significance value (sig) is smaller than the value of α (0.05) of 0.038., Meaning that there is the effect of variable dimensions of information (X2) against the decision of the patient (Y) hospitalization in using the services of the Hospital Nur Hidayah Bantul, Yogyakarta. For variable dimensions of human relationships (X3) values obtained significance value (sig) is smaller than the value of α (0.05) 0.000. This means that there is influence of variable dimensions between humans (X3) against the decision of the patient (Y) hospitalization in using the services of Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta.From the test results obtained value F kesil significantly more than the value of α (0.05) 0.000. This means that the variable dimension of comfort (X1), the dimensions of information (X2), and the dimensions of human relationships (X3) simultaneously have significant influence on the decision of the patient (Y). And the results of the t test can be concluded that the most dominant variable is a variable dimension of human relationships (X3) with sig level of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about using bank financial ratio to predict bank bankruptcy. The variables which used are seven financial ratios, CAR (capital adequacy ratio), NPL (non performing loan), and LDR (loan to deposit ratio). The statistic methods which is used to test on the research hypothesis is logit regression.The sample of this research was extracted using purposive sampling method, comprising 7 banks taken from BEI for the period of 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. From sample, there are 7 banks, consist of 4 nontrouble banks and 3 trouble banks. The resulst of this research show that CAR and NPL, have no significant effect on probability of banks's financial distress. LDR have significant influences on probability of banks's financial distress.Keywords :

Abstract

The phenomenon of HIV (Human Immunodeficiensi Virus) and AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) has become a global issue. Various efforts have been and are being made to suppress the spread of HIV. HIV / AIDS has become a very serious epidemic threatening the health of the world community, through the United Nations decided to establish a separate body to deal with an epidemic of this one, namely UNAIDS. Meanwhile, since 1990, the World Population Agency (UNFPA), which had already been established also play an active role to combat the spread of HIV / AIDS, by running a comprehensive program in the field of reproductive health. The program is done either through the provision of information and education to the public and advocacy to mobilize political commitment and facilitate policies that support reproductive health.This study is a qualitative research using primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires by respondent Laki laki Seks Laki laki (LSL) that accessing condoms in NGOs VestaYogyakarta, while the secondary data obtained from the document. The survey results revealed that knowledge about HIV variables (X1) does not have a partial effect on the use of condoms in HIV prevention (Y) in LSL in NGO Vesta. Variable knowledge of the effectiveness of condoms have a partial effect on the use of condoms in HIV prevention (Y) in LSL in NGO Vesta. Variable ease of obtaining condoms (X3), does not have a partial effect on the use of condoms in HIV prevention (Y) in MSM in NGO Vesta.Variable knowledge of HIV (X1), knowledge of the effectiveness of condoms (X2) and the ease of obtaining condoms (X3) jointly influence simultaneously against the use of condoms in HIV prevention (Y) on Vesta NGO LSL in Yogyakarta. From the results of Adjusted R Square (because four variables) obtained yield was 0.392. In other words, 39.3% contribution variables influence of knowledge about HIV (X1), knowledge of the effectiveness of condoms (X2) and the ease of obtaining condoms (X3) on the dependent variable, namely the use of condoms in HIV prevention (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Elektronik Word Of Mouth dan Brand Image Terhadap Purchase Intention Pada Konsumen Smartphone Samsung Yang Berbasis Android. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian yang dikategorikan kedalam penelitian pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang menggunakan smartphone android. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang menggunakan metode self-administered survey. Peneliti mengambil sampel 100 mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, yang menggunakan smartphone Samsung yang berbasis android. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan uji validitas reliabilitas, korelasi, regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa : (1)  elektronik word of mouth berpengaruh positif pada purchase intention pada konsumen smartphone Samsung yang berbasis android dengan koefisien sebesar 0,327. (2) Brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention pada konsumen smartphone Samsung yang berbasis android dengan koefisien sebesar 0,278.

Abstract

 Perubahan dan perkembangan masyarakat mengakibatkan masyarakat lebih menginginkan sesuatu yang praktis dalam segala hal, termasuk makanan yang akan dikonsumsi. Masyarakat kadang jenuh dengan konsumsi makanan sehari-hari dan mengiginkan sesuatu yang berbeda.Hal ini dilihat dari sisi bisnis oleh para produsen produk makanan, termasuk untuk produk roti. Beberapa produsen yang menciptakan produk roti banyak bermunculan dalam pasar, roti yang mempunyai ciri khas rasa dan bentuk masing-masing seperti yang dihasilkan oleh produsen roti yang terkenal di Yogyakarta.Khususnya Breadtalk menampilkan inovasi yang diharapkan mampu menarik konsumen/pasar yang dituju supaya bersedia membeli produk yang ditawarkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keragaman produk(X1), harga(X2), dan customer experience (X3) terhadap pembelian ulang produk (Y) roti Breadtalk. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan SPSS. Jenis penelitian menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil dari mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi sebanyak 100 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer experience berpengruh positif terhadap pembelian ulang roti Breadtalk. Manajemen Breadtalk sebaiknya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan keragaman produk, harga dan customer experience sehingga pembelian ulang konsumen lebih meningkat lagi.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine: (1) significant relationship between the cost of distribution, promotion and marketing headcount simultaneously against the sale at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. (2) significant relationship between the cost of distribution, promotion and marketing headcount simultaneously against the sale at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang.          The research was conducted at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation techniques. The data obtained are qualitative and quantitative data. Peneitian objects are data on the number of distribution costs, promotional costs, the sheer number of employees of marketing and sales results have been achieved. In this study proposed two hypotheses: (1) Is there a significant relationship between the cost of distribution, promotion and marketing headcount partially against the sale at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. (2) Is there a significant relationship between the cost of distribution, promotion and marketing headcount simultaneously against the sale at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. Data analysis test of two hypotheses to be used multiple linear regression analysis with significance level of 5%, then before the data in the analysis test is conducted prior t test, F test, test R (determination) and classical assumption.The results showed that: (1) distribution costs, variable costs of promotion and marketing of variable number of employees partially have significant influence on sales results (Y) in PT. Prima Athatama Magelang evident because of the test results obtained by value t count t is greater than t Tabel is 3,475> 1,672. (2) distribution costs, variable costs of promotion and marketing of variable number of employees simultaneously have a significant impact on sales results (Y) in PT. Prima Athatama Magelang evident because of the test results obtained F count F count larger than F Tabel, namely 204, 811> 3,162. The results showed jointly have a significant impact on sales results (Y) in PT. Prima Athatama MagelangKata.
