Abstract

Marriage is a bond between the outer and inner man as a husband who has not aged 25 years and women 21 years old wife is not with the purpose of achieving happiness. Marriage and family counseling is a profession that will be developed in Indonesia. Counseling emphasizes on changes contained in the family system. Stages counseling, theory and dynamics as well as the use of counseling skills in marriage and family counseling has similarities with individual counseling and group counseling.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood into adulthood, or period of a years, during which time they must meet some development tasks. Adolescent development tasks must be accomplished by a teenager. Fostering social relationships closer to same-sex and opposite sex friends is one of the nine developmental tasks that must be met by teenagers. The development task in achieving common understanding of the crisis affecting the values and morals that occurred in the community, such as the occurrence of free sex among teenagers. The occurrence of free sex for example form a misunderstanding of the meaning of fostering social connections among these teens, can be caused by a lack of sex education, information obtained by the teenagers, both from the family environment as well as from the environment outside the family (society and education in schools). Sex education is education which is given to individuals and discuss about reproductive health as well as things that can cause teens are no longer responsible for the reproductive organs. Fulfilling the development tasks that should be fulfilled by the teens must be accompanied by the guidance they can get from the people around them, thus fulfilling the development tasks can be in accordance with the values and norms that apply in an environment where they do the activity of life.

Abstract

Individual career development along the life span is integrated in each role, setting, events in life and is influenced by many factors. One of the factors that affect the development of the individual's career is a family environment. At issue now is the development of a career is not a major concern for parents. Parents consider issues relating to the development of careers is the responsibility of the teacher at the school, particularly teachers of guidance and counseling. The problem becomes when the teacher/counselor who understands the BK and understand deeply about children and career progression does not perform activities of collaboration/cooperation with parents to jointly realize the optimal child development careers so it is able to take decisions appropriately and independently with regard to education and career in the future. This paper discusses the basic concept of collaborative career guidance, career guidance principles and collaborative implementation of collaborative career guidance to establish career planning high school students.

Abstract

Not infrequently counselor faced with complicated problems and traumatic outstanding experienced by the client. According to Figley and Stamm (in Stamm, 1999), a trauma counselor can come to experience some of the symptoms are similar to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), which is owned by their clients. Figley (in Richardson, 2001) defines this situation with Secondary Traumatic Stress (hereinafter referred to as STS), which is something that occurs naturally, is a behavioral and emotional consequences as a result of knowledge about a traumatic event experienced by a significant other. The term 'secondary' refers to the fact that the trauma experienced by others, but then experienced by the participating parties observe, giving aid, or listen to the story (Sidabutar, 2003). This is the "price" of giving attention, care, and help individuals who experience trauma. Counselors need to be aware of this condition. Discussion professional is one important activity that needs to be done.

Abstract

One of the unsettling society not only in Indonesia but also in the rest of the world is the circulation of drugs, especially among students. Not only consume, nowadays there are also students and the young generation which helped distribution, ranging from airport to the courier. Drug abuse is a social problem that always comes up in the midst of the community.  Drug circulation increasingly bolder worrying; drugs became one of the nation's character Assassin. Indonesia was in a crisis of character. The spread of drug prevention efforts among the younger generation is supposed to be a shared responsibility, in this case all parties including parents, teachers, and the public should be aware of are active in contributing to the threat of drugs towards the younger generation.  One way is to establish and improve the character of the young generation is by providing help through counseling. Counseling counselor should be done through a clear procedure, so that the process happens more effectively and right on target. Counselling is not solely the verbal sentence formulation, but also load the roles that run by counsellors and clients, the procedure is, and the behavior of clients that will be transformed in the process. Because of that in providing services to the client whether or not there are nine Sha-counseling model that can be used by counselors.
