Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically test and analyze efforts to build product quality, price strategy and service quality on satisfaction which has an impact on consumer loyalty at the Asahi Farma Sragen Pharmacy. The population in this research were consumers at the Asahi Farma Sragen Pharmacy, totaling 500 consumers in the first week of October 2023. The sample taken in this research was 20% of the population of 500, namely 100 respondents in order to get better results. The sampling technique is random sampling. The analysis technique used is the path analysis test. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Pricing strategy has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Pricing strategy has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) in the second equation show that the value of F = 99.208 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that together the independent variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The total R2 value of 0.718 can be interpreted as consumer loyalty at Asahi Farma Sragen Pharmacy, explained by the variables product quality, price strategy, service quality and consumer satisfaction of 71.8%. Product quality is the most dominant variable in increasing consumer loyalty at Asahi Farma Sragen Pharmacy. The direct influence of product quality on consumer loyalty is greater than the indirect influence, so increasing consumer loyalty is more effective through direct channels on product quality variables. The direct influence of pricing strategy on consumer loyalty is greater than the indirect influence, so increasing consumer loyalty is more effective through direct channels on the price strategy variable. The direct influence of service quality on consumer loyalty is greater than the indirect influence, so increasing consumer loyalty is more effective through direct channels.

Abstract

This research explains the phenomenon of factors that influence company value. Company value is very important because it will affect the company's image. The better the company's image, the more it will influence investors' confidence in making investments. Based on related phenomena and theories, the factors that influence company value in this research are the implementation of green accounting and corporate social responsibility. A company's success is often directly related to rising stock prices. Companies that have good value tend to have high share prices, both short and long term. This research aims to examine and analyze the moderating role of financial performance in the influence of the implementation of green accounting and corporate social responsibility on firm value in energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022. The type of research used is associative quantitative research. This research uses secondary data, a population of 82 energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2022, the sampling method used a randomĀ  sampling technique to obtain 13 companies as research samples. The data analysis method used is a panel data regression test using Microsoft Excel and Eviews 12 applications. The research results show that green accounting and corporate social responsibility have a positive effect on firm value. Partially, green accounting has a negative effect on firm value, while corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on firm value. Financial performance can moderate the relationship between green accounting and corporate social responsibility on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the current ratio, return on assets, and debt to equity ratio can simultaneously and simultaneously increase profit growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study consists of 19 consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research observation period of 5 years, so the number of samples in this study is 95. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis methods used in this study include descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2)). Based on the results of the simultaneous testing, the debt to equity ratio variable can significantly increase profit growth, while the current ratio and return on assets variables cannot significantly increase profit growth. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it shows that the independent variables (current ratio, return on assets and debt to equity ratio) can jointly increase profit growth.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze empirically and the significance of the influence of the work environment, communication and work discipline on work motivation in improving employee performance at the Sukoharjo Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The census technique sample was 50 respondents. Data analysis using instrument testing, linearity testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The t test results prove that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on work motivation but communication has an insignificant effect; work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance but communication has an insignificant effect. The results of the F test are that the work environment, communication, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. The total R2 result is 0.959, meaning that performance is explained by the work environment, communication, work discipline and work motivation by 95.9% and the remaining 4.1% is explained by other factors outside the model. The results of the path analysis show that the direct work environment path is the most dominant and most effective path for improving employee performance. The use of work motivation as an intervening variable is not effective in this research

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of word of mouth, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Kodok Ngorekikat weaving in Kediri City.This research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population was all consumers of Kodok Ngorek ikat weaving in Kediri City. The sample size was 103 respondents. The independent variables were word of mouth, product quality, and price. The dependent variable was the purchasing decision. Statistical analysis used logistic regression.The results of the analysis show that word of mouth (0.005), product quality (0.001) and price (0.003) influence the purchasingdecision to Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek.
