Abstract

Asset Management Information System is an integrated totality consisting of processing equipment including collectors, procedures, processingpersonnel and software. Asset Manager is an important subject in an organization. Humans have the ability to move all organizational resources.Without a good asset manager, the organization will be difficult to develop because the strength of every organization lies in the employeewho manages and handles it. In improving the asset management system in PPSDM MIGAS Cepu with emphasis on information system,required a system that is relatively fast, precise and accurate. To avoid inefficiencies, inefficiencies and to improve asset managementperformance in maintaining and managing assets in the relatively large and large number of MIGAS PPSDM Cepu and scattered in severalplaces in Cepu. By using the approach through several stages to analyze and design the system, the process is developed through the use of acycle of activity analyzer and user in a specific (structured), the method SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with waterfall model. In thissystem for programming using PHP (PHP : Hypertext Prepocessor) and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) programming language byusing CodeIgniter. This information system consists of components of asset registration, classifying the type of asset according to the standardasset code, assigning the asset responsible, establishing the condition of the asset and later depreciating the asset value so that the asset can bemanaged properly, deleted if the condition is damaged, and the removal from the list assets of PPSDM Migas Cepu.

Abstract

The final project is a scientific paper compiled by every final semester student to obtain a bachelor degree or three diploma basedon the problem or research as a graduation requirement in accordance with their respective fields. The process of final project guidance atRonggolawe High School of Engineering (STTR) Cepu which is still manual causing the students difficulties in face-to-face directly with thesupervisor or head of study program because of the timing of the less precise or less effective and there is no system information finalproject, Data has not been stored neatly.To overcome these problems it is necessary to design an Online Task Information System on High School Engineering Ronggolawe(STTR) Cepu. Online final project system to facilitate students in the process of making the final project.The author solve the problem using life cycle system (SDLC) method with waterfall model. The development of this system includesthe process of submitting the title made by the students to the head of study program, proposal guidance process and final report on thesupervisor. The result of the functionality test of the final assignment information system is considered feasible in terms of functionality, with100% result in black box testing for testing of sub-characteristics of suitability and accurancy. It is expected that this system can help thestudents in the final task guidance process to be more efficient and better.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada pada industri kecil proses pebuatan velg adalah kualitas produknya masih rendahdibandingkan dengan produk pabrikan. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk industri kecildipengaruhi oleh metoda pengecoran yang digunakan yaitu metoda gravity casting. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas sifatmekanisnya, maka metoda pengecoran dapat diubah menjadi metoda sentrifugal dan dengan menambahkan master alloy AlTiB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Al-TiB terhadap kekuatan & keuletan pada prosespengecoran sentrifugal serta menentukan barapa prosentase Al-TiB yang dapat menghasilkan velg yang paling optimum.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metoda ekperimental, bahan yang digunakan aluminium A 356 danditambahkan Al-TiB sebesar 0%, 0,12%, 0,17%, 0,22% dan 0,27% serta pengecoran dilakukan dengana putaran 400 rpm. Hasilpengujian terlihat perubahanterhadap kekuatan & keuletan akibat variasi penambahan Al-TiB tersebut. Hasil pengamatanterhadap penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan sifat mekanis yaitu kekuatan tarik naik dari 72 MpatanpaAl-TiB menjadi 134 Mpa dengan penambahan Al-TiB, dan EL 2,20% tanpa Al-TiB menjadi 6,68% dengan penambahan Al-TiB.
