Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan peran pentingnya strategi penggalangan dana dalam dunia perguruan tinggi yang dominan di praktekkan di Universitas Amerika dalam menbackup strategi pengembangan kampus. Kesuksesan dalam penggalangan dana juga di kaitkan dengan ketepatan strategi perencanaan yang di terapkan. Penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan penerapan penerapan strategi terkini dalam penggalangan dana yang di implementasikan di berbagai perguruan tinggi Amerika, yang diharapkan bisa di terapkan di dalam pengembangan perguruan tinggi di Aceh. Hasil dari artikel ini, menyarankan para perencana strategis dalam dunia perguruan tinggi untuk mempertimbangkan ketersediaan dana terutama ketika memutuskan membangun kampus baru, penyediaan bantuan keuangan untuk mahasiswa, perekrutan dan mempertahankan dosen, dan menjamin terciptanya kesehatan keuangan yang stabil untuk masa depan kampus melalui penggalangan dana abadi. This article describes the importance of the role of fundraising strategies in the world of higher educations dominant practice at the American University in menbackup campus development strategy. Success in fundraising also associate with the precision planning strategies were implemented. The study also describes the implementation of the application of the latest in fundraising strategies being implemented at various American universities, which are expected to be applied in the development of universities in Aceh. The results of this article suggest the strategic planners in the worlds universities to consider the availability of funds, especially when deciding to build a new campus, providing financial aid for students, recruiting and retaining faculty, and ensuring the creation of a stable financial health for the future of the campus through perpetual fundraising . Abstract

Belajar motorik adalah belajar yang difokuskan pada penguasaan keterampilan gerak melalui respons-respons masculer sebagai hasil dari latihan .Dalam belajar motorik, materi yang dipelajari adalah pola-pola gerak keterampilan tubuh, misalnya gerakan-gerakan dalam olahraga Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ranah kemampuan yang paling intensif keterlibatannya dalam belajar motorik adalah ranah psikomotor. Namun, bukan berarti ranah kognitif dan afektif tidak terlibat di dalam belajar motorik. Kedua ranah tersebut tetap terlibat meskipun tidak merupakan unsur sasaran sentral.  Salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam belajar motorik adalah tahapan belajar motorik. Tahapan belajar motorik terdiri atas  tahap kognitif (cognitive stage), tahap asosiatif (associative stage), dan  tahap otonom (autonomous stage). Ketiga tahap ini harus mendapat perhatian lebih serius dalam belajar motorik agar hasil yang dicapai sesuai dengan harapan dengan waktu yang lebih efisien. Kata kunci: tahap kognitif, tahap asosiatif, tahap otonom Motor learning is learning that is focused on the acquisition of motor skills through masculer responses as a result of the exercise. In motor learning, the materials studied are patterns of body movement skills, such as movements in the sport This suggests that the ability of the most intensive domains involvement in motor learning is psychomotor domains. However, that does not mean the cognitive and affective learning is not involved in the motor. Both domains are still involved though not a central element of the target. One of the factors to be considered in the stages of motor learning motor learning. Stages of motor learning consists of stages of cognitive (cognitive stage), stage of associative (associative stage), and the autonomous (autonomous stage). The third stage should receive serious attention in order to study motor outcomes in line with expectations with time more efficiently. Abstract

Geometri merupakan bagian dari matematika yang selama ini mendapat sorotan karena rendahnya prestasi yang diperoleh siswa mulai dari siswa Sekolah Dasar sampai dengan Sekolah  Lanjutan. Demikian juga yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini dicoba menerapkan model pembelajaran advance organizer pada pembelajaran konsep segi empat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hal-hal berikut: (1) Aktifitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan model advance organizer, (2) Tanggapan siswa terhadap kegiatan dengan model model advance organizer, (3) Tingkat pencapaian hasil belajar siswa tentang konsep geometri yang diperoleh melalui pembelajaran dengan model advance organizer, dan (4) Ketuntasan belajar siswa pada konsep geometri yang dicapai dengan model. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer melibatkan siswa aktif dalam kegiatan belajar  dan guru kreatif dalam kegiatan mengajar, (2) Siswa umumnya merasa senang dan berminat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran berikutnya dengan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer, (3) Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer, penguasaan materi Segi empat siswa mencapai tingkat sedang, dan (4) Penerapan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer pada materi Segiempat telah mewujudkan tercapainya ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal Kata kunci : Advance organizer,  konsep Geometri
