Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine the stages of the corporate rebranding process of PDC to Custombandung. PDC is a custom merchandise business that provides various types of products that can be customized by consumers. The method used was descriptive qualitative. The techniques of collecting data used were the interview, observation, and literature study. According to the result of this research, Custombandung had done the corporate rebranding process well. First, the repositioning stage was done with changing the brand identity and expanding the market. Second, the renaming stage was done with changing the name from PDC to Custombandung. Third, the redesign stage was done by changing the visual elements, which were a logo, website, and social media appearance and packaging. Fourth, the relaunch stage was done for the internal stakeholders and the external stakeholders. This research concludes that the corporate rebranding process by Custombandung has been done well.

Abstract

Cash waqf means movable property which is structured by money and it is contributed for the waqf project development. To achieve this objective, committed endowers are needed to contribute continuously to ensure sufficient funds for waqf projects development in the future. Therefore, this study investigating the factors that determine the endowers’ intention to re-contribute to cash waqf by employing Extended Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). Data were collected through the survey questionnaires which is distributed to 374 endowers who are existing endowers. The result indicates that all variables predict the dependent variable. These results show that extended TPB is crucial in describing the repeated endowers’ donation intention in cash waqf. The result provide important insight for MAIPk to develope an effective marketing strategy to keep endowers contribute constantly in the future.

Abstract

This study analyzes the canvas business model application for the needs of Loud Wise's marketing strategy. The research problem found that Loud Wise must maintain the existence of products with intense business competition. The canvas business model element, combined with the marketing mix mapping, was able to map the problem and recommended marketing strategies according to product needs. The recommendations given are increasing product promotion and giving new prices to consumers. The recommendation process through marketing analysis was using the SWOT Analysis approach. Companies must prioritize handmade-based production and increase product promotion to consumers. The use of social media must be used massively so that the increase in market growth is in line with the company's business targets.

Abstract

This article aims to (1) design an appropriate financial planning model for a restaurant, (2) give an example of a financial planning model that may be can be applied to the same kind of business, (3) give a guidance to the owner and employee in daily financial operational activity. This article is based on (1) the analysis of theory and its application in a real business, especially at  Blue Oceanrestaurant, as a new business, (2) survey on the surrounded area, and (3) interview with  the business’ owners in the surrounding area .We have analyzed all the data and information, and then try to describe it in a financial planning model, consisting of needs and uses of investment funds (Start-up cost), start-up balance sheet, pro forma income statement, cash budget, pro forma endingbalance sheet.It can be concluded that a financial planning model  will give a clear guidance to the owner and the employeehow to manage daily operation and financial control, and it is clear what financial goals and objectives have to be achieved by the owner (in the next five years).

Abstract

Quality of service is a major supporter in building public trust in the quality of services in the field of education. As users of services in the field of education, student satisfaction needs to be a priority and attention in providing service. This paper aims to analyze student perceptions of service quality and analyze the effect of service quality gaps on the expectations of students of the MM-UTY Program, with a case study in the Master of Management Study Program of the Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta (Prodi MM-UTY). The concept used as the analysis was service quality, with data collection methods carried out through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The analytical method used to test the research instrument was factor analysis to test the construct validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate the perception of student satisfaction with the quality of services conducted by the Prodi MM-UTY. Likewise, the average Gap score is positive so that the quality of service at this time is sufficient to meet the expectations and desires of students, which in general need to be maintained. However, partially, there are still some services in Prodi MM-UTY experiencing gaps so that it is necessary to improve the quality of sustainable services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) towards share price. The population used in this study were 30 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2014-2017 period. Sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and obtained samples of 17 companies per year which are most active in trading in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) group during 2014-2017 period. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. Hypothesis testing results indicate that EPS, ROE, PER, NPM, and DER variables simultaneously have positive and significant effect on share price. Partially, EPS and ROE variables have positive effect on share price. While, NPM have a negative effect on share price, PER and DER have no negative effect on share price, and. R Square testing result showed that the Adjusted R Square is 0.759. It means that 75.9% of the dependent variable which was stock price can be explained by independent variables namely EPS, ROE, PER, NPM, and DER, while the remaining 24.1% is affected by other variables that are not in the linear regression model.

Abstract

This study entitled Analysis of Influence of Job Motivation and Job Satisfaction to Organizational Performance with Job Productivity as an intervening variable (Empirical Study at BPJS Kesehatan Branch Serang). Methods of data collection used random sampling methods, and the respondents were all employees totaling 46 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire method to give a list of questions directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis, which was operated by SmartPLS. The results showed a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational performance and a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job productivity. The path analysis found that job motivation and job satisfaction do not affect organizational performance through productivity. Thus, it can be concluded that productivity does not become an intervening variable between job motivation and job satisfaction.
