Abstract

Purpose of the research to analyze "The Effect of celebrity in advertising to consumer buying interest with brand image as mediation variabel (Study On Advertising Shampo Pantene Version Ralin Shah)". The subject of research are the students of  Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta who ever knew / saw the Pantene shampoo advertisement which starring by Raline shah. In this research, the sample are 130 respondents selected by using purposive sampling method. The collecting of sample by using purposive sampling technique. The Analysis tools are simple and multiple linear regression. Before performing data analysis, first performed instrument quality testing include validation testing and reliability testing.The results of the analysis show that the credibility, attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise and endorse simultaneously very influential to interesting consumers, the attractiveness is important and positive effect to the brand image, the trustworthiness is important and positive effect to the brand image, the expertise is positive and significant to the brand image, the endorse is positive and significant to the image brand, brand image of the emergency against buying intention, and brand image is able to act as a mediation effect of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise and endorse to consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of hedonic motives browsing shopping lifestyle against the impulse buying on online shop. Information which obtained from the results of this study are able to used as a reference for the businesses Online Shop particular fashion item in determining what are the things that affect the imppulsif buying among consumers. Objects of the research conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta last 6 months of purchase criteria. The technique of data collection used purposive sampling, while the method to collect data used survey method with questionnaires as much as 100 respondent. The data were analyzed by using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21.0 with test includes: Validity and Reliability test.This research result showed that hedonic motives positively and significantly effect on the impulse buying, browsing positively and significantly effect on the impulse buying and shopping style positively and significantly effect on impulse buying.Key words:

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of brand characteristic, company characteristic and customer’s brand characteristic toward customer’s loyalty in Outlet Planet Surf Yogyakarta.This research is quantitative in nature by using survey method with questionnaire. The population of the research is the customer in Outlet Planet Surf Yogyakarta, by using the criteria of customer who made a purchase transaction at least once in the last three months. The samples are 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis being used is the quantitative analysis which include: validity test and reliability test, double linear regression, and the hypothesis is tested by using Individual Parameter Significance Test (statistical test t), simultaneous significance test (statistical test f) and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The result of the research shows that simultaneously the three free variables which are brand characteristic (X1), company characteristic (X2), and customer’s brand characteristic (X3) positively and significantly affect the customer’s loyalty (Y). Partial test also shows that all of the respective variables positively and significantly affect the customer’s loyalty.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of work stress and job burnout implications on employee performance in icu, ugd, and operating room of pku muhammadiyah hospital unit ii. Independent variables used in this study were work stress and job burnout while the dependent variable used is performance.Sample used in this study were nurses at the ICU, UGD, and operating room at pku Muhammadiyah hospital unit II by purposive sampling method. In order to get the number of samples used in this study were 43 respondents and data were analyzed using partial least square with processing aid SmartPLS and data using SPSS 15 software.Thus, results of this study concludes that : 1) Job stress effects positively and significantly toward job burnout. 2) Job burnout takes effect negatively and significantly on performance. 3) Work stress is a significant negative effect on performance. 4) Job Stress take effect negatively and significantly on performance through Job burnout.Keywords:

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect to of transformational leadership which consists of four dimensions:  idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualizedconsideration and intellectual stimulation effect to job satisfaction of imployees at PT Madubaru PG PS Madukismo of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique is determined by Perposive sampling which distributing questionnaires to 78 non managerial employees at supervisor divvy. Descriptive analysis is used as the method the consists of multiple linier regression analysis, partial significan testing (Uji-t), simultaneous significant testing (Uji-f), and coeficient of determination (R2) is also used in this reserch.The result of this research swows that idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation which are the dimensions of transformational leadership have a significant and positive impact on satisfaction of imployees at PT Madubaru PG PS Madukismo of Yogyakarta.KeywordS:
