Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effects of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on the performance of employees in the Statistics of D.I. Yogyakarta Province. This study is also use job satisfaction as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on the performance of employees.The object of this study is the office of the Statistics of D.I. Yogyakarta Province, and the subject were all employees of the Statistic of D.I. Yogyakarta Province, with a total population of 72 employees. Overall these employees occupy the Division of Administration, Division of Social Statistics, Division of Production Statistics, Division of Distribution Statistic, Division of NWA, and Division of IPDS. Data was collected using a questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or the questionnaire directly to the respondents, totaling 72 people.The data were examined and analyzed using the Smart-PLS. The results showed that the variable of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, intrinsic motivation variables showed a significant positive influence on employee performance, but variable extrinsic motivation doesn’t have significant influence on the performance of employees. Then the job satisfaction is not mediating influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance. And job satisfaction is not mediating influence between extrinsic motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study conducted to examine and analyze the effect of situational leadership styles and job compensation on job efectiveness, with job motivation as a mediating variable.The object of this study is the office of the Statistics of Yogyakarta  province, and the subject of this study are official statisticians  in the Statistics of Yogyakarta Province. The sampling technique in this study using a sample saturated. All official statisticians, who is not studying and leave, in Statistics of Yogyakarta  province totaling 92 people are given a questionnaire study.Data from the study were tested and analyzed using the Smart-PLS. The first conclusion is situational leadership styles  positive and  significantly  influence job motivation. The second conclusion is job compensation positive and significantly influence job motivation. The third conclusion is situational leadership styles  positive  but not significantly  influence job efectiveness. The fourth conclusion is job compensation  positive and significantly  influence job efectiveness. The fifth conclusion is job motivation positive and significantly  influence job efectiveness. The study also concluded that situational leadership styles  influence job efectiveness  on official statisticians  of the Statistics of Yogyakarta  province , with job motivation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of hedonic motive and browsing toward implusive buying on online purchasing fashion product. The subject of the research is consument coming from varsity student in Yogyakarta that buy fashion product toward e-commerce company. This research use purposive sampling technique to collect the data. From the survey, the researcher gain 100 person as the respondent. Next, the data will be analyze by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of the research showed that the hedonic motive has a positive influence towards the impulsive buying. It also has positive influence in browsing, while browsing does not have any influence towards impulsive buying. Hence, the other results showed that browsing does not have any influence to be a mediator between hedonic motive and impulsive buying.

Abstract

This research aims to excamine the influence of financial performance on firm value with corporate social responsibility and good corporate responsibility as moderating variable. The object on his research is manufacturing companies was listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This research used purposive sampling, and getting 21 companies with 130 observed data. The data analysis was conducted by using multiple regresion analysis.The results after analysis is financial performance (with ROA proxy) has not influence to firm value, financial performance with corporate social responsibility as moderating variable has positive influence to firm value. Meanwhile financial performance with good corporate responsibility (with management ownership proxy) as moderating variable has not influence to firm value.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze firm size, growth, free cash flow, leverage, profitability and ownership structure to the policy to pay dividend. The sample in this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. This research used purposive sampling method in determining the number of samples used. The data that be used is unbalanced panel and this data has 290 annual finance report.this research use logistic regression logistic model. The results of this research showed firm size, free cash flow and profitability affected positively and significantly on dividend paying probability. Growth and leverage affected negative and significantly. While ownership structure did not affect the quality of dividend paying probability.
