This study aims to compare their perceptions between gender and their age toward using the teachers’ feedback in their classroom. This study applied a quantitative method with survey method, which allowed the data to be quantified and analyzed using statistical analysis. In collecting the data, the Questionnaire Feedback, Identification, School Trajectories that measure their perceptions about Effective Teachers’ Feedback (EFT) and Ineffective Teachers’ Feedback (IEFT) have been used. The samples are 125 students, who are 53 boys and 72 girls, also 17 and 18 years old. The data are analyzed by descriptive statistics. The findings showed that there were statistically significant differences perceptions among students across their genders (p≤0.001) on EFT perceived. Furthermore, there is a significant difference between 17 years old students and 18 years old students (p≥0.05) on EFT perceived. As the result, the students’ gender and their age have main effect, with girls perceiving are more effective than boys, which leads them to report receiving more feedback from their teachers when compared to boys, and 18 years old students’ percept more than 17 years old students on teachers’ feedback toward their reading achievement.

This study aims to analyze the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practice of teachers in disaster education in elementary schools. This study uses questionnaires distributed to teachers in disaster-prone schools. The data taken are age, gender, subjects taught, recent education, experience in disaster education training, knowledge level, attitude, and practice of disaster education. Respondents who have a good knowledge level are 51.5%, enough knowledge level is 39.4%, and less knowledge level is 9.1%. As many as 98.9% of respondents have a positive attitude and 1.1% have a negative attitude. There are 90.9% of respondents have ever taught and 9.1% have never taught disaster education. This study concludes that teachers of Elementary in disaster-prone schools generally have good knowledge of disaster education, agree that disaster education becomes part of the curriculum, and have taught disaster education to students.

This study aims to compare the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) and Somatic Auditory Visual and Intellectual (SAVI) learning models based on brain gym in an effort to improve student learning outcomes and retention. This study was experimental research with a Quasi-Experimental design. The population of this study totaling 62 people, using the BBL learning model for as many as 22 people and using the SAVI learning model for as many as 22 people. Data analysis used a t-test with SPSS for windows 22.0. The results showed that the average score of the pretest, posttest, and retest of the BBL class was greater than that of the SAVI class. The t-test analysis obtained a significance value of 0.026 <0.05 for learning outcomes and a significance value of 0.32 <0.05 for student retention. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between learning outcomes and retention in the BBL and SAVI learning models which affect learning outcomes and student retention in learning.

This study aims to produce animation learning media on OHS courses with the help of software. This research uses Lee & Owens development research model. This research is done through 5 stages, namely assessment or analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. This research uses questionnaires to test the feasibility of learning media products through the validation of material experts and media experts. Assessments from students using scale instruments designed for validation of experts, materials, students, and construction skilled workers. Learning media products in the form of five animated videos. The rating by media experts of 87.13% is considered highly feasible. The assessment by the material expert scored at 81.43 which is categorized as very feasible. Assessments by students through limited trials scored 85, 86% of which were categorized as highly feasible. Assessments by construction skilled workers through limited trials get a value of 87% which is also categorized as highly feasible.

This study aims to analyze the difference in the average learning outcomes between pre-test and post-test, analyze the effect of HOTS training on teacher professional competence. This research method is quasi-experimental using a quantitative approach. The research sample was 35 elementary school teachers. Data collection in this study using the test method. The design used was one group pre-test post-test design which was analyzed using paired t-test. Hypothesis test results show that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes between the pre-test and post-test, there is a significant effect of HOTS training on the professional competence of teachers. There are still many variables that can be explored to further optimize the formation of policy framework models and theoretical frameworks to improve teacher professional competence.

This study aims to explore the needs of social skills-based learning models for inclusive schools for children with learning disabilities. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers who teach children with learning disabilities in eight inclusive elementary schools in Surakarta. The technique to get the data collection used was a structured questionnaire with Likert scale. Then, it was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques by categorizing i.e. The analysis results showed that the level of needs of a social skills-based learning model for children with learning disabilities was very high with final percentage of 83%. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a skill-based learning model for children with learning disabilities in an inclusive school to assist teachers in developing social skills for children with learning disabilities.

This study aims to describe the capacity of students' learning skills, provide and develop problem-solving learning skills, prepare appropriate modules that are used by students, and encourage counseling and learning development units. The method used in this action research is a qualitative research design. The research technique was carried out by using a case study approach and observation. The results showed that the students' mathematical abilities ranged from 26-50 (57.14%). Only 14% (11.43% + 2.86%) of AgtSP students have capacities in basic mathematics. Learning skills, for example, reading and writing, had lower AgtSP values, namely 37.14% and 34.29%. AgtSP is still dominated by Papuan students (86%) and a small proportion of non-Papuan students (14%). Many students enrolled in AgtSP graduated from Social Sciences (38%), some graduated from Agricultural High School (33%), and a few graduated from natural sciences 21%) and a small number of students graduated from Non. Agricultural Senior High School, namely administration interest. Student GPA has increased in the number of students who have GPA scores. 23 components affect student learning skills at the university level as experienced by AgtSP. The conclusion is the low scores obtained by mathematics, reading, and writing students enrolled in the Faculty.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mindmap-assisted process skills approach through lesson study in improving students’ learning outcomes This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were students of class VB. Implementation of the lesson study cycle is carried out 13 times cycles, with details of the first lesson study model's eight cycles for the lesson study teacher and the next five cycles for the model teacher. The data collection instruments are the teachers’ learning implementation sheet and student worksheets to assess student learning outcomes in each cycle. Student learning outcomes in the implementation of lesson study by teacher model lecturers have the lowest average (54.0667) in the first LS cycle, while the highest average (71.7667) in the eighth LS cycle. So, it can be concluded that applying the mindmap-assisted process skills approach through lesson study can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to develop a learning media product, namely the LoP Game to improve the Mathematical-Logic Learning Ability of Early Childhood Beginning. This type of research is a Research and Development (R&D) using a model developed by Borg and Gall. There are 3 stages used in this study from 10 stages proposed by Borg and Gall. These stages include: research and information collecting, planning, and develop preliminary form of product. Data validity analysis was performed using the Aiken formula. The data is obtained from the results of the instrument assessment in the form of a questionnaire from material experts and media experts. The feasibility assessment is tested by 3 material experts and 3 media experts. From the results of the validity test, it can be seen that the expert judgment for the media in the LoP game is all valid with all aspects that have been previously described. Thus, it can be said that the LoP game is appropriate and suitable for the development of early childhood abilities, especially mathematical-logic abilities.
