Abstract

What we see when studying the subject that is being done by the subject teachers ofhistory in the classroom. Classroom atmosphere during history lessons are generally less encouraging,students look sultry and restless (Haikal, 1989). This situation shows that the less favored historicalsubjects and boring students (Isjoni, 2006). Learning the history of which only emphasizes the pastwith lead students bored and lack of interest in history lessons (Gunning, 1978). Conditions ofsubject teachers of history which mostly still not optimal, even still many who have not been ableto take advantage of advances in technology or in other words still stutter technology (Gatek).Problem formulation is: How where the availability of facilities and prarana, the principal policyto support, education and training has gained teacher and factors that constrain teachers in theuse of information and communication technology in teaching high school history Pekanbaru. Thepurpose of this study is: To determine the extent of availability of facilities and prarana, the principalpolicy to support, education and training of teachers who have acquired the necessary skills andconstraints of teachers in the use of information and communication technology in teaching highschool history Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is: To determine the extent of availability offacilities and prarana, the principal policy to support, education and training of teachers who haveacquired the necessary skills and constraints of teachers in the use of information and communicationtechnology in teaching high school history Pekanbaru.The location and time of study. The locationwas chosen in this study is the city of Pekanbaru. When the study was conducted for 4 (four)months. The population of this study are all high school teachers who care for high school historycourses at public and private city of Pekanbaru. Samples taken as many as three SMA and threeprivate high school. Pekanbaru City some 14 teachers as respondents, with details: SMAN 5 totaling3 teachers, totaling 3 SMAN 9 teachers, SMAN 11 numbered 2 teachers, high school teachersHandayani numbered 2, SMA PGRI numbered 2 teachers, high school Tri Bakti numbered 2 teachers.Data collection techniques used in this study, such as: (1) observation, (2). Interview, (3)library;(4) Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using qualitative analysis. From the dataanalysis it can be concluded as follows: (1) Not all teachers use of ICT in teaching History (2) aproportion of the principal has been supporting the use of ICT by teachers in teaching high schoolhistory City Pekanbaru, (3) a proportion of the teachers have received training on ICT. Teachersfelt that ICT can improve the ability of teachers both in PBM and student learning outcomes, (4)Availability of hard ware and sof ware is still limited, the age factor, not confident, doubt and fearKeywords: information and communication technology, the teacher and the teaching of history

Abstract

From the observation that the author did in SMAN 10 Pekanbaru, known to manystudents from grade 1 to grade 3 is less interested in the lessons of history, because they lackprofessional teachers, especially teachers of history. This has led to interest students learn thehistory that led to the decline in student achievement, especially on the subjects of history. Toachieve the goal of learning is usually a teacher to choose one or more of teaching and learningstrategies. Where the strategy can be achieved when factors such as: the material being taught,teachers and students must actively use the role, there are certain social relations, types ofactivitiesdone, and facilities available.Keywords: Strategy Guru, Interest in Learning.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know out effect of job satisfaction on performanceof elementary schools supervisor official / city in Riau province. This research used quantitativeapproach with uses causal survey method by using Path Analisys Technique. The samples of thisresearch were 60 elementary school supervisor selected randomly. In the data were collected byspreading questioner and analyze with correlation by supporting descriptive statistics. The resultof the research on direct positive effect of job satisfaction on performance of elementary schoolssupervisor . The conclusion of the research is direct positive effect of job satisfaction onperformance of job satisfaction elementary schools supervisor. The higher of job satisfaction,the higher of performance of elementary schools supervisor official .On the other side, job ofelementary school supervisor can be increase by job satisfaction.Key words: job satisfaction, Job performance, supervision

Abstract

This paper contains about social stability in the Islamic view. Today gender is veryinteresting to study, so that gave birth to some of the opinions that have an impact on the role ofmen and women have in common demands, but on the other hand require women to contributeto social life. This becomes very contrary to the presence of women in equal social life, in otherwords women and men should have the same role. Demands the same role between men andwomen have an impact on the state of social life that looks at the present time, though not as themain factor of social conflict, but can not be released that gender equality demands of the sociallife is also somewhat due to loss of the role that should be become obligatory for women andmen. Islamic religion has succeeded in giving an answer to the issue of gender, how in Islam doesnot look sharp distinction between men and women, the role of men and women already evidentin Islam. The division of roles of men and women adapted to the nature of which is owned bymen and women. All of these provisions is based on the glasses Allah, who knows everything.Key word: social stability, Islam and gender

Abstract

Parameters measured were the result of student learning , mastery learning , studentlearning actvities and teacher activities . Teacher activity during the learning process by usingCooperatife Learning Implementation Model GI Type in the first cycle the first meeting 56.25 %with enough categories , the first cycle of the second meeting of 68.75 % with category Enough. Increased 12.5 % . In the second cycle the first meeting of 84.38 % with a very good category, meeting the second cycle II 90.63 % with very good category 6.25 % increase . Actvities ofstudents during the learning process by using the application of models of gi in the first cycle thefirst meeting of 50.00 % with enough categories , the first cycle of the second meeting of 56.25% with category Enough . 6.25 % increase . In the second cycle the first meeting of 81.25 % witha very good category . In the second cycle the second meeting of 87.50 % with a very goodcategory 6:25 % increase . Cooperatve Learning Model Type Group Investigation in the processof learning can improve student learning outcomes IPS from baseline score ( 45.45 % ) to UH I( 68.18 % ) with increased 22.73 % , the base score ( 45.45 % ) to UH II ( 81.81 % ) increased by36.36 % . Abstract

Subjects were fourth graderes at SDN 003 Pulau Jambu by totaling 23 studens ,7boys students and 16 gils students. Data collection instruments in this thesis is the a teacheractivities and students and achievement students. From the results of the research activities ofthe teacher in the learning process in the first cycle with the first meeting of an average of 62,50% and the second meeting improve to 75,00 %. In the second cycle the first meeting 80,00%, andthe second meeting improve 87,50%. The results of the data analysis of student activity in thefirst cycle the first meeting of the two meeting 60.00% and the second meeting improve 70,00%.In the second cycle the first meeting of the two meeting 77,50% and the second meeting improveto 85,00%. Based on the results of the data analysis, the average students achievement beforethe action the point of average 57,60 (category less). After the action in the first cycle with theaverage of 66,08 (category enough). In the second cycle meeting improve with the average of75,43 (category good). Mean that the implementation of learning model Problem BasedInstruction ( PBI ) can improve the students achievement of social studies at fourth graderesSDN 003 Pulau Jambi subdistricts Cerenti Kuantan Singingi.Key words : Model Learning of Problem Based Instruction, Students Achievement
