Abstract

Analysis of the influence of product quality research on customer value and customer satisfaction thatimpact on customer loyalty pharmacy Dela Semarang. This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect ofproduct quality on customer value, (2) analyze the effect of product quality to customer satisfaction, (3)analyze the effect of customer value on customer satisfaction, (4) analyze the effect of customer value oncustomer loyalty, and (5) analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The datacollection method used in this study questionnaires were 120 respondents who buy drugs in Delapharmacies Semarang more than 2 (two) times. Analysis of the data using statistical analysis with thehelp of IBM SPSS 19 software program. The results showed that (1) the quality of the product positiveand significant impact on customer value, which increases the quality of the products is also increasingcustomer value, (2) the quality of the product positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction,which increases the quality of the products that customer satisfaction is also increases, (3) customervalue positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which increases the value of customers alsoincreased customer satisfaction, (4) customer value positive and significant effect on customer loyalty,which increases the value customers will also increase customer loyalty , and (5) customer satisfactionpositive and significant effect on customer loyalty, increase customer satisfaction which then alsoincreases customer loyalty.Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Perusahaan memiliki kewajiban menerbitkan laporan keuangan dengan integritas yang tinggi bagi pihak yang berkepentingan. Terdapat beberapa faktoryang mempengaruhi integritas laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenguji pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen, komite audit danauditor eksternal terhadap integritas laporan keuangan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar diBursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2010 sampai 2012. Sampel yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini diambil berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan (purposivesampling). Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linierberganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komisaris independen berpengaruhpositif terhadap integritas laporan keuangan. Sedangkan kepemilikan institusional,komite audit dan auditor eksternal tidak berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporankeuangan.Kata Kunci: kepemilikan institutional, komisaris independen, komite audit, auditoreksternal, integritas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Organization culture is collection of positive value that is useful for organization in order to influence behavior. Authority tolerance culture is part of culture concept founded by Hofstade (1994). As high as authority to culture, means they are willing to accept the authority to culture difference in an organization. Career perception is perception as long as working (Asthur, et al, 1989. The aim of this research  are to analyze and to prove whether tolerant culture influence bureaucratic and professional career perception. Method of this research uses purposive sampling method with 89 female nurse as samples and also uses double regression analysis. Result of this research shows that authority tolerance culture has positive influence towards bureaucratic to career perception and professional career perception. It means that as high as authority tolerance culture will determine life someone’s career choice, even though still in perception form. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect deposit LPPL (Local Public Broadcasting) Radioon Radio LPPL Regency/City in Central Java. Some researchers emphasize the effect of the regulation isa factor, the budget ceiling given by the budget, the number of HR employees and deposit targetsmandated by the respective local government district/city. The population in this study was 32 LPPLRadio districts/cities in Central Java. In addition, this study uses panel data time series for the past threeyears, starting in 2011, 2012 and 2013. This study uses multiple methods approach, the approaches are :Pooled Least Square (PLS), Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The modeltesting uses Chow Test and Hausman Test. The hypothesis testing, conducted through partial test basedon t test. The results showed that model tends to use FEM. Based on that estimation model was found thatonly two variables that were significant namely regulation and deposit targets at 5% significance level.Beside that amaount of human resources was significant at 10% significance level. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether there is the influence service quality, sales forcecompetence, perceptions of price, and variety of products to the customer satisfaction. The influenceservice quality and sales force competence to the customer loyality. The influence customer satisfactionwhich can mediate customer loyalty. Planning of this research used explanatory research to know therelationship between variable. The respondents of this research are 100 pharmacies in the Semarang City used probability sampling technique which is used simple random sampling. From the result analysis to the research model which have been examined, it is indicated that service quality, sales force competence, perception of price, and variety products are influenced positive and significant to the customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study to develop and test the effect of the image, price perception, and promotion influencing satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in order to win the competition supermarkets in Semarang. The total sample of 112 respondents at Carrefour Supermarket Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The results showed that image, price perception, and promotion. Thus, image, price perception, promotion, and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Mediating effect of customer satisfaction does not apply to the effect of image on customer loyalty , the effect of price perception on customer loyalty, and influence on customer loyalty promotion . Means that customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the image, the effect of price perception , and influence on customer loyalty promotion . This research incorporates Resources Based Theory. The limitation and implication for the future study and the managerial implication are also discussed in this study.Keywords: image, price perception, promotion, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of devotion to the Community is to build an Information System Maternal and Child Health (MCII) and Family Planning (FP) in South Scmarang health Ccntcr (PLJSKESMAS). This system is called SIMKIAK B that will be used by both operators provider users and administrators for administrative activities relating to Eligible Spouse services in family planning, antenatal care, maternity and childbirth, and care of infants and toddlers. This SIM will facilitate the conduct of data collection, processing, and presentation of information or reporting with respect to the MCH-FP.lmplementalion of the method is problem solving technology that is engineered to provide a solution constraint Iced by the partners, with the stage identifier and perform problem analysis, then make the application development and implementation at the partners. After the making of the operating manual is made, then continued training to prospective operators or users SIMKIA-KB, further monitoring and evaluation and reporting activities and sosialasis.

Abstract

The main problems of the data management faced by orphanages is the conventional system management services to charity, donation, alms conventional system. Conventional service management issues that donor data collection, data collection and administrative transactions carried occupants with manual records. Search data and history of the old inhabitants who had left the orphanage, donated the use of data archiving is a common problem. The solution offered is to build Zakat Management Information Systems, Infak and sodaqoh (SIMZIS) with stages: (1) Method of building and implementing IBM Information Management System Zakat Infak and sodaqoh (SIMZIS), using the method of participatory action research on community service partners, activities and involvement of partners, partner participation; (2) The implementation of the activities and involvement of partners with stage situation analysis and identification, prototype development of management information systems, training, pilot implementation, guidance, mentoring and consultation, monitoring and evaluation, implementation SIMZIS; (3) Participation partner with IBM team well as policy makers and as participants.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of the change on the National Income, the Domestic Credit, the Exchange Rate and the Interest Rate to the change of the Foreign Exchange Reserve. The research analyze based on the Keynesian Balance of Pavmcnt Theory (KBPT) and the Monetary Approach to the Balance of Payment (MAHP) The KHPT was oriented to the short term analysis and the MABP was onented to the long temi analysis The data is analyzed by the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that in thc long run the National Income, the Domcsuc Credit, the Exchange Rate and the Interest Rate can change the Foreign Exchange Reserve significantly partially and simultaneously. The results showed that the effect of the independent variables so the Foreign Exchange Reserve is the same as the hypotheses ofthc KHPT and MARl’. It can be concluded from Error Correction Term (ECI’) valuc that in indonesia the economy needs 6-7 quartals (1.5 years to reach the new equilibrium.
