ANALISIS PENGARUH MANFAAT-MANFAAT RELASIONAL TERHADAP KUALITAS RELASIONAL DAN KONSEKUENSINYA PADA KOMUNIKASI WORD OF MOUTH POSITIVE (Positive WOM) DAN LOYALITAS (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA NASABAH PINJAMAN DI BPR “AS” SEMARANG)

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Social benefits, Special Services benefits, Trust benefits in customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction to the next customer commitment, and how it impacts the customer's commitment to positive WoM communication and Customer Loyalty. This study focused on the customer's credit in the Great Prosperous Rural Semarang, which has been a customer for over a year. Purposive sampling technique was taken on the grounds that: the respondents had sufficient experience with a relationship bank, so it can answer the questions posed. The number of respondents that can be processed in this study amounted to 121 people. Processing the data using SPSS for Windows Ver.16. The results showed that there are two hypotheses are rejected, the hypothesis of the impact of the benefits of dedicated service to the customer satisfaction (h2) and the impact of positive WOM communication to Loyalty (H7). As for hypothesis: Social Benefits, and Trust in customer satisfaction (h1, h3) proved significant; Effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Commitment (h4) also proved significant, and commitment to positive WOM communication (h5) and Loyalty (h6) also proved significant. Each of influence between these variables showed a positive direction. So the results of this study prove that loyalty and positive WoM communication can be built from the Customer Commitment, and Customer Commitment can be achieved if customers are satisfied and is essentially a relational benefits, namely: social benefits and trust benefits perceived by customers.Keywords: Relational Benefits, Satisfaction, Commitment, Communication WOM, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a new theoretical approach in solving the relationship between risk taking with the marketing environment to learn and analyze the development process of risk taking, andlater risk taking innovation influences towards the diversity of the product. The research was conducted at the district and municipality of Pekalongan in Central Java Province. The empirical test model usedwas Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample size of the research was 200 owners/ leaders/managers of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises based on the consideration as the person mostresponsible and accountable in managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) better overall problem of capital, marketing, and human resources. The result showed that adaptibility to marketingenvironment, knowledge of marketing strategy, and employees working skill affects positively towards risk taking innovation. The result of the study also showed that risk taking innovation influencespositively towards the diversity of the product. This research incorporates Resources Based Theory, and Prospect Theory. Abstract

Cita-cita Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan secara normatif amatlah luhur untuk mewujudkan hubungan industrial yang harmonis, dinamis, dan berkeadilan secara optimal berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hubungan industrial antara pengusaha dan pekerja berasaskan pada hubungan kemitraan dan kekeluargaan, sehingga segala sesuatu dapat diselesaikan dengan musyawarah mufakat para pihak. Hubungan pemerintah, pengusaha, dan pekerja serta serikat pekerja/serikat buruh perlu terus menerus dibangun, dibina, dan dipertahankan pelaksanaannya oleh semua komponen. Peran pemerintah sebagai regulator sangat diperlukan untuk keseimbangan posisi tawar (bargaining position) antara pekerja dan pengusaha dalam hubungan kerja di perusahaan. Pelaksanaan hubungan kerja di perusahaan yang kondusif dapat menunjang kelangsungan usaha (industrial harmony and economic development). Kelangsungan usaha yang baik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of fund balance consists of the general allocation funds,  special allocation funds, financial assistance from the Provincial Government. The revenue and capital expenditure allocation to determine the effect of capital expenditures in each district/city in the administrative area of Central Java Provincial. The data used in this study were obtained from various data sources such as data from the district budget/ city, allocation funds transfer from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance  regional Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Bureau of Statistics and Central Java to the research data period of 4 (four) years the Fiscal Year 2008-2011. Hypothesis  test  results  showed  the  general  allocation  funds  and  the  financial  assistance  that significantly affect the allocation of capital expenditures in the district/town in the administrative region of Central Java province, while for components DAK, and revenue does not significantly affect the allocation of  capital expenditure . In this study, capital expenditure budget contained in the distric/city government  administrative region showed a positive effect on per capita income of the area.   Keywords: Balance Fund, Capital Expenditure, Decentralization Fiscal, Per Capita Income

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the efforts of woman empowerment in order to raise poor family income.Model of poor woman in based of formation groups of house wifes as batik crafts woman using cantingelectric formulates some points such as : increasing the profile of poor woman activity, the active role ofwoman ini empowerment which can increase poor family income, the earnings of batik crafts woman, thework time of batik crafts women, the effectiveness of using electric canting, success formation of craftswoman groups. To get the research model, method descriptive qualitative analysis are used. The resulthoped is model of district empowerment woman known at Gunung Pati Semarang, the are Jatirejo, Siwarakand Gunung Pati. Based on descriptive of qualitative analysis. The results of this research are 67,35 percentgain big profit after they became the member of batik crafts woman group. The strengths that poor womanhave are availability of time empowerment, also the their persistence to work to get more income.Participation approach is way to empower poor woman. This approach is able to invite housewives toparticipate in increasing self quality. Beside that, this approach is flexible way because there is no standardprocedure. However, it is more adapted with the condition, potential and distribution from poor woman inthat village.Keyword : woman empowerment, poor the household income, source utilization poor household batik craftswoman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan, penyaluran modal pinjaman dan kolektabilitas pinjaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota kelompok usaha bersama binaanProgram Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri di Kecamatan Gemuh Kendal. Pengumpulan data primer penelitian dengan berkunjung ke responden, agar tingkat pengisian kuesioner dapat dipastikan betul dan jugapeneliti dapat menjelaskan kepada responden bila menemui persoalan yang kurang jelas dalam pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan metode deskriptif, menghitung data-data yang berbentuk kuantitatif dandinyatakan secara kualitatif guna menginterprestasikan hasil data perhitungan, dan melengkapi gambaran yang diperoleh dari analisis data kualitatif untuk memecahkan masalah yang diteliti yang akhirnya akan menarikkesimpulan dari pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan (pelatihan) yang dilakukan dapat menigkatkan kompetensi sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan pekerjaan,penyaluran modal pinjaman sangat bermanfaat untuk peningkatan volume usahanya dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta tingkat kolektabilitas pinjaman sebagain besar membayar pinjamannya tepat pada waktunya. Oleh karenanyahasil penelitian ini berharap bisa memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah baik pusat maupun daerah, fasilitator PNPM Mandiri, Unit Pengelola Kegiatan untuk menyadari pentingnya pemberdayaan ekonomi melaluipeningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan dan penambahan permodalan untuk menumbuhkan berwirausaha guna menopang perekonomian.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, modal pinjaman dan kolektabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to anabze the effect of the budgetary goal characteristics that is the budgetary participation, the clearance of budgetary goal, budgetary feedback and budgetary evaluation to the performance of Civil Servants in Brebes Territory. By using the purposive sampling technique from 375 the level 3 and 4 esselon civil servants this research choose 67 ojicials who become the samples. This research /ind that 53,7 % independent variables have contribution to the change of Peqfomance of the Civil Servants in Brebes Territory. Simultanousb/ the four variables have sigrzyicant effect to the Pejomance of the Civil Servants in Brebes Territory. Partialbr the budgetary participation and the budgetary feedback have no signyicant ejfect to the Perfomance ofthe Civil Servants in Brebes. Only the clearance of budgetary goal and budgetanv evaluation have signyicant positive effect to the performance of government ojicial in Brebes Terri tory. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaiuh faktor internal yang mempengaruhi penyaluran kredit perusahaan perbankan. Beberapa faktor internal bank yang mempengaiuhi penyaluran kredit adalah Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang Go Public di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2008-2010. Dan untuk kepentingan penelitian ini maka digunakan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 25 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. J enis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang b-erasal dari laporan keuangan dan dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah Regresi Linier dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Befdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap penelitian ini diketahui secara multan bahwa DPK, CAR, ROA, dan NPL berpengaruh seeara signiiikan terhadap penyaluran hedit pada bank. Sedangkan dari pengujian secara parsial, diperoleh hasil bahwa DPK berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan. Untuk CAR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini ROA dan NPL berpengaruh positif dan tidak signiiikan, sedangkan untuk NPL berpengaruh positif danndak signiiikan terhadap penyaluran kredit.Kata Kunci : Penyaluran Kredit, Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Non Performing Loan (NPL)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Pezusahaan dengan Kinerja Linglcungan sebagai variable Moderasi pada perusahaan znanufaktur. Populasi penelitianadalah perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di Bursa effek periode 2009 - 2011, dengan tekink sampling pusposive diperoleh sample sabanyak 17 perusahaan.  Metode analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Likuiditas yang diproksi dengan CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Pemsahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Kinerja Lingkungan yang diproksi dengan PROPER memperlemah pengaruh Likuiditas yang diproksi dengan CR terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Prorltabilitas yang diproksi dengan ROE berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Kinerja Lingkungan yang diproksi dengan PROPER memperlemah pengaruh Prolltabilitas yang diproksi dengan ROE terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Leverage yang diproksi dengan DTA berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Kinerja Lingkungan nremperlemah pengaruh Leverage yang diproksi dengan DTA terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV, Kinerja linglcungan yang diproksi dengan PROPER berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Uji koelisien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,950, hal itu menunjukkan bahwa sebosar 95% variabel Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV marnpu dijelaskan oleh Variabel CR, ROE, Leverage, PROPER, interaksi CR PROPER, interasi ROE-PROPER dan lnteraksi Leverage PROPER   Kata kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Kinerja Lingkungan, Kinerja Perusahaan
