Abstract

Application product development and manufacturing using computer-aided technologies and what has already been implemented successfully in some segments of large-scale industry and suppliers. This study aimed to established a general understanding of the development of digital product development and manufacturing. The method of this study is a review of smart manufacturability analysis for digital product development. This study described product development is supported by CAD CAM and CAE programs from design and development with Cloud-Based Design with Manufacturing (CBDM). The resultsĀ  from this journal review are to know the factors that influence the results of 3D printing and how to fix these problems. The problem is by using cloud base there are still problems when translating digital forms into physical forms in the form of STL. or obj in this case using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling). can be improved by using 3D SLA printer technology because SLA (Stereolithography) can produce good print results and complicated designs

Abstract

CNC Programming (Computer Numerical Control Programming) is the art of programming CNC machines to make parts. An NC Program consists of a sequence of instructions that control the motion and automatic sequences of an NC Machine. In general sense, the term NC programming refers to the creation of control data for machining work-pieces on NC and CNC machines. The development of CNC systems has progressed as a result of the rapidly improving capabilities, coupled with falling prices, of small computers, a combination that makes the standard computer an attractive component of NC systems. NC programming has a decisive influence on the cost effectiveness and profitability of NC manufacturing. The selection of a programming system is essentially guided by the need for software that is suitable for the application at hand, readily available, and as universally applicable as possible.

Abstract

Conventional liquids and lubricants are widely used in machining processes throughout the world. However, this cutting liquid is the source of many environmental pollution problems. In order to reduce or eliminate the effect produced by cutting fluids, it is necessary to switch to a continuous machining technique such as using small amounts of cutting fluid, liquid nitrogen, vegetable oil or compressed air as a cooling lubrication medium. Cryogenic coolant is found to be more efficient, economical, cost-effective and environmentally friendly when compared to the conventional coolant, especially in mass production. In machining difficult-to-cut materials such as thin walled materials for the aerospace industry, cooling applications are needed. Ni-based superalloy, Inconel is a material for aerospace applications because of its high durability to wear and material that is resistant to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. This paper presents a review and explanation of thin wall machining using cryogenic cooling systems on inconel or aerospace materials.

Abstract

Computer network is an interface of two or more computers that is built for the purpose of sharing, information, data, and resources. Computer network has nodes that serve as the origin, route, and receiver of data. Computer network is built using a combination of hardware and software. LANs and WLANs are the most common form of computer network and theya re used intensively and extensively in CAD/CAM/CAE applications. This review talks about the latest implementation of LANs/WLANs in CAD/CAM/CAE applications, their limitations, and consideration for their usage.
