Abstract

The research aim was to determine income and feasibility of honey bee farming of Jaya Makmur for one production period.  The research location was purposively selected with the consideration that Jaya Makmur is the only bee farming in Sigi and registered in Forest Office of Central Sulawesi. The research was carried out during one production period in April-June 2015. Respondents in this study were the leader and three employees of the bee farming.  Research data was analyzed descriptively and using income and feasibility analysis.  The research results showed that the business of the honey bee farming generated income of IDR 3,899,510 for one production period. Cost revenue ratio (R/C) obtained was 1.27 suggesting that the business of the bee farming is feasible to be developed in Jono Oge, Sigi Biromaru of Sigi District.

Abstract

This study aim was to determine the income and feasibility of patchouli oil industry in Lumbutarombo Village, South Banawa Sub District of Donggala District and was conducted in September 2015. The respondents purposively determined were leader and employees of the Patchouli Oil Industry.  Primary and secondary data collected were analyzed using income and feasibility analysis.  The reseach results showed that the income of the patchouli oil industry was IDR 15,950,375 month-1 and its business is feasible with R/C value of 1.18.

Abstract

This study aimed to forecast demand for bakery products at “Tiara Rizki” industry in Boyaoge Village Tatanga District of Palu City in 2016. This research was conducted in June 2015. The respondent in this research are the owner and 2 employees of “Tiara Rizki” Industry. The used data was from Primary and secondary data. The Analysis tool are Single Moving Average and Single exponential smoothing. The result showed that the forecast for September was 31,835 pack, with the Mean Absolute Error by 2,005 and Mean Squared Error by 17,243,400.  Result in September also can determine prediction in 2016. The calculation using Exponential Smoothing the α is 0.9, Mean Absolute Error is 2,912 and Mean Squared Error is 24,087,750, which Mean absolute Error and Mean Squared Error were the smallest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to  know how much Contributions farming  rice on Family Farm income in the village Ogoamas II  District North Sojol Donggala.  The research was conducted in January until March 2014. The determination of the respondents was conducted using a random sample (simple random sampling), with consideration of the number of respondents who were taken in the study of 30 farmers. The analysis used in this study is analysis income. The study results showed that the average/ha income received by farmers for rice fields where the average income of  Rp. 21,354,507.27. Corn farming an average income of Rp 3,959,324.95. Peanut farming an average of  income Rp.13,485,193.66. Cocoa farming, an average income of Rp. 1,819,418.92. Coconut Copra farming an average income of  Rp.3,707,.395.60. The amount of revenue contribution rice farming to farming families, reaching 48,18%, while the revenue contribution  8,94% of farm corn, peanut farming 30,43%, and  4,11%, cocoa farming, and farming coconut copra 8,37%. Rice farming provided the largest contribution compared to other farming.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to  know the total Income and  the feasibility of this rice field farming with Direct Seeding Methode in Astina Village Torue Subdistrict Parigi Moutong Regency.This research started on May until April 2015.Respondents in this research amount to 30 houshold. Determination of respondent used simple random sampling while the analytical data tools were Income and  feasibility analysis. The results showed total income was Rp1,346,798/ha with avernge total cost Rp 9,186,263/ha. The result of feasibility analysis showed that rice farming with directed seeding methode can be categoried fiasible with ratio of 2.2.

Abstract

Sukun is one of the agricultural commodities that is able to fullfil human necessity in daily life and is considered to have promising market opportunities and prospects. Central Sulawesi possesses a sufficient land of Sukun tree spreading. Sukun now can be processed to made chips, it is able to give benefits to industry. This research aims to determine the revenue earned for the domestic industry, "Citra Lestari Production" in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The appointment of respondent was done intentionally (purposive), by considering that Citra Lestari Production is an industry that processes sukun chips in Palu. The respondent of this research was the head of the company, and one of data sources used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis tool used was income analysis. The results showed that the income of Citra Lestari Production domestic industry is Rp.4,134,059/month, which is obtained from the selling pruduction Rp.18,900,000/month, and the total production cost, Rp.14,765.94.
