Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the significance of the influence of product quality, service quality and location of the purchase decisions of consumers in Warung Mie Ayam Bakso Ajeng Karanganyar. 2) To analyze the dominant variable influence (product quality, service quality or location) on consumer purchasing decisions in Warung Mie Ayam Bakso Ajeng Karanganyar. The research method used survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is consumers who buy at Warung Mie Ayam Bakso Ajeng Karanganyar in the period of August 2016. The number of samples in this study of 100 respondents, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results obtained conclusions: 1) There is significant influence product quality on consumer purchasing decisions in Warung Mie Ayam Bakso Ajeng Karanganyar. 2) There is significant influence of service quality to consumer purchase decisions in Warung Mie Ayam Bakso Ajeng Karanganyar. 3) There is significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions locations in Warung Mie Ayam Bakso Ajeng Karanganyar. 4) Quality of care is the dominant variable influence on consumer purchase decisions in Warung Mie Ayam Bakso Ajeng Karanganyar.Keywords: product quality, service quality, location, purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the efforts of merchant stalls HIK (traders immigrants from outside the town of Karanganyar) in order to survive in the face of competition in the town of Karanganyar. Improvement of street vendors in the city of Karanganyar significantly from year to year. The increase was supported also by government policies in terms of the provision of land or a trade. Street vendors located in the town of Karanganyar include small food vendors, food stalls, coffee shops, small kiosks and others. One type of vendors who shows the development (in terms of quantity) in the town of Karanganyar is Warung HIK. is a merchant stalls HIK are street vendors (seller men) who sell food and drinks, such as coffee, tea, ginger, some snacks and a lunch pack. They trade on pavements or in front of the shopping center, special for the evening, after the store closed. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that: Traders stall HIK in the town of Karanganyar been able to develop well and able to withstand competition, the ability to grow and survive the competition, in addition driven factors skills and high morale, also driven by involvement of social capital among traders, HIK stalls, stalls in the town of Karanganyar HIK can be classified into three categories, namely merchant stalls HIK independent, semi-independent and non-independent and most buyers find it convenient to stop by to linger in HIK stalls.Keywords: HIK stalls, street vendors, competition

Abstract

The research method used survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the Business Partner Customer Savings Bank Mandiri Branch Colomadu Karanganyar creating new accounts or new accounts in the period April 2015 s / d April 2016 as many as 700 customers. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis. Based on the results obtained conclusions: 1) There is significant influence product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. 2) There is significant influence product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction to customer confidence. 3) Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality and service quality to customer confidence.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of price to consumer satisfaction (2) the effect of product quality to customer satisfaction(3) the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction. The object of research itself is on restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, This study population are all consumers restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar using a sample of 70 respondents. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires through testing instrument validity and reliability. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. The conclusion of the test results by using the t test showed that 1) Price does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction at restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, this is evidenced by the t test that generates a probability value (0,187) > 0,05. (2) The quality of products significantly influence consumer satisfaction at restaurant SFA Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, this is evidenced by the t test generates a probability value (0,004) < 0,05. (3) The quality of service does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction at restaurant SFAB Steak & Resto in Klodran Karanganyar, this is evidenced by the t test generates a probability value (0,129) > 0,05.Keywords: price, product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (2) impact of service quality on customer loyalty (3) the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (4) impact of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study population was all subscribers Mbah Tandur Restourant with a sample of 100 respondents from students customers. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on the validity of the test showed that all valid instrument and of the reliability test showed all instruments reliable. Classic assumption test results show that the variable data of this study has been to meet the assumptions required by multiple linear regression model that does not happen multikolinieritas problem, does not occur heteroskedastisitas, and autocorrelation, and residual normal. The conclusion from the results of testing each hypothesis shows that all hypothesis can be accepted or proven true.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze: 1) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction 2) the effect of brand equity on consumer satisfaction 3) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction with the brand equity as a moderating variable. This study is a survey on consumer handphone Samsung in the Matahari Singosaren Plaza. The research sample of 100 people with sampling used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires. Data were analyzed used multiple linear regression and test of absolute difference. The results showed that the product quality has significant effect on consumer satisfaction Samsung android. Brand equity has significant effect on consumer satisfaction Samsung android. Brand equity does not moderate the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction Samsung android.Keywords: product quality, brand equity, consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service and the image of the college to the word of mouth in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 2) To analyze the significance of the influence of service quality, the image of the college, and word of mouth to satisfaction of students in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 3) To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service and the image of the college to the student satisfaction mediated by word of mouth at the Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. The research method used survey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study Faculty of Economics Unisri force Surakarta years 2013-2015, as many as 803 students. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling technique using proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis. Based on the results obtained conclusions: 1) There is a significant effect on the quality of service word of mouth at the Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 2) There was a significant effect on the image of the college of word of mouth in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 3) There is significant influence service quality to satisfaction of students in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 4) There is a significant influence on the image of college student satisfaction in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta in force from 2013 to 2015. 5) There was a significant effect of word of mouth to satisfaction of students in the Student Faculty of Economics Unisri Surakarta. 6) The results of the analysis we concluded that the indirect effect of service quality on student satisfaction mediated significant word of mouth. 7) The results of the analysis we concluded that the indirect effect on the image of college student satisfaction mediated significant word of mouth.Keywords: quality of service, the image of the college, word of mouth, student satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the quality of the service, the location effect significantlyon the buying decision at the Minimarket Andhika Nusukan and find out the prices moderate the effect of service quality and location on buying decision at the MinimarketAndhika Nusukan. This research method using a survey method conducted to the consumer of Minimarket Andhika Nusukan. The type of data that used is qualitative and quantitative data. The source of the data used in this research is the primary data. The method to collect the data is questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Validity, Reliability, and classic Assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t Test, f Test, the coefficient of Determination, and Absolute Difference Test. The results of this research proved the quality of service, location, and price effect significantly to buying decisions at the Minimarket Andhika Nusukan. From the results of the absolute difference test proved that the price moderate the effectof the quality of service and location on buying decision at the Minimarket Andhika Nusukan.Keywords: service quality, location, price, buying decision

Abstract

Financial reports are one source of information that can be used to determine a company's financial position, performance and assist in making the right decision. This study aims to determine the use of methods of Altman Z-score in predicting corporate bankruptcies in Indonesia by using the data in the form of financial statements balance sheet and income statement of the company. Research method used is by using the method of Altman Z-Score that connects the five variables representing liquidity ratio (X1), Profitability (X2 and X3), Activity (X4 and X5). Z-Score formula = 1,2 X1 + 1,4 X2 + 3,3 X3 + 0,6 X4 + 1,0 X5. With criterion Z-Score > 2,99 categorized as a very healthy company. 1,81 < Z-Score < 2,99 are in the grey area so the chances saved and the possibility of bankruptcy as much depend on the company’s management policy decision as decision makers. Z-Score < 1,81 is categorized as a company that has a very large financial difficult and high risk so that huge downfall of possibilities.Keywords: Analysis of bankruptcy, Altman Z-Score model, Telecommunications company in Indonesia Stock Exchange
