Abstract

ABSTRACT The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. This study is also  intended to provide evidence on the influence of the environment uncertainty towards relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. Uncertainty of environment is as moderating variable that affecting the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. The sample of this study is employee of the personals or employees staff of the Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta have structural position that consists of 46 persons used the Purposive Sampling method. The instrument used questionnaire to elaborate from worker opinion about budgetary participation, managerial performance, and  the environment uncertainty. The first hypothesis used correlation Pearson analysis and the second hypothesis used multiple linear regression. The result of first hypothesis with correlation Pearson analysis shows that there is a positive and significant  relationship between budgetary participation towards managerial performance with level correlation is strong, so  the result of seconds hypothesis with multiple linear regression shows the environment uncertainty to influence towards level of relationship between with managerial performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to to know the storey;level of significance difference mount the bank health of before and after merger of at finance ratio : (1) capital Sufficiency (Capital Adequasy Ratio), (2) Quality Of Productive Asset (KAP), (3) Productive Asset Abolition Exclusion (PPAP), (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) of at PD. BPR BKK Karangmalang of Sub-Province Sragen. Date for the comparison of is health storey; level of before merger that is year 2005 and mount the health after merger that is year 2007. Technique analyse to use the different test two mean.Result of analysis obtained (1) Difference of ratio of Capital Adequasy Ratio (CAR) mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05, so that Ho refused so that first hypothesis that there is difference of significance of ratio CAR of before and after merger proven. (2) Difference of ratio KAP mount the significance 0,00 < 0,05 so that both/ second hypothesis supported by result of this research. (3) different Test of ratio PPAP mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 so that hypothesis raised to be supported by this research result. (4) different Test of ratio ROA mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 so that hypothesis raised to be supported by this research result. (5) different Test of ratio BOPO mount the significance of equal to 0,001 < 0,05 so that hypothesis raised proven. ( 6) different Test of ratio of Cash Ratio mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 so that hypothesis proven. (7) different Test of ratio LDR mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 so that hypothesis raised to be supported by this research result. Abstract

ABSTRACT Securities analysis is fundamental to note investor. This is important, because without a good and rational analysis, investors can suffer losses. Occurs when the decision to buy shares of the estimated intrinsic value is greater than the market price (undervalued). Instead the decision to sell the shares occurs when the intrinsic value which is smaller than the market price (overvalued). To analyze the securities known tehnical approach and the fundamental approach. In addition it is known also by the new approach is the concept of efficient market hypothesis or efisient market better known as modern portfolio approach. Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to know the significance of gender difference influence toward factors which affect the students of accounting department to choose the profession of public accountant and non public account. The study is conducted in faculty of economics UNISRI Surakarta with fifty respondents from the students of accounting department. To get sample, proportional simple random sampling is used, statistic test, and discriminate sample independent test is used to analyze the data. The result show that there is no significant difference between the factors affecting the students of accounting department to choose the difference among the factors which are considered to be able to differ the profession choice between public accountant and non public account. Variable order from the most important to less one in forming discriminate function are the variable of working opportunity for female respondent who choose public accountant and variable of working opportunity which is more important for those who choose non public accountant. For male responded working opportunity is more important variable for those who choose public accountant.   Keywords: Gender, public accountant, students of accounting department

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study were: (1) analyze the differences in motivation between civil servants and non-civil servant teachers in elementary school views of leadership, pay satisfaction and work environment. (2) analyze the motivation of civil service teachers are better than non-civil servant teachers' work motivation in elementary school views of leadership, pay satisfaction and work environment. The population is all teachers consisting of 254 teachers and 119 teachers PNS non civil servant in a public elementary school district education office UPT Nguter Sukoharjo district. Samples taken are 64 samples of civil servant teachers and 30 samples of non-civil servant teachers. The sampling procedure with proportional cluster random sampling method. The analysis technique uses test validity, reliability test and independent sample t-test. The results showed that: (1) the average civil servant job motivation is higher than non-civil servant teachers 'work motivation in terms of leadership, (2) the average civil servant job motivation is higher than non-civil servant teachers' work motivation in terms of pay satisfaction. The test results independent sample t test showed a significant difference motivation civil servant and non-civil servant teachers in terms of pay satisfaction. The results showed that the average civil servant job motivation is higher than non-civil servant teachers' work motivation in terms of the working environment. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analysis significance effect: (1) leaderships to the job satisfaction, (2) organizational citizenship behavior to the job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment to the job satisfaction, (4) dominant variable effect to the job satisfaction. Populations in this research are employees of Youth, Sport, Culture, Tourism Department of Grobogan as many as 115 persons, amount of sample is 53 persons with proportional cluster random sampling method. The analysis result show: (1) The regressions equation is Y = 3,003 + 0,430 X1 + 0,241 X2 + 0,301 X3; (2) The result t test of leaderships has significance less than 0,05, the result t test of organizational citizenship behavior variable has significance less than 0,05, the result t test of organizational commitment variable has significance less than 0,05, it means that leaderships, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment variable have significance effect to the job satisfaction. Determination coefficient (R2) test is 0,720, it means that the leaderships, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment are explain as 72% of the employee’s performance only, further more influenced by the other variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship between consumer characteristics with the characteristics of stalls to choose eating stall in the city of Surakarta. Consumer characteristics are studied, gender, marital status, age, education, income, and employment of consumers, while the stall characteristics completeness of the product consists of attributes, taste, price, cleanliness, location and service. The population of consumers who eat at food stalls in the city of Surakarta amount is not known for sure. Sample approach with an error probability of 10%, 5% significance level. The number of samples used 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Chi Square data analysis techniques and Contingency Coefficient primary consideration of consumers choose to eat at the stall factor is service, backed out of the calculation of the value of the difference Coefficient of Contingency and value Cmak in which the relationship between marital status with service has the smallest difference value (0.412). Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of working capital to traders revenue (2) the influence of long of business to traders revenue (3) the effect of working capital to traders revenue with long business as moderating variable. The population in this study are all traders in the Klithikan Notoharjo Market on Surakarta settle as many as 246 people consisting of 9 types of merchandise. Total sample of 70 traders taken by using Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses the moderating regression analysis with standardized residual method. Results of this study indicate that (1) Working capital is positive and significant effect to traders revenue at Klithikan Notoharjo Market on Surakarta, thus supporting hypothesis 1; (2) Long of business is positive and significant effect to traders revenue at Klithikan Notoharjo Market on Surakarta, thus supporting hypothesis 2; (3) Long of business has not moderate the effect of product quality to consumer satisfaction, showed p value (0,088) > 0,05, which means long of business is not a moderating variable or the relationship between the long of business with traders revenue is direct influence. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, collateral, and the long business to total credit received on the debitors. This study use sample of debtors who took the General Loan (Kredit Umum) of Bank Prekreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Surakarta the respondents were 62 debtors. Data collection techniques using documentary techniques. While the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test.Based on the results of data analysis: (1) Profitability, collateral, and long business in individually have a positive and significant effect on the total credit received on the debtors of BPR in Surakarta, then hypothesis 1 was confirmed. (2) Profitability, collateral, and long operating in simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the total credit received on the debitors of BPR in Surakarta, then hypothesis 2 was confirmed. (3) In this study, indicate that profitability variable was the most dominant influence to the total credit received on the debtors, then hypothesis 3 was confirmed. (4) Results of determination coefficient test is R2 = 0.620; it means that the profitability, collateral, and long business are explain is 62% while the rest 38% influenced by other variables outside the model that is not investigated such as current capital or demographic factors like age and education level.Based on this research for the debtors are advised to increase the value profitability so as to obtain an opportunity to obtain a larger loan amount. To improve profitability, in addition to increasing sales is expected employers to manage costs efficiently. In deciding the bank credit, especially in this case the BPR in Surakarta to continue to apply prudential banking principles with the aim of effectively controlling the occurrence of bad credit problems.Key word : profitability, collateral, long business, total credit, debitor

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap kepuasan konsumen (2) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen (3) pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen Solo Paragon Mall (4) pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Solo Paragan Mall di Surakarta yang terdiri tiga tenant yaitu ACE Hardware & Informa, Carefour, dan Foodcourt. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuesioner melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Untuk menguji hipotesis, menggunakan analisis jalur, sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS Release 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Citra Solo Paragon Mall berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan p value (0,000) < 0,05. (2) Citra Solo Paragon Mall berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan p value (0,005) < 0,05. (3) Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Solo Paragon Mall, dengan p value (0,000) < 0,05. (4) Kepuasan konsumen memediasi pengaruh citra Solo Paragon Mall terhadap loyalitas konsumen, hasil analisis jalur, di mana koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung (0,574) > koefisien pengaruh langsung (0,275). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa semua hipotesis terbukti kebenarannya. Data collecting with questionaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, uses the path analysis, and to process theVolume XXV No. 2 Februari Tahun 2013 275data with the SPSS Release 12. The result of the research is (1) there is a significance effect between image of Solo Paragon Mall toward consumer satisfaction, with p value (0.000) < 0.05; (2) there is a significance effect between image of Solo Paragon Mall toward consumer loyalty, with p (0.005) < 0.05; (3) there is a significance effect between consumer satisfaction toward consumer loyalty, with p (0.000) < 0.05, (4) there is a significance effect between consumer satisfaction toward consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as the intervening variable, showed coefficient of the indirect effect (0.574) is greather than that coefficient of the direct effect (0.275). The conclusion of this research that all hypothesis is true.Keywords : mall image, consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty
