Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the effect of wages,working environment and motivation on employee performance in CV Aji BaliJayawijaya in Surakarta. Analyzing motivation moderating effects on wage and workingenvironment influences the performance of employees at CV Aji Bali Jayawijaya inSurakarta. This study uses survey method, the type of data used quantitative andqualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data. Population andsample in this study were all employees of CV Aji Bali Jayawijaya totaling 55 people, sothis study is a census study. Data collection methods are used: questionnaires andobservations. Data analysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classicassumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and test the absolute difference. Inconclusion, that there is a significant influence wages, working environment andmotivation on employee performance in CV Aji Bali Jayawijaya in Surakarta.Motivation does not moderate the influence wages and working environment toemployees performance at CV Aji Bali Jayawijaya in Surakarta. The dominant variableinfluence on employee performance is variable wages, since most large regressioncoefficient, regression coefficient between independent variables work environment andwork motivation.Keywords: salary, work environment, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

PT Ventura Cahaya Mitra Sukoharjo as a manufacturing company in running itsoperations trying to improve employee performance. Factors affecting the performanceof employees is the organization's commitment, compensation, and organizationalcitizenship behavior. The research objective is: to analyze the significance of theinfluence of organizational commitment and compensation to organizational citizenshipbehavior. Analyze the significance of the influence of organizational commitment,compensation and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance.Analyzing organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment mediatesthe effect of compensation on employee performance. This study used survey methods,the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primarydata and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of theproduction of PT Ventura Cahaya Mitra Sukoharjo as many as 141 employees. Thenumber of samples in this study as many as 71 people, the sampling technique usingproportional cluster random sampling. Data collection methods are used:questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity,reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. In conclusion: There was asignificant effect of organizational commitment and compensation to organizationalcitizenship behavior. There was a significant effect of organizational commitment,compensation and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance.Organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment mediates the effectof compensation on employee performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, compensation, organizational citizenshipbehavior, employee performance.

Abstract

This is study aimed to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style on jobsatisfaction and job stress and work environments on job satifaction with leadershipstyle as modeation. Population in this study were 50 employees at the Board ofInvestment and Licensing Service of the Government of Sukoharjo district. This researchis a quantitative and qualitative research. Data collection techniques such asobservation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using test instruments,classicassumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the absolute value of thedifference. The results of this study show that there is a negative and significant effect ofwork stress on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant impact on jobsatisfaction working environment, there is a positive and significant effect of leadershipstyle on job satisfaction, there variables contributed 42,5 percent and no significanteffect of work stress on job satisfaction with leadership style as moderating acontribution of 33,6 percent, no significant effect on job satisfaction workingenvironment with the style of leadership as moderating a contribution of 43,6 percent.Keywords: Job stress, work environment, leadership style, job satisfaction

Abstract

Investors investing aims to earn income (dividend yield) and the differencebetween the selling price of stock over its purchase price (capital gain). Investors asshareholders expect to get large dividends, or at least relatively stable from year to year.The problem in this study is whether there is a significant influence cash ratio, ROA,growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size and the institutional ownership of the dependentvariable is the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in the Indonesia StockExchange. The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the effect of the cashratio, ROA, growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size and the institutional ownership of thedependent variable is the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in theIndonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses a case study, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used secondary data. The populationin this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2013-2015 as many as 141 companies, the sampling technique used purposivesampling that a number of the 30 samples, the data collection methods useddocumentation. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple linearregression analysis, t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination. In conclusion, that thecash ratio, debt to equity ratio, firm size and institutional ownership has no significanteffect on the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in the Indonesia StockExchange, while the ROA and growth significantly influence the dividend payout ratio atmanufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange,Keywords: cash ratio, ROA, growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size, institutionalownership, dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of theleadership, work culture and motivation on employees performance and to analyze thesignificance of the effect of leadership and work culture on employees performancemoderated by motivation. This research is a survey of employees of PT Sakura Garmentin Surakarta. The study population of employees of PT Sakura Garment Surakartatotaling 228 people. Sample study 68 people with technique of proportional clusterrandom sampling. Data collection technique used questionnaire and literature. Datawere analyzed used multiple linear regression and test of absolute difference. The resultsshowed that the leadership has a significant effect on employees performance. Workculture has significant effect on employees performance. Motivation has a significanteffect on employees performance. Motivation does not moderate the effect of leadershipon employees performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the significance of the effect of storeatmosphere, price, service quality, and diversity of products to customer satisfaction.This study uses a survey conducted in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto. Sources ofdata in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques withquestionnaires, interviews, and literature. The sampling technique uses accidentalsampling of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, theclassical assumption test, t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. Theresults of this study indicate that the store atmosphere significantly influence consumersatisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto, prices significantly influenceconsumer satisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto, service quality significantlyinfluence consumer satisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto, diversity productssignificantly influence consumer satisfaction in Rumah Kopi Sragen Cafe & Resto. Abstract

This research is motivated by the new policy the tax amnesty program, one of thepolicy objectives namely to encourage taxpayer who previously did not obey be obedientin the future. Then the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of policy taxamnesty, awareness, information and services tax amnesty on tax compliance together,knowing the effect of policy tax amnesty on tax compliance, determine the effect ofawareness of taxpayers on tax compliance, determine the effect services on taxcompliance and tax amnesty determine the effect of information on tax compliance. Thestudy population was 3,475 taxpayers to follow tax amnesty program on STO Surakarta.A sample of 100 taxpayers with accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data usedin this study using multiple regression analysis, validity, reliability test, classicassumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2 test), regression test stimultan (Ftest), and partial regression test (t test). The results showed that the tax amnesty policy,awareness, information and services tax amnesty jointly influence on tax compliance onSTO Surakarta. Based on the results of data analysis known that the tax amnesty policyand no significant negative effect on tax compliance.Awareness of the taxpayer does nothave a significant effect on tax compliance. Services and significant positive effect on taxcompliance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of compensation, leadership andwork stress on employees' performance simultaneously and partially. This research is asurvey. The study population were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Area Surakarta withtotaling 120 employees. A sample of 60 respondents with simple random samplingtechnique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collectiontechniques used documentation, questionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed usedmultiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation, leadership and workstress effect on employee performance simultaneously. Compensation has positive effecton employee performance. Leadership has positive effect on employee performance.Work stress has negatively effect on employee performance. Results of determinationcoefficient values obtained Adjusted R2 = 0,533, meaning it can be seen that the effect ofvariable compensation, leadership and work stress affect the performance of employeesis 53,3% while the remaining 46,7% is influenced by other factors not examined, amongothers, the working environment and work discipline. The advice given is that theleadership should give rewards and punishment to the employees, the management needsto provide compensation that takes into account the achievements of employees, fairnessand the ability of the company and increase the benefits others and should managementoffers various training programs or counseling to improve the performance capabilitiesof employees so employees can avoid the stress of work.Keywords: compensation, leadership, work stress, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims toanalyze the significance the effect of marketing mix influence onpurchasing decisionsdetermine which variables are the most dominant influence onpurchasing decisions.The research method used survey method. The population in thisstudy were students of the faculty of Economics, Management Studies Program of SlametRiyadi University unknown number. The number of samples in this study of 100respondents, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Test instrumentusing validity and reliability test. Classic assumption test using the test: multicolinearity,autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normality. Data analysis techniques: multiplelinear regression, t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination.The research resultsshowedproduct has significant effect to purchasing decicions, price has significant effectto purchasing decicions, promotion has significant effect to purchasing decicion, placehas significant effect to purchasing decicions, the accuracy of the model test resultsshow that the regression model used in this study is good or goodnes of fit models, placevariable had the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords: product, price, promotion, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Lumbung Batik Surakarta is a clothing store that sells a wide range of fashion formen and women, both for children and adults with its main raw material is the motif.Surakarta Batik barn in an effort to boost consumer purchasing decisions trying tomaintain product quality, maintain brand image and foster consumer confidence. Thepurpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of product qualityand brand image of the trust. Analyze the significance of the influence of product quality,brand image and trust on consumer purchasing decisions. Analyze the significance of theinfluence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions with confidenceas an intervening variable. This study used survey methods, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data.The population in this study is consumers who shop at Lumbung Batik Surakarta in theperiod January 2017 - February 2017. The number of samples in this study as many as100 people, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data collection methodsare used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test thevalidity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. In conclusion: Theproduct quality and brand image significant effect on confidence. Product quality, brandimage and confidence have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.Product quality and brand image significantly influence purchase decisions withconfidence as an intervening variable.Keywords: product quality, brand image, confidence, purchasing decisions.
