Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of transformational leadership and cultural organization against organization commitment, analyze the significance of the influence of organization commitment, transformational leadership and cultural organization against the employee performance, analyze commitment organization in mediate transformational leadership and cultural organization against the employee performance. Sample the population and in this research was all of the employees Secretariat DPRD Surakarta which consisted of 32 people. Data collection method uses a questionnaire. The practical data using analysis techniques, reliability test, classical test, and the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership commitment transformational significant impact on employees organization, culture organization has no significant impact on the commitment organization on employees, commitment organization not significant of the performance of employees, leadership transformational not significant of the performance of employees, culture organization significant of the performance employees, commitment organization not mediate influence leadership transformational of the performance employees, commitment organization mediate the influence of culture organization of the performance employees.Keywords: transformational leadership, cultural organization, organization commitment, employee performance

Abstract

This research intends to test competence, motivation and influence of work environment on performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Surakarta. The population is taken all employees totalling 170 and sample as much of the 43 respondents with spread questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The questionnaire items tested has been declared valid and reliability. Classical assumptions in this research generates data which is normal, no multicollinearity and heterokedastisitas does not occur. Variable competence, motivation and work environment effect simultaneously and significantly to the performance of the employees with a value Fhitung 8,509 > Ftabel 2,84 significantly 0,000 < 0,05. The t-test with variable competence (X1) positive and significant effect on performance of employees with the results thitung 2,092 > ttabel 2,022 significantly 0,043 < 0,05. Motivational variables (X2) but not significant effect on performance of employees with a value of thitung 0,087 < ttabel 2,022 significantly 0,931 > 0,05. Environment variables work (X3) a positive and significant effect on performance of employees with a value thitung 2,275 > ttabel 2,022 significantly 0.028 < 0.05.Keywords: competence, motivation, work environment, performance

Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of the variables of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Ratio (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), (BOPO) dan Firm size to Return on Asset of Islamic banks operating in Indonesia from 2014 – 2016. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling method with the criteria of Islamic banks makes an annual financial report in the period 2014 – 2016, has been published in Islamic banks and banking companies have profit in the period 2014 – 2016. Based on the predetermined criteria, the sample of 6 Sharia Commercial Banks is obtained. The type of data used in this study is secondary data using financial report data and analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. Result of t test show CAR, NPF, FDR and Company Size have no significant effect to ROA, but BOPO show significant influence to ROA. The result of F test of CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO and Firm Size ratio have significant effect to ROA.Keywords: CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO, Firm Size, ROA

Abstract

The merchant's income can be affected by various factors. This research is conducted to know the influence of equity, loan capital, and business location on merchant's revenue saturday shopping Karanganyar. The population of this study is all traders saturday shopping as much as 328 traders. The sample used amounted to 77 traders with cluster random sampling sampling method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, test t, test F, and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of t analysis shows its equity and loan capital has significant influence to traders' revenue on saturday while business location has no significant effect to merchant's revenue Saturday. Coefficient determination R2 obtained value of adjusted R square of 0,521 this means that the contribution or influence given by the variable of equity, loan capital and business location is 52,1% while 47,9% influenced by other variables outside this study .Keywords: revenue, equity, loan capital, business location

Abstract

This study aims to find out the predicted results of Grover, Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski models in predicting financial distress and knowing the accurate model used in telecommunication companies in Indonesia. This study compares the financial distress prediction model by analyzing the accuracy of each model. The data used in this research is the annual financial report of the company which is published by Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2013 - 2016. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with total sample of 4 companies. The results of this study note that Grover model has an accuracy of 100% with an error rate of 0%, Altman Z-Score has an accuracy of 87,5% with a 12,5% error rate, Springate has an accuracy of 81,25% with a 18,75% error rate, while Zmijewski has an accuracy of 87,5% with an error rate of 12,5%. Of the four models of bankruptcy analysis used in this study can be concluded that the Grover model is an accurate model used to detect bankruptcy because it has the highest accuracy of 100% with an error rate of 0%.Keywords: financial distress, grover, altman z-score, springate, zmijewski

Abstract

This study aim to determine whether physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect simultaneously and partially to the satisfaction of community at district office Laweyan Surakarta. The population in this study is the community of service users at the district office Laweyan Surakarta amounted to 66,484 people and took a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. Simultaneously the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of the community at the district office of Laweyan Surakarta. Partially, physical evidence doesn’t have significant influence on satisfaction of community at the Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta, the reliability doesn’t have significant effect on satisfaction of community at the Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta, the responsiveness has significant effect the community satisfaction at the Laweyan Surakarta sub-district office, has significant influence on satisfaction of community at the Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta, empathy has significant effect on the satisfaction of community at Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of service quality simultaneously and partially to consumer loyalty at the English course institute IELC Solo. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative data. This population is the English Language Institute IELC Solo while the sample in this study through the calculation of Slovin formula so that the samples obtained in 85 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study proved the quality of service positively and positively significant to consumer loyalty at the IELC Solo language institute. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of communication, motivation and partially working environment as well as the simultaneous performance against Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees of a KFC Branch Manahan Solo totalling 52 employees, the number of samples that used as many as 52 employees, so it is a research census. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of linear regression analysis, classic double, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that significant influential communication employee performance against Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo. Significant effect on performance the motivation of employees. Significant influential work environment on performance of employees. Communication, motivation and work environment simultaneously influential employee performance significantly to Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo.Keywords: communication, motivation, work environment, the performance of employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) analyze the significance of the effect of interest rate on profitability 2) to analyze the significance of the effect of inflation rate on profitability 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of rupiah exchange rate on profitability 4) to analyze the significance of interest rate, inflation rate and exchange rate rupiah simultaneously to profitability. This research used survey method, data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis by using sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Hypothesistesting using t test (partial test), Test F (Simultaneous Test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research indicates that the interest rate of 0,318 and the inflation rate of 0,452 > 0,05 so no significant effect on profitability,while the Rupiah Exchange Rate of 0,018 < 0,05 affects profitability. Simultaneouslysignificance Interest Rate, Inflation Rate and Rupiah Exchange Rate affect the profitability of national private commercial banks in BEI period 2012 – 2016.Keywords: interest rate, inflation rate, rupiah exchange rate, profitability

Abstract

This research in order to know how the of motivation, discipline and leadership against the work performance of employees of PT Telkom is a good Solo partially Access and simultaneously. Research methodology using quantitative research, with a population of 300 employees and 100 respondents totaled sample using questionnaire motivation, discipline and leadership against the work performance of employees of PT Telkom Akses Solo either partially and simultaneously. Technique of data analysis results showed that both are simultaneously addressed the value of F 17,627 test or a t test value of partial variables of motivation (4,643) proves there is significant motivation and a positive influence on performance of employees, variable working discipline (4,885) gives a positive and significant influence on performance of employees, and leadership variables (2,675) positive and significant influence on performance of employees. While the results of multiple linear regression shows the result of Y = 47,278 + 0,372 x1 + 0,286 x2 + x 0,572 x3.Keywords: Motivation, work discipline, leadership, employee performance.
