Abstract

ABSTRACT Entrepreneur is a pre-eminent personality which express august kindness and nature of proper is byword, because on the basis of ability alone can bear a masterpiece contribution to move forward human which is have truth base to and kindliness. Efficacy of entrepreneur influenced by some factor. One of the factors is skill in applying system operation of management, specially budgeting and program. Program formulated into budget. Afterwards all executors will execute program as according to budget which have been specified. To ascertain budget executed properly, needed by reporting system, conducive doing of difference analysis. Difference can represent beneficial difference, and or difference harming. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research examined the moderation effect of job satisfaction on the influence of transformational leadership toward organizational commitment. The research uses population research consist of 152 respondents take to all employee’s of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. The data were collected with questionnaire, while the data analysis uses Regression Analysis with residual absolute test. This results of this research showed that transformational leadership had effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, the findings supported the research hypothesis that job satisfaction had a positively and significantly as a moderating variable on the influence of transformational leadership toward organizational commitment. Abstract

ABSTRACT Modern marketing procedures need to develop a good product, with the offer price, interesting and easily obtained by making the target customer. Companies need to make communication with our customers who have current and potential customers the parties have interests in the company and the general public. Each company can not pull out of his role as promoter and communicator. For most companies, the question is not whether to make the communication or not, but more on what will be communicated, to how much the frequency of communication. Mixture marketing communications of advertising, sales promotion, public relation and publicity, sales in private, and whose direct marketing mail, telephone, facsimile, e-mail communicator, and other non-personal. Abstract

Abstract The make-up of officer performance influenced by various factor both for coming from itself officer and also coming from institution environment. Factors coming in officer self among others organizational commitment. While factor from outside can be in the form of the managerial performance. Organizational commitment have the influence to officer performance. Commitment employees of institution can be made one of the guarantees to take care of the continuity of institution. A leader claimed have to have the ability lead and intellectual ability is which no doubt so that in deciding policy well accepted in organization led. With the existence of adequate leadership managerial, hence officer will have the good perception so that all his action will be made by peer or its example subordinate in working. Abstract

ABSTRACT One the marketing strategy of company service can be seen from marketing hotchpotch that is product, price, distribution or place and promotion, but in service marketing mostly in direct correlation to human being make difference to the result of customer satisfaction. For that marketing of service require to pay attention other element like people, physical evidence and process. Service which is either from provider service people will form an evidence physical at customer effect of process giving conducted by service very good. The increasing of service sector triggered by some impeller factor that is: the increasing of consumer demand to quality, reduction is expense of, service activities, internal consumer, product increase and expanding it is organizational nonprofit. Growth Sector service forwards will show growth of significant caused by technological growth of internet, communications and digitalizes so that apart not such a constraint because information and communications can be braided to through mouse click. ABSTRACT Industrial deregulation of Indonesia air transport, bringing ugly impact to train industry in Indonesia. Decision of Government which derestricted boundary price under, making plane ticket price is progressively reached by broader society circle. Effect of ticket price difference between executive class train and plane do not too far, they which during the time use train as a means of more opting especial transportation move to plane. According To PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) represent serious threat, especially for the route of long distance, but that way for the route of short distance do not too affect. ABSTRACT Quit of leader factor and employees, communications represent important factor because partaking to support the growing of strong organization culture. With good communications will be able to be finished by existing difference between individual, superior and group Motivation have important role in supporting cultural strength of organization. For that employees require being motivated to through appreciation, attention and assist subordinate specially explain execution duty work better. Communications effectiveness does not escape with the existence of between person conflicts that go in company. Nevertheless conflict having the character of positive and in fair boundary have to be managed better. Leader in this case have to create pleasant activity relation, weaken the happening of between person conflict, and improve openness attitude and also create good cooperation. ABSTRACT Productivity is better if it purpose as a measurement for determining how much of resources be used in organization to reach enterprises purpose. Requisite for improving productivity if management can be able to measure out-put and input. Because of that, management have to get ratio which that bigger between output and input. The ratio is called Index Productivity. Index Productivity shows a mount of acceptance product be divided by total product in the same time. Abstract

Abstract Political economy approach to place the state as a formal institution that rests on the concept of values, shared interests, and power, actively participates in economic activities. The state is managing the resources of power, and power relations within the state will determine the relations and economic distribution. Dimension of state-owned power used to perform three functions in the economy, namely economic activity regulation, income redistribution, and procurement of commodity goods and public services both tangible or intangible. State and non-state economic actors affect each other, with the state power system determine patterns of economic activity, while the economy determine the redistribution of power and wealth.
