Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ambient condition, space andfunctionality and sign of symbols and artifacts to consumer satisfaction and consumerloyalty. This research is a survey of Serious Coffee consumers in Solo. The sampletechnique uses accidental sampling of 100 people. Data analysis use path analysis. Theresult of the research shows that ambient condition has significant effect to customersatisfaction. Space and functionality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Sign of symbols and artifacts have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Ambientcondition has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Space and functionality have asignificant effect on consumer loyalty. Sign of symbols and artifacts have a significanteffect on consumer loyalty. Abstract

This research is done on sand customers in CV Putra Mulia Batu Merapi, oneof the sand mining companies in Klaten district, Central Java province. To know thedirect influence between variables; Product quality, service quality and selling priceto customer satisfaction, and direct influence between variables; Product quality,service quality, selling price to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction.The data used in this study is primary data sourced from the questionnaire, thesample in this study amounted to 60 respondents.The result of the research showsthat: 1) The quality of the product has a positive and significant effect on thesatisfaction, 2) The quality of service has positive and significant effect on thesatisfaction, 3) The price has negative and insignificant effect to the satisfaction, 4)The product quality has negative and insignificant effect to the loyalty, 5) Quality ofservice has positive but insignificant effect on loyalty, 7) Quality of product, servicequality and price simultaneously have positive and significant effect on satisfaction,8) Quality of product, service quality, price And customer satisfactionsimultaneously have a positive but not significant effect on loyalty, 9) Customersatisfaction has negative and insignificant effect on loyalty.Keywords: product quality, service quality, price, satisfaction, loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze financial performance in terms of theratio of CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, BOPO and NIM in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Period.2012 - 2016. Analyze financial performance in terms of the ratio of CAR, NPL, ROA,LDR, BOPO and NIM on PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) 2012 - 2016 Period. Analyzing thedifference of financial performance is reviewed on a CAR, NPL ratio, ROA, LDR, BOPOand NIM on PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) 2012 - 2016Period. Research methods using a case study on PT Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT BankMandiri (Persero), the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data,the source data used the data of skunder. Data analysis technique used is a financialratio analysis and test independent sample t-test. The research results obtainedconclusions that: financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in the period 2012- 2016 seen from the CAR, NPL ratio and healthy category entry BOPO, whereas theratio ROA entered the category of less healthy and the LDR entry category is nothealthy. The financial performance of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) in the period of 2012 -2016 seen from the CAR, NPL ratio, ROA, LDR, BOPO and NIM entry of healthycategory. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction;The effect of product quality on customer loyalty; The effect of customer satisfaction oncustomer loyalty; And the effect of product quality mediated by customer satisfaction.The type of research used is survey research on customer Srabi NotosumanNy.Handayani Solo with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling technique was done byNonprobabiliti Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis usingclassical assumption test, path analysis, F test, and test of coefficient of determination.The result of product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, productquality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has nosignificant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction mediates the effect ofproduct quality on customer loyalty.Keywords: customer satisfaction, product quality, customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influenceoccupational safety and health effects on workers performance. The population is allworkers of PT Wijaya Karya, Waskita Karya, and Nindya Karya KSO Toll Road ProjectSoko - Kertosono in Donohudan which amounts population to 100 workers. Thisresearch uses census method, data collecting technique with interview, questioner andobservation. Data analysis used instrument test, classic assumption test, t test, F test,and coefficient of determination. The result of this research is work safety there issignificant influence to workers performance, occupational health there is significantinfluence to workers performance, occupational health is dominant to workersperformance. Adjusted R2 on multiple linear regression analysis was 87,6%, based on ttest of work safety variable (X1) 0,001 ≤ 0,05 and work health variable (X2) 0,000 ≤ 0,05.Keywords: work safety, occupational health, and workers performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the significance of the effect of facility,price, service quality, and diversity of menu to customer purchase decision. Thisresearch uses a survey method which at Coffee Land Cafe & Resto in Karanganyar.Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collectiontechniques with questionnaires, interviews, and lilerature. The sampling technique usesaccidental sampling of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiply linearregression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this studyindicate that the facility significantly influence consumer purchase decision at CoffeeLand Cafe & Resto in Karanganyar, prices significantly influence consumer purchasedecision at Coffee Land Cafe & Resto in Karanganyar, service qualily significantlyinfluence consumer purchase decision at Coffee Land Cafe & Resto in Karanganyar,diversity of menu significantly influence consumer purchase decision at Coffee LandCafe & Resto in Karanganyar. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of marketing mix on increasing the number ofstudents at the Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) DutaBangsa Surakarta. Data collected by using sampling method as many as 117 studentrespondents. Data analysis was done through analysis of research instrument thatincluded validity test using product moment correlation and reliability test using alphaCronbach technique, hypothesis test included path analysis, coefficient of determination(R2), t test, F test and correlation analysis. The results of this study prove that 1).Maketing mix partially that has a significant influence on Increasing the Number ofStudents, is the variable Place, Promotion and People. 2). Marketing Mix simultaneouslythat has a significant influence on Increasing the Number of Students. 3). Placevariables have the most dominant influence on increasing the number of STMIK DutaBangsa Surakarta students compared with other variables.Keywords: independent and dependent variable, marketing mix, number of students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect oftransformational leadership and motivation on job satisfaction of employees, and theeffect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction with motivation are moderatingvariable. This research is a survey on employees UPTD Terminal Tirtonadi Surakarta.The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. The data source used primarydata sources and secondary data. The study population were employees UPTD TerminalTirtonadi with sample 72 by proportional cluster random sampling technique. Datacollection technique used questionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed usedmultiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination and absolutedifference test. The results showed that transformational leadership have a significanteffect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction.Motivation does not moderate the the effect of transformational leadership on employeesatisfaction.Keywords: transformational leadership, motivation, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of location, brand equity, productquality and price on puchase decision used car and analyze the dominant variableinfluence to the purchase decision used car. This study is a survey. The population of theresearch is consumer buyers of used car Bursa Mobil Bekas Sriwedari Surakarta. Thesample was 100 people with convenience sampling technique. Data collection techniquesused questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data analysis techniques usedmultiple linear regression. The results showed that the location has significant effect onthe purchase decision of used car. Brand equity has significant effects effect on thepurchase decision of used car. Product quality has significant effect on purchasedecision of used car. Price has significant effect on purchase decision of used car.Product quality is the dominant variable affecting the purchase decision of used car.Keywords: location, brand equity, product quality, price, purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance effect of product quality and servicequality to customer satisfaction, analyze the significance of product quality, servicequality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty and analyze the significance ofeffect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty with customersatisfaction as intervening variable. This study is a survey of restaurant customers KFCHartono Mall in Solo Baru. Samples of 100 people with purposive sampling technique.Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis technique used pathanalysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality has positive andsignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and customersatisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Product qualityand service quality has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customersatisfaction as intervening variable.Keywords: product quality, service quality, satisfaction, loyalty
