Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of significant motivation, competence, and working environment on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar. Population of this study were all public employee in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar consist of 110 people, samples were collected by the census of the number of existing data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaire with validity and reliability. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the classical assumption. Conclusion (1) Hypothesis 1 which states “Motivation have significant effect on performance on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” supported, (2) Hypothesis 2 which states “Competence have significant effect on performance on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” supported. (3) Hypothesis 3 which states “Work environment have significant effect on performance on public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” rejected. (4) Hhypothesis 4 which states “Motivation is dominant influencing on performance public employee performance in the district of Colomadu, Karanganyar” rejected. Abstract

A success from school originally based on the leadership, discipline, and competency from headmaster and teachers in order to improve the productivity through high loyalty. In practice there are some problems including headmaster leadership, discipline, competency and loyalty that influence to teacher works. There are some teachers who have the high level of discipline, competency, and loyalty will produce the high productivity and the contrary. In this research, the sample is 53 people of populations of teacher in SMP N 4 Surakarta. Form instrument test shows that all variables that use in this research are valid and reliable. The classis assumptions also shows that all the variables in this research are allowed to process for next level. From test result shows that leadership, discipline, and competency are parcially influencing work prodctiviy withsignificant result and loyalty as mediation variable can influence all variable (leadership, discipline, and competency). Abstract

Teacher performance in a school has been influenced by many factors. This study aims at analizing the significant influence of leadership style, motivation, and communication on teacher performance, and finding out the most dominant influence on teacher performance. The population is all of Sekolah Dasar (SD) teacher in Kecamatan Serengan Kota Surakarta with the number 250. The sample has been taken by proportional random sampling and 48% or 120 teachers are found to be sample. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods and uses questionnaire, documentation, and literature study for data collection technique. The study uses validity and realibility test to determine precision and accuracy of the data. Validity test result by significant level of 0,05 indicates all independent variables r count > r table. Reliability test result indicates all independent variables > cronbachs alpha.The result shows that leadership style, motivation, and communication simultaneously have insignificant influence on teacher performance. Influence testing partially sh that leadership style has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance, motivation has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance, communication has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance. This is showed by t test results that all independent variables have significance value > 0,05, while the F test shows result of 0,041 < 0,05. Based on the regression coefficients, communication has the greatest value of 0,253. this indicates that communication has the most dominant influence compared to the other variables in making a positive impact on teacher performance.Keywords: leadership style, motivation, communication, performance

Abstract

Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work accomplished by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to the employees. Some important factors to improve performance is work motivation, work environment and work Discipline. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work Discipline on Employee Performance Office of Timor Tengah Selatan regency tourism. The population in this study were all the staff of Department of Tourism of Timor Tengah Selatan regency totaling 32 people, the samples in this study were all employees of the department of tourism of Timor Tengah Selatan district used as the respondents (32 respondents). The sampling technique in this study using sampling methods saturated. The data in this study were obtained directly from the results of questionnaires. The analytical tool used is Test Instruments Research, Classical Assumption Test and the Linear Regression Test, Test F and Test R2. The results showed that work motivation significantly influence the performance of employees, working environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees, working Discipline significant effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable influence on employee performance is the motivation work because these variables have the greatest regression coefficient (0,990). The conclusion was that work motivation, work environment and work Discipline everything positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Abstract

The results showed (1) style of leadership, not significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali, the first hypothesis is not proven true. (2) Motivation significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali. Thus the second hypothesis is accepted or proven true. (3) Discipline work not significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali, the third hypothesis is not proven true. (4) The effect of a significant style of leadership, motivation and discipline work together on employee performance in the Post Office Boyolali of Adjusted R2 value of 0,694 (69,4%) of the remaining 30,4% influenced by other variables outside the research model, meaning 4th hypothesis proved to be true. (5) The results of this study indicate that the determinants of employee performance Boyolali Post Office is work motivation, as well as the most dominant variables influence the employee's performance means that the hypothesis to 5 proved to be true. Abstract

This research aims to influence the employment of employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on employee performance, and which variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Guwatirta Prosperous Karanganyar many as 40 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that there are significant positive working relationship on employee performance, there are positive influence work motivation on employee performance, there is a positive influence on the work environment on employee performance and work motivation is the variable most dominant employee performance. Advised companies can improve working relationships and motivate employees well and be able to create a work environment that is comfortable and safe. Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significancy betwen (1) leadership (2) of employee loyalty (3) the performance of employees on the quality services of The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kabupaten Ngawi.The population is all employees who work in The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kabupaten Ngawi as many as 32 employees. The analysis Technique usesdouble regression analysis with the classical assumption. Analysis results showed that leadership, employee loyalty and employee performance has positive and significant effect on service in The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kabupaten Ngawi. The most dominant variable effect on the quality of service is the employee's performance because this variables has the greatest coefficient is 0, 689. Leadership, employee loyalty and employee performance positive effect on office services The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Kabupaten Ngawi was 82,4%.Keywords: leadership, loyalty, employee performance, quality of service

Abstract

Abstract

(2) work environment significant effect on the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen. Thus the second hypothesis is accepted or proven true. (3) competention of teacher Discipline work is significant effect on the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen, the third hypothesis is proven true. (4) The effect of a significant style of leadership, work environment, competention of teacher and discipline work together on employee performance in the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen of Adjusted R2 value of 0,752 (75,2%) of the remaining 34,8% influenced by other variables outside the research model, meaning 4th hypothesis proved to be true. Abstract

The objective of the research are to analiysing significance difference of the work motivation, work loyalty, and teacher performance between certified teachers with non certified teachers in SDN Kecamatan Kedawung. Samples of this study are 146 teachers in public primary schools at district of Kedawung consists of 124 certified teachers and 22 non certified teachers, using technique of the propotionate stratified random sampling. Data collecting conducted by questioner, interview and documentation. Technique analyse the data using independent sample T-test. Based on the results of testing each hypothesis we concluded (1) there are significant differences of the work motivation between certified teacher with non certified teachers, means Ha.1 accepted. (2) there are significant differences of the work loyalty between certified teachers with non certified teachers, means Ha.2 accepted. (3) there are significant differences of the teacher performance between certified teachers with non certified teachers, means Ha.3 accepted. (4) the results of comparison mean statistics show that certified teachers have work motivation, job loyalty, and teacher performances are higher than non certified teachers.Keywords: work motivation, work loyality, teacher performance
