Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economy of the Klaten Regency in Central Java Province during 2015 – 2019 using Locational Quatient (LQ) and Shift Share analysis. Through this research, the most competitive base and business fields are obtained. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used is secondary, the constant price GRDP data of Klaten Regency and Central Java Province during 2015 – 20119. The analytical tool used in this study is the Locational Quatient (LQ) analysis and Shift Share analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) From 17 business fields in Klaten Regency, in 2015 – 2019, 8 business fields were found including the basic sectors, namely: (1) Mining and Excavation, (2) Procurement of Electricity and Gas, (3) Wholesale and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repair, (4) Provision of Accommodation and Food and Beverage, (5) Financial Services and Insurance, (6) Educational Services, (7) Health and Social Assistance Services, and (8) Services the other. Specifically in 2019 there will be an increase in one base business field, namely the manufacturing industry field, so that in 2019 there will be 9 base business fields; (2) The business field that has the highest competitiveness or competitive advantage is the processing industry. Keywords: locational quatient, shift share, base business field, competitive advantage.

Abstract

The quality of work environment has an important role in performance, to achieve appropriate and effective job performance and efficiency, each organization discusses how to create an environment that is beneficial for employees to achieve higher levels of ability in their work. In addition to the work environment, motivation is also one of the factors that support the performance. Motivation pushes people towards actions that help them achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this study is to study the factors that affect the performance of employees in Dinas Kesehatan Ponorogo Regency in terms of 2 variables, which are work environment and work motivation. The population of this study is 37 people and 37 sampel with a sampling method using saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The calculation results test the significance value of the work environment variable is 0,762 which means that the work environment variable is not significant on performance. While the motivation variable has a significance value of 0,001 which means that the motivation variable is significant on performance. While the F test obtained a significance value of 0,001 can be concluded as a variable Work environment and motivation together are significantly positive towards performance by 35,1%. This research proves that not all proposed hypotheses are proven empirically. Motivation is proven to support employee performance, but the work environment does not affect. From the theory with the results of many research factors that cause differences in research results one of which is the selection of indicators in measuring the work environment. Keywords: work environment, motivation, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of service quality that is thought to have an influence on customer loyalty in the city of Surakarta with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling was taken with non probability sampling by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire through the test of validity and reliability. The analysis technique is through descriptive analysis and path analysis, t test, F test, R2 test and classic assumption test. From the results of the validity test, the research instrument is valid. The reliability test results are reliable. From the classic assumption test, the multicollinearity test passed the test, the heteroscedasticity test passed the test, the autocorrelation test passed the test and the normality test passed the test. The results of the analysis show that, service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

Basically, many factors affect the work motivation of an employee in a company or an organization. First is the organizational culture which is the core thing for an organization or company, because it will always be related to life in the company. Many things determine the culture of the organization itself: there is a work team, leadership, organizational character and administrative processes that apply so this becomes very important because in it there are habits and norms that will continue to be followed by members of the organization and will strengthen the organization and accommodate organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work facilities on work motivation in the Inspectorate of Ponorogo Regency. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a purporsive sampling method. The data analysis technique is done by using multiple regression analysis methods. Organizational culture influences work motivation in Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. Furthermore, job satisfaction affects work motivation at the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. Work facilities affect work motivation in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. known the magnitude of the effect of the variable job satisfaction on work motivation is 0,677 or 67,7%. After interacting with the moderation variable in this case the work facilities, the r square value in accordance with the results of the study amounted to 0,705 or 70,5%, an increase of 2,8%. Based on the results of these comparisons, it can be concluded that the fifth hypothesis is accepted, namely that work facilities moderate job satisfaction in influencing work motivation in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. Keywords: Influence, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Facilities, Work Motivation

Abstract

This research is conducted in order to find out the significance of the influence of aspects of customer satisfaction, respect for each person, management based on facts, and continuous improvement to the performance of the company PT. So Good Food Boyolali is moderated by organizational commitment. The population is permanent employees of PT. So Good Food numbered 150 people. Samples were taken with 109 people representing Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression test and absolute difference value regression. Conclusion of the results of the study showed: Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on company performance, Respect for everyone has a significant effect on company performance, Management based on fact significant influence on company performance, Continual improvement has a significant effect on company performance, Organizational commitment has a significant effect on company performance, Focus on customers does not significantly influence the performance of the company is moderated by organizational commitment, Management based on facts has no significant effect on company performance moderated by organizational commitment, Management based on facts has no significant effect on company performance moderated by organizational commitment, Continual improvement has no significant effect on company performance moderated by organizational commitment.  Keywords: Total Quality Management, company performance, organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect of of leadership, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the members of Criminal Investigation Unit Polres Wonogiri. This type of research is survey research. The study population consisted of 40 members of Criminal Investigation Unit Polres Wonogiri and the whole was used as a sample with population research techniques. The data source used primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership had a significant effect on performance of the members Criminal Investigation Unit Polres Wonogiri. Work motivation has a significant effect on performance of the members Criminal Investigation Unit Polres Wonogiri. Abstract

The general purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of compensation and leadership style on the employees' performance with the satisfaction of working as a variable intervening in the employees of the district environmental office of Ponorogo. The population in this study was all of the district's environment officers Ponorogo as many as 86 people. In this study used census methods. The data of this research is the primary data by the respondent filling the questionnaire. Once collected data is conducted test instruments consisting of classical assumptions test include multicollinearity test, test normality, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, analysis techniques using pathway analysis, Test t, Test F, coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that) the compensation was positively and significantly influential on the employee's performance, the compensation was positively and significantly influential on employee satisfaction, the transformational leadership was positively influential and significant impact on employee performance, transformational leadership is positive and significant in respect to performance satisfaction, job satisfaction positively and significantly impact on employee performance, variable work satisfaction is not effective as a intervening variable on the influence of compensation to employee performance, and variable work satisfaction is ineffective as an intervening variable on the influence of transformational leadership towards employee performance. Keywords: compensation, transformational leadership, performance, job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction, analyze the significance effect of product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and analyze the significance effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is survey research. The population of this research is kindergarten as customers of Ceria Ramadhan at PT. Antero Mandiri Sentosa in Jombang Regency. A sample of 90 customers with a purposive sampling technique. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.. Product quality, servicee quality and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product quality and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The reliability test results are reliable. From the classic assumption test, the multicollinearity test passed the test, the heteroscedasticity test passed the test, the autocorrelation test passed the test and the normality test passed the test. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work motivation, work discipline, leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. This research was held at the office of The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. Population of this study is an employee The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. Sample in this study were 78 respondents The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling, then the data in the process of using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study, based on simultaneous test proved that the discipline of work, leadership style, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. Partially, work discipline, leadership style, and job satisfaction have a significant effect at a significance level of 5% or 0,05%, while work motivation did not significantly affect performance.The result of the regression R2 analysis, showed that variable work discipline, work motivation, leadership style and job satisfaction can explain the dependent variable employee performance by 48,5% and the remaining 51,5% described other variable. Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, leadership style, job satisfaction, employee performance.
