Abstract

Komunikasi antar persona yang dilakukan oleh pengurus pkk Kalurahan Sumber dalammenginformasikan tentang Kota Layak Anak yaitu kota yang menjamin hak setiep anak sebagaiwarga kota, mampu memberikan pemahaman bagi ibu-ibu PKK. Keberhasilan tersebut terlihatdari bagaimana pengurus PKK menarik perhatian dan meyakinkan dengan penguasaan materitentang hak-hak anak, dilandasi dengan karakter dan kepribadian yang baik. Sehingga ibu-ibuPKK memahami tentang Kota Layak Anak yang terbagi dalam 4 bidang yaitukesehatan,pendidikan,perlindungan dan partisipasi anak.Communication between persons that conducted by family welfare movement’s officer inSumber to inform about Child Friendly City which is City that can encure every childrenrights as citizen, can give understanding for house wives in famili welfare movement. Thissucces can be seen by how the family welfare movement’s officer can attract peopleattention and convince them with mastery of marerial about children rights based on goodcharacter and personality.As the conclusion,house wives in family welfare movement canunderstand abouth child friendly city which parted in 4 field there arehealth,education,safety and children partisipation.Keyword: communication; chile; personality

Abstract

The leadership role is a set of expected behavior, carried out by people in accordance with itsposition as a leader. The role of the leader is very large in making decisions and takingresponsibility for the outcome. The decision reflects the character of a leader. Decision-making iscentral to the organization's activities are also a key leadership or the core of leadership.Leaders must be able to take decisions in a variety of situations, by choosing the best among anumber of alternative alternatis decisions it faces. Abstract

Tjahaya Basuki Purnama (Ahok) Head of Jakarta Special Capital Region efforts led Jakarta lotwith new ideas are widely publicized by mediamassa online. This study analyzes the thinking andpolicy Ahok in managing the bureaucracy of reinventing government (D. Osborn and T. Gabler;1993). The results research showed that Ahok have tend build Jakarta governance in line withthe principle of ten reinventing govermant. The top three concerns highest Ahok first thought wasa statement in the category of anticipatory governance principles (21.92%); Second principle ismission driven government (17.11%); The third principle community owened government(12.30%).Keywords: Ahok; reinventing; Government; Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communications conducted by progressive digitalprinting and advertising branch simo in increasing customer loyalty. In this study, using thetheory of Kotler's marketing communications and customer loyalty theory of Buchari Alma. Themethod used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data usinginterviews, observation and documentation so that the data are presented accurately. Data wereanalyzed using an interactive analysis and research models move between the three componentsof data: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding with the data collection component.The results of analysis of this study that conducted marketing communications company managedto increase customer loyalty by using marketing communication in the form of promotion mixwhich includes Advertising (Advertising) were performed using print media such as banners,Sticker affixed in the car or commonly known as (Branding Car) and face to Face (PersonalSelling) conducted by plunging directly into the field came to prospective customers to provideinformation and the Sales Promotion (Sales Promotion), which is done by giving bonuses, freeoffers and discounts.Keywords: Marketing Communications, Customer Loyalty, Progressive

Abstract

Participation is the act of participating mentally and emotionally of person group situation whichencourages responbility in them and Participatory Village Development Planning Meeting(PVDM ) basically is a village development planning forum particularly designed as one of theinstruments used to accommodate society's needs in the development programs. With this forum,all of the development programs are directed to be able to cope with the real problems faced bythe society so that the development results can significantly contribute to the increasing of theirwelfare as PVDM reflecting people’s participation. The aim of this research was to understandthe of people’s participation in development planning meeting at Jebres village Surakarta, bydescriptive qualitative methods. The results of research shows that the development Planningmeeting is still far from the basic ideas of participatory development planning, likely more formalthan substantial.Key words : Participation, Planning, Development

Abstract

The political culture of a society reflect a pattern of behavior in the life of the state, butbecause of the political culture also may reflect a common value system of a society which hasthe awareness to participate in collective decision making and determination of public policy forthe whole community.From the comparison of the political culture in the developed and developing countries(United States, China and Indonesia), it has a distinctive political culture and identity as afeature of the country. Each country seeks to transform towards democratic politics by using apolitical culture that is rooted in the community, so that these countries achieve what is aspiredto national interests.In the context of this comparison, Indonesia can be said to approach the development ofa democratic political culture of the United States and China. Indonesia has implementeddemocratic elections and has implemented presidential election through the national convention.Thus, Indonesia certainly has a relatively advanced political culture and want to learn at everystages toward democracy.Keyword: comparison; democracy; state
