Abstract

Procurement of goods / services in the village Kebonan Karanggede Boyolali District of fiscalyear 2015 field development for the village road paving activities already carried out startingfrom the stages of preparation, implementation, monitoring, delivery, reporting andaccountability. Abstract

Lots of potential in the city of Solo as tourist places and events that can be enjoyed by thetourists. But in this case, in the process of tourism potential, this work is not an easy task. Thepurpose of this research is to describe and learn about marketing communication strategyundertaken by the Department of culture and tourism city of Surakarta in maintaining theattractiveness of the city of Solo to tourists. Departing from the concept thought theoryMarketing Communication Mix from Ilham Prisgunanto applied on the marketingcommunication strategy includes advertising, public relation, sales promotion, personal selling.This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Location research in the Office Culture andTourism Department city of Surakarta. In this research, researcher used a purposive samplingtechnique as a method in the selection of informants. The results showed that themarketing communication strategy undertaken Disbudpa among others through print media inthe form of banners, billboards, leaflets, booklets, electronic media be videotron, television, andonline media in the form of a Solo Destination application, website. Disbudpar fostering andgiving support perpetrators of the tourist industry in order that the concept of the show ispackaged in quality and taste for tourists to visit in the city of Solo. Disbudpar also promote itsproducts by following the exhibition, send ambassador of art to perform outside of the region.Marketing communications strategy conducted by Disbudpar has maintained the appeal of Solocity to tourists. The slogan of The Solo Spirit Of Java is not only reflected in the show, butalso on the services, as well as showing the community the city of Solo.Key word: Marketing Communication Strategy and Attraction of Solo City

Abstract

The cultural heritage is a relic of the past which was passed on from generation to generation ofmore protected, preserved, and maintained ownership. This study explain the efforts of theSurakarta local government enhances its appeal. Data collection techniques using observationand interviews. In the process of qualitative data analysis researchers used an interactivemodel. The results of the study point out that efforts to increase the attractiveness of the city ofSurakarta at the international level through: arts, ceremonies, events of an international nature,as well as other efforts to bolster the attractiveness of the city of Surakarta through the means ofcommunication that include international territories. The function of internationalcommunications in this study were: 1) Mendinamisasikan international relations by creating theslogan "Solo The Spirit Of Java", 2) Supporting efforts to achieve objectives of internationalrelations by joining the Organization World Heritage Cites (OWHC), 3) support the politicalIndonesian overseas through the middle power in the cultural aspect.Key words : International Communications, heritage culture, culture.

Abstract

Master Class is the teacher that helps Principals to guide students in the discipline embodiesclass, as Manager and motivator to evoke a passion for beprestasi students in the/minat class.Good communication between teacher and student homeroom will have a major impact with thelearning achievements of students ' Research aims to find out whether there is influencecommunication master class student achievement against. Respondents research as many as 40children. Research methods are survey in which this research aims to test the hypothesis.According to Joseph a. Devito, Interpersonal communication is the process of sending andreceiving messages between two people or between a small group of people, with some effectsand some feedback instantly. Homeroom Teachers here as Communicators and students asKomunikan while Learning Achievements is as back feed. To answer these problems aboveauthor utilise the research field (field research). Method of data collection consists ofobservational methods, data processing, norm research, questionnaire, and draw conclusions.As for the formula used in the problem solving is the formula of using the formula ProductMoment. The formula is based on the authors can conclude that the appropriate calculation ofthe data processed by the correlation Coefficient using the formula Moment product. From theresults of the analysis of data obtained by the value of the correlation between influencecommunication teacher homeroom student achievement against 228 8 0,545 of Surakarta.Results analysis to the data consulted with table level correlation, whose value is between 0.600until 0.800.Based on the research of teacher walikelas (X) in the low category heading. Whilebased on student achievement SMP 8 Surakarta (Y) on the category heading. Then it can beknown based on Correlation table that the magnitude of the communication of the homeroomteacher against student achievement SMP 8 Surakarta is 0545. This means that there arepositive influences Influence communication between homeroom teacher against studentachievement SMP 8 Surakarta enough, then the hypothesis is accepted.Key Words: Interpersonal Communication, Master Class, Learning Achievements

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication strategy undertaken by the Rumah BacaTeratai community in forming a positive image the society of Sangkrah especially Dadapsarivillage. Data collected from informants who know the problems facing the Dadapsari village.Subsequent data analysis was performed using the method of analysis componential after all thedata is ensured validity. Data validation was taken with the technique of triangulation of datasource. The results showed that the communication strategies used by the community of RumahBaca Teratai read that emphasizes direct communication that are informal in the planningdone, simple implementation and proven to yield positive response of society in general andcapable of forming a positive image of the Dadapsari village.Keyword: Communication Strategies and Positive Image

Abstract

Sabah is a state in Malaysia which has a huge number of Indonesian Migrant Workers. Thepopulation of migrant workers are pretty much the responsibility of the Consulat General ofIndonesia in Kinabalu., including the issue of education is a right that must be fought by theIndonesian state irrespective of existence that are outside the territory of Indonesia. By usingthe theory of national interest, diplomacy, and nationalism, researchers conducted a study onhow the role of the Consulate General of Indonesia in Kinabalu to improving access ofeducation for the children migrant worker in Sabah. This study used a qualitative descriptivemethod using primary and secondary data., when Andhika Bambang Supeno as the ExecutingSocial and Cultural Consulate General of Indonesia in Kinabalu and Shelya Regina as ateacher of art and culture at Indonesian School in Kinabalu. Results can be concludedConsulate General of Indonesia in Kinabalu‟s role in improving access of education forchildren of migrant workers in Sabah which is done through a function representing,negotiating, and protecting not optimal because. 1. Internal factors, namely the limited financialand human resources support. 2. External factors, consent of the State Government of Sabah. 3.The lack of awareness of parents of children of migrant workers on the importance of educationalso that educational access location of residence. Abstract

Most of Indonesians speak up their inability in facing the free trade era in Southeast Asia,including the SMEs as one of the Indonesia‟s economy props. The Batik Laweyan SMEs are apart of Indonesian facing the challenges in AEC implementation and a part of Surakarta‟seconomic stability. Therefore, this thesis explained about the faced challenge and the readinessof Batik Laweyan SMEs in AEC 2015.This thesis is written by using descriptive qualitative method. There are two kinds of data usedin this research, i.e. primary and secondary data. The primary data is collected through directlyinterview to Kepala Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Surakarta, Kepala DinasKoperasi dan UMKM Kota Surakarta, and two owners of Batik Laweyan SMEs. Data whichhave been collected are reducted, explained, and verified in its analysis.Based on this research, collected data show that SMEs are not only important for Indonesia, butalso ASEAN, so being the most concern in AEC. However, Batik Laweyan SMEs have not feltyet the impact of AEC. There is no significant escalation on sale. The problems faced by BatikLaweyan SMEs are the classical issues which have been happened for a long time.In this research, it can be concluded that Batik Laweyan SMEs face the challenge, such asrivalry price, minimum promotion, cultural preservation, and engagement inter-SMEs.However, Batik Laweyan SMEs have had the good readiness. It is the result of synergy betweenthe local government and Batik Laweyan SMEs.Keywords : Batik Laweyan SMEs, Challenges, AEC, Readiness
