Abstract

The evolution of Information Technology of the 21st century growing increasingly. Cyberspace has become into a new arena in the dynamics of International relations. The United States notice a ―Wake-up Call‖ when The hacking of military base in the Middle East in 2008 and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in China's Internet Protocol address in 2012. This research focuses about the effort of The United State’s National Security of Cyber War in 2009-2013 by President Obama. This efforts it’s to response cyber attack conducted by the State or cyber terrorism.This research’s objective was to understand cyber security of the United State by President Obama in 2009 to 2013 against the threats of cyber war to protect the national interest in this case about the power of cyber security. The concept of national security and cyber security were used for further discussion. This descriptive analytical research used secondary data sources while its data collecting technique was library research. Data analysis technique included data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. The results of this research indicate that the efforts made by President Obama in The United States cyber security in political and economic sector by increasing military resistance and technology, cyber diplomacy and keeping The Critical Infrastructure.Keywords : cyber security, cyber war, national security, The United States

Abstract

This research entitled "China's Foreign Policy" New Security Concept "In the China-Russia Relations In The President Hu Jintao". New Security Concept arise when the collapse of the Soviet Union that led to changes in the international political situation of bipolar becoming multipolar. China with New Security Concept trying to create security conditions in the region and make Russia a strategic partnership to meet its domestic needs, both in energy and military as well as counterbalance US hegemony in Central Asia and East Asia. This study aims to explain how the foreign policy of New Security Concept of China to the Chinese-Russian relations during President Hu Jintao. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method in which the author describes and outlines the relevant data for the study and then the data is reduced further presented and verified in order to obtain valid results related research. From these research it can be concluded that China continues to meet its national interests always forward peacefully and maintain security and stability in the region. China is also cooperating with Russia as one of the influential countries in the region to offset the hegemony of the United States so that China can stay focused on economic development in the country.Keywords: New Security Concept, Security, China-Russia relations, the US hegemony.

Abstract

Gender ideology especially in local political life is still dominant. Various cases of election in the province of Central Java in particular. This study lasted noted few major woman candidates who successfully won the election. Studi been performed in various local election in the province of Central Java, among others Sukoharjo Regency (2010 ); Sragen Regensi (2010); Klaten Regency (2010); Demak Regency (2010), Pati Regency (2011); Pekalongan Regency (2011); Major woman candidates have additional obstacles to win the elections, namely gender resistance.Keyword: local election, resistance, gender.

Abstract

Civilian employees of the state apparatus is one of the pillars in achieving Good Governance . Good governance is not just a concept that needs to be socialized , but need to be applied at all levels of government everywhere. State Civil apparatus resource is expected to provide services and performance betanggung responsible in order to reflect good governance , employees of the State Civil Apparatus not just wait for what later steps taken by the government to improve its performance , but these employees will be able to take the opportunity of its own to create a breakthrough that could improve their quality or performance in realizing good governance .Keydord: Governance, apparatus, civil.
