Abstract

Research objective description effectiveness employee on education committee inSukoharjo District. The indicators of measurement is skill adjust oneself of employee, workperformance, and job satisfaction. The kind of the research to use descriptive qualitative. Thekind of the data to use Interview and Observation and also legislation of law about problemstatement that investigated.From this research was doing, the researcher to conclude that fordescribing the effectiveness of employee on education committee in Sukoharjo District,dimension ability of adjust oneself such as the join of employee on education committee alreadythat enough and rare that happens misconception in employee on education committee inSukoharjo District for communication itself. The employer always the communication links thatenough, without any communication the employer will be experienced problems in a work.Dimension ability consist of skills, background of study that enough with working that give byemployee, to discipline and responsibility of the employer on working in ways better. Abstract

Professionalism crew includes two factors that is the impact from in and encouragement fromthe outside felt by all crew can increase working spirit and work crew. Crew who feelcomfortable with work done will make professionalism crew and growing his handiwork so thatit can be had an impact on the produce the program as a whole. With increasing produce alsoaffected with work performance and maintain rating program. The kind of in and motivationfrom out of professionalism crew resulted in which impressions message belongs to be toldcommunicator to communicant to realize motive connection. In this research that refers to theirprofessionalism crew factor that is applied to the program Si Bolang Trans7. One theory usedresearchers is as revealed by Tjokrowinoto (1996: 191) “ Their professionalism is the ability toplan, coordinates, and carry out its function in an efficient way, innovative, flexible, and havetheir work high ethic”. The research is the kind of research descriptive kualitatif by using themethod data collection of interview, observation, and documentation. This study attempts todescribing and analyze professionalism crew in maintaining rating the Si Bolang Trans7program. Interview this was done in Producer, Camera person, Reporter, and Editor programthe Si Bolang Trans7. The research result show that professionalism crew from the urge from theand encouragement from outside formed very good for crews in the program the Si BolangTrans7. This can be seen from the achievement of various indicators which is in encouragementfrom within. And there are also from the urge from outside. Professionalism crew was formedaffect business crew in reaching a the purpose of the program. Abstract

FLEGT-VPA, created in 2006 and has been through the consideration for 6 years andthen the days of the post of Minister of Forestry Zulkifli Hasan has been approved and signed theagreement with the European Commissioner for Environment Janez Potonik and the Minister ofEnvironment of Lithuania Valentinas Mazuoronis which is Presidency of the EU, at theEuropean Union Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium on 30 September 2013. in an effort toreduce the problem of illegal logging or illegal trade is the case of Indonesia to the EuropeanUnion. This research uses a qualitative research, the object of this research is PT. AnugrahRimba Nusantara in Kalijambe, PT. Roda Jati in Kalioso, teak plantation owners in Gemolong,Indonesian Furniture Association (ASMINDO), and the Ministry of Trade through theDirectorate of Bilateral Cooperation with Sub Europe. Data collection techniques areinterviews, observation, and library research. Data analysis technique used is interactive. Thestudy concluded that with the signing of the agreement between Indonesia FLEGT-VPA with theEuropean Union, slowly Indonesian government can overcome the problems mentioned abovegradually. For wood manufacturers in Sragen recognize more easily the export process usingSVLK. The impact of the timber trade that occurred after the entry into force of SVLK is timberexports to the EU are likely to decline in 2013 since the first year of implementation of SVLK, aswell as the increase in 2014 but did not reach the value of exports in 2010 before using SVLK,which tend to be more export value. Abstract

The Sragen Major Rule No. 22 in 2014 year concerning in the service of Administration ofvillage has a purpose for ineceasing the quality of effectively, efficiently serving and make theserving as well as the villagers needs. It has a benefit in issuing the birth certificate or civiladministration, permit, and non permit. It makes the definitive villagers data and does not makedouble data whwen it is issued. The theory which is issued for supporting the implementedanalysis of the serving of administration of village (PADMA). Eivils policy is implemented modelpolicy which is improved by Van Metter and Van Horn. The research Method which is used isqualitative research, there for the researcher chooses the informan by using purposive samplingand snowball. The researcher uses the technique of collecting data which is combination of sometechnique, namely, literature, interview, straight observation and documentation. The researchhas a conclusion that is the implementation of the Major Policy concerning in service ofAdministration of Villagers (PADMA) has been done it has several laek of implementation,because of human resourches of civil servant who works in Karangjati office be unable to give acivil service effetively and efficiently. There are not awareness for taking their ownadministration and the lack of sosialitation to the villagers that cause of misunderstanding anddis informating received.Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Serving, Administration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analize the quality of public service in Klego subdistrict officein Boyolali regency. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Theresearch informant use purposive sampling technique. The technique of data collection useobservation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique use interactive analysiswhich consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclution. The result of this researchshows the quality of the service of Klego subdistrict based on the fact dimention which is not tosatisfy enough for the people. The unsatisfied service are such as the less of queue seat and theemployee discipline factor. There are some employee still have in discipline the employee isgood enough in giving the service to the public, but there is still any some capability that shouldbe better, such as the ability in operating the computer program. If we see from capacity of theperceptive, it is not show the good quality of service. It seen when responding the requester, notevery requester get the good response from the employee. There are some employee have theability to give thee good respons to the requester. The good respons mostly showed fot therequester who have the colleague or the requester who have a good relation with the emloyee.The ansurance dimention shows the good service, it gives the good service to the people and itgives legality and it olso free that the service which was did by the employee of that districtalways give the legality asurance for the people. If we see from the empathy dimension it showsthe good quality when did there duty, the employee put the importance of the requester in thefirst place.Keywords: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.

The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of certified teachers at SMKNegeri 2 Sukoharjo using relevant indicators object diteliti.Selain the facilities andinfrastructure available at SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo also be a supporting part in supporting theperformance of teachers in the school. Abstract

In this research, the methodology that was used is a method of descriptive qualitative, which aims to explain how of marketing communications that there is to retain a management reputations in Sedes Sapientiae Bedono high school. The results of the interviews show that marketing communications made by High School Sedes Sapientiae Bedono, among others through the print media in the form of brochures, famlet, posters, banners, banners and online media (facebooka and website). High School Sedes Sapientiae as a source of near by Bedono has shown interesting way so that prospective students who sign up are not only coming from the area of semarang and surrounding areas, but also come from outside the region who are in Indonesia. For the types of communication strategies used, High School Sedes Sapientiae Bedono choosing and using mediaadvertising and sales promotion, namely promoting by means of presentation to Junior High School‟s builds cooperation before. Then to the transmission or delivery of the message process completed by the High School Sedes Sapientiae Bedono is by way of promoting directly through mediapromotion that have been chosen and effective in the delivery of information. Communication strategies for marketing in decoding, prospective students have a good response. Through a varietyof media promotion that have been selected. It makes an action from its prospective students who decide to enrol into a high school student Sedes Sapientiae Bedono. Reputation management who have obtained High School Sedes Sapientiae Bedono throgh the 4 charge indicators will be to reliable credibility, Image, reability and social responsibility of obtaining good results to maintain the reputation of the school.Keywords: marketing communications, reputation management and maintain

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the performance of KPU in Sukoharjo regency inorganizing legislative elections in year of 2014. This research use descriptive-qualitativemethod. The research of informant use purposive sampling. Then the data source use primaryand secondary data. The data collection technique use interview and documentation. In thisresearch also using interactive analysis technique. The results of this research are: (1) Inorganizing the legislative election in year of 2014, the performance of KPU of Sukoharjo wasgood enough. We could see that they did the all of the legislative election process in compliancewith the schedule, and also based of their vision and mission. (2) From the human resourceaspect, KPU of Sukoharjo regency has enough member and committee of organizing the electionwhich as Ad Hoc, they have 15.017 people of human resources. They also have the goodinfrastructure. (3) If from estimate aspect, the cost estimate that they got was from APBN. In itsexecution, KPU of Sukoharjo was efficient and effective enough. (4) KPU in collaboration withCounty Police (polres) and District Military Command (Kodim) until stage of KPPS together didthe distribution of the logistics. They used about 7 trucks to carry the logistics. (5) The conceptwhich was did of Sukoharjo’s KPU in increasing the people participation was by electronicmedia that was radio, then face to face communication with the people, until did the activity ormassal event. (6) The performance of KPU of Sukoharjo regency of their effort to increase thepolitic participation of the people in legislative elections in year of 2014 got a number ofpercentages as much as 75.42%.Key Words: Performance, KPU of Sukoharjo Regency, Legislative elections.

Abstract

Tourism is one of industry which is able to real income of a regency.this can be seen because adeveloping regency is influent by touris factor. Sragen regency has several potencial factor,oneof them is tourism. It has several tourist object and they are very attractive whose specialdestination. There for, this reseach is aimed to fine and to describe the duty and function oftourism, youth and sport office in the effort of tourism object development in Sragen Regency.The method of reseach uses qualitative reseach. Method which is used to reseach naturalsituation. It placed the reseach is a key instrument, the tecknique of collection data will be donecombinely, inductive analisys, and the result of the reseach is more meaning than generalizingqualitative. The duty and function is a task which is done by institution it is stated. Tourism,cultur, youth and sport does the duty and function in partly regency state which is based onautonomic principle and has a task to support in the tourism, cultur, youth and sport. By doingthe best duty and function, it can develope and be a developing and organisation of touristobject in definitive by regency is going to regulary move and the economic activity in tourismsector is going to increased shoothly and in the end it is going to result several income. Thebest duty and function makes tourist object development has increased valve of the real incomeof regency and the local tourism development.
