Abstract

For a manager or manager of an organization, risk is a threat / danger that may interfere with normal activities or stop a thing that has been planned. Risks generally occur in all areas, including the supply chain. The supply chain is the process of linking the process from the initial search of raw material sources or commodities to the stages of manufacturing, processing, storage, transportation to last delivery and consumed by the end consumer. Risk identification is done by qualitative method approach such as literature study, survey / questionnaire / interview with supply chain actors with reference to SCOR, AHP and ANP model, followed by descriptive analysis. From the risk identification result, there is risk taking to determine the priority of risk that is immediately mitigated. The risk-weighted approach is carried out with a quantitative approach such as FMEA, Fuzzy FMEA, FAMs, OWA, AHP, Fuzzy AHP and ANP.

Abstract

The research purpose was to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling services in enhancing assertive communication behaviors. Subjects were students of Guidance and Counseling study program of Widya Mandala Catholic University of Madiun in 2014/2015 Academic Year. The testing of the effectiveness of group counseling services in improving assertive communication behaviors used one group pre test post test method. The results of calculation of numerical t = 14 468 with 7 degrees of freedom at odd errors 0.003 (significant). The rule used was to test the alternative hypothesis (Ha) saying that group counseling services could significantly improve the behaviors of assertive communication. It can be concluded that the group counseling services are effective to improve the behaviors of assertive communication

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out in writing, whether the mathematics achievement of students could be improved through the implementation of the lesson plans based on the Multiple Intelligences. This type of research was the study of literature, with five stages, namely (1) collecting the literature and then reviewed some important terms in the study, (2) collecting the results of relevant literature researches, (3) conducting in-depth analysis based on all of the literatures that had been obtained by preparing the analysis, (4) developing conclusions based on the analysis, (5) making recommendations based on the obtained findings. The conclusion of this study is a written application of the lesson plan based on Multiple Intelligences has a tendency to increase student mathematics achievement.
