Abstract

Communications technology today has progressed very rapidly. Various kinds of communication devices participate in supporting the achievement of these advances in communications technology. Ease in communication, can now be felt by us, especially the radio wave communications. Beeper (pager) is one result of advances in communications technology using radio waves used for the delivery of messages. But now the radio call (pager) have been used as a medium of message delivery in the areas of financial business. Monitoring the success of the transaction at ATMs (Automatic Teller Machine) is expected by each user of the ATM machine, all the mistakes that occurred must immediately known. For that ATM with the Radio Call Monitoring is one step in streamlining the functions of its own ATM machine. In writing this thesis, the author will give an explanation of how the ATM with the Radio Call Monitoring runs. The ingredients are already used by Page. BANK BALI in monitoring the effectiveness of ATM function optimally.

Abstract

The design of Information Systems was written because this now requires speed and accuracy of the information needed by someone to assist their daily work. In this thesis, the writer tries to design a system to manage the company to facilitate the work performed by regular employees, both in terms of administration, education, until the preparation of reports to the CEO. In this system, also described the differences between the old system with a new system so it can be seen how quickly the new system.

Abstract

Each user, wherever located, wants the creation of communication between humans and computers without difficulty in the field of language. So desirable an application program that has the ability to detect everyday discuss and understand if there is a grammatical error free contexts using Parser. First sentence that is input will be identified compilation of words, matched to the one in the dictionary database by type of data, then the order of those words will be matched according to type phrases with objects and phrases pattern of work that has been determined. As the final sentence of the program will be visible signs of 'true' (for the correct sentence).

Abstract

Frozen shrimp processing system is a complex activity, because this activity is influenced by many factors in an effort to produce good quality frozen shrimp. One such factor is the existence of frozen shrimp processing delays. This delay occurs because the rate of service of a particular process step is smaller than the rate of arrival, as in the sorting stage. With the delay in this process, it can cause a decrease in the quality of shrimp and ultimately will affect their economic value. Queuing model contained in the sorting system is double track queue model - single phase service and control based on the notation can be formulated into (GI/GI/15): (FCFS / F / I). This formulation explains that the arrival rate of spread of shrimp basin in particular (GI), service time sorting shrimp also spread in particular (GI), the number of service facilities have 15 units, which applies FCFS queue discipline, which allowed the long queues formed as a limited (F), It is consist of 60 tanks of shrimp (24 tons of shrimp) and the source of the shrimp populations are assumed to come from an infinite population (I). To take the right policy to tackle this queue, then use sensitivity simulations (that include some amount of time between arrival of input factors and the number of facilities in different services). Appropriate policies and beneficial in overcoming the problem by increasing the number of queues is the sort of service facilities as much as 2 units taken from the lower level of service resort arrival (λ) approaches the service rate (μ) is new. Created computer program that can be used to solve the queuing problem sorting shrimp in shrimp processing factories of other frozen, provided that the multiple- channel models - single phase.

To be able to compete with other Life Insurance, PT Eka Life Insurance should attempt to provide better services to its customers. With good service facilities expected number of customers will continue to grow. Computerized information system is one way to achieve maximum service so that data processing becomes more effective and efficient. By way of interviews and observations to the field about the current system, and the results were analyzed. This study produced a description that Life Insurance is in great need of the computerized information system to assist the smooth operation, administration, and preparing reports.

Abstract

With the bike inventory system that uses a computer device is expected to assist in inventory and perform everyday tasks better and the preparation of regular reports and data that can generate the information required by the warehouse and the store sales.Application system using DBaseIV program can provide information on bicycle supplies to assist, expedite and facilitate the activities of stock and stock bikes in the warehouse or store inventory and sales so that the risk of error is very small.
