Abstract

Thesis entitled "Computerized System Administration check-in and Check-out GuestOn Kusuma Hotel Madya Ambarawa" had been conducted in March-April 2000.The objective is to process administrative data check-in and Check-out Guest at HotelKusuma Madya Ambarawa rapid, accurate, and up to date at any time. The writing ofthis study were made to the administrative processing of check-in and check-outguests can take place quickly and without error.Research methodology is included field studies and literature studies. Meiputifieldwork observations, and interviews. While the literature study conducted by theresearch literature relevant to the problem.After a global design was completed, then can be found with the design ofadministrative systems bahw check-in and check-out room, a lot of manual work thatcan be eliminated and administrative control process to check in and check-out gueststo be more rapid, precise yet efficient.

Abstract

The use of computers in our lives has been very widespread and popular in thecommunity. Not only limited in the work environment, but also in everyday life. Incorporate environments, computers are tools that are absolutely necessary in order toachieve competitive advantage, especially before the era of free markets. Abstract

High performance from every employee in a company is required to support the activities and operations at the company. The indicator used by the personnel in assessing the performance of the employee of one of them is the presence or absence of employees. From manual administrative systems, there were many shortcomings and limitations of personnel and HRD to be able to assess employee discipline and activeness. Making the new system, for replacing the existing system is expected to assist the personnel and HRD. The first thing to do is replace the old machine with the absence of new attendance machines, to support the communication with the computer, as well as revamping the local network system and network system linking the headquarters and branch offices.

Abstract

Today's progress has touched all aspects of life, including aspects of health care. Inorder to provide good health services, and the sooner it is not wrong if it is acomputerized system should be applied. At the hospital Gandaria currently using thesystem as the elderly, which in addition to the registration section in charge ofseeking patient data is also required to make patient data for new patients, then thedata is given to the receptionis to be given the serial numb er checks. However, whenrelatively few patients is not a problem, but problems arise when total patientincreases, so that the registration is required to give fast service and BAUK.
