Abstract

In a system that is currently running there are still many shortcomings, among others,namely the lack of controlling the supply of drugs and expired medicines, so it tooktoo long to seek information on each type of drug and preparing reports.From these deficiencies by applying the most precise computerized consideredbecause with the computer controlling the supply of medicines and expired drugs canbe more easily performed and can provide information and preparing reports faster.

Abstract

Information technology has become a part share of economic activity and business.This technology is believed to bring positive impact to the start of the reason forefficient use of time and accuracy of data. So, no wonder if all the competingeconomic activities using information technology as a means penigkatan satisfactionof the needs. No exception to the revenue administration is the business sector intrade (from UD) Molen emerging Jaya.Along with the need to further simplify the data processing in data processingmachines for the administration of lease rentals, we need a data processing system toreplace the system of computerized data processing is done manually. Hence madethe processing and administration system using a machine rental program newapplications for data collection engine leasing process easier in data processing andinformation needs of customers, machines and rentals can be achieved easily andaccurately.The author hopes that with the existence of administrative data management systemrental machine that writers make, hopefully it will be useful for the needy.

Abstract

In this paper the author explores the heading "Payment Systems in The Village Fund Loan P2KP West Brass." Principal of the matters to be discussed is a loan payment in installments that in computerization. In this writing consists of understanding the system, data flow diagram which consists of the concept of ERD, and the concept of normalization. Then the design of systems composed of context diagram, diagram of zero, entity relationship diagrams, ERD transformation into relational databases and normalization. Payment systems used to accelerate the authors point out the payment process and delivery of reports in order to create efficiencies and save time working UPK (Financial Management Unit).
