A fact that human development constantly increasing rapidly. It is up to the inappropriate and harmful for human survival. Hence the need for equitable distribution of population so that each region is occupied by humans is not crowded or so evenly balanced between regions or the one with the other regions. Use of the average resident is to determine the total population of each region and part for know how many people are born, move, migrants and people who have died. Data reception system designed to provide an alternative in population. Use computer records will improve services more quickly. Abstract

In this paper the author explores the heading "Tuition Payments Administration System with Computerized Process." The principal issues to be discussed is the system of school administration concerning the payment of fees at the Junior High School 20 in kompurisasikan. In this writing consists of understanding the system, Data Flow Diagram, which consists of the ERD concept, the concept of normalization. Then the design of systems that consist of context diagram, diagram of zero, Entity Relationship Diagrams, ERD to a relational database transformation and normalization. School administration system that the authors put forward is used to accelerate the payment of fees and the creation of efficiency and effectiveness of the work on the administration to support the smooth process of teaching and learning in Junior High School 20.

Abstract

Scientific writing contains a description of the IQ test programs, which are measuring the level of intelligence, psychological aspects, and the direction of interest in accordance with the ability of a student who was still in high school and sat dibangku second class who later IQ tests would also determine the direction will get students at third grade, using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.As for the first time that must be filled in this application is the biodata of students, such as: Number of Parent Participants (NIP), name, religion, Place of Birth (TTL), Gender, Class. In this IQ test programs Nip is a key which in turn will lead to problems that contain images or text that must be answered of course.Calculation results of IQ test scores obtained from the amount obtained by application users an IQ test. Then the score or the value can be classified into groups, such as: assessment of psychological aspects, and Value IQ. Then, from these assessments regrouped to assessing the direction of interest and standard of intelligence. Then end of the assessment process is concluded for the provision of an advice.
