Abstract

Nowadays the use of Internet services as a means to obtain information more widelyused. This is because the internet has a very wide range. Internet is ideal when used as ameans of delivering information or promotion of an organization or company, to offergoods or services to consumers.As one of the supermarkets are quite developed nowadays, Supermarkets Save Family inneed of a media campaign and information more effectively and efficiently for itscustomers. Therefore, Save the Family Self-Service website making is intended tofacilitate customers to obtain information about various products sold in this supermarket.To build this website, the author uses an application content management system (CMS)called phpWebSite with version 0.8.3, built a Web Technology Group, who came fromAppalachian State University in the United States. This application program is designed to simplify the administration of the clinic of Al-Falah, because by using this application program registration activities of new and oldpatients will be rapidly carried out. Especially for old patients who forget to bringmedical card, a patient can quickly be served because of the program to find the patientdata is easily and quickly, the data can be easy on looking good with the patients' medicalrecord number or the name of the patient. Abstract

Despite the enormous capacity of the human brain, we only use an average of two percent of our potential brain power, we therefore have the potential to expand ourbrainpower and testing (testing) on a regular basis as a key method that brain power.Psychometric tests covering subjects such as personality tests which includelateralitas tests, creativity tests are based on patterns of thoughts, feelings, attitudesand knowledge, and measure the range of human aspects. Intelligence test a test usedto measure the level of thinking ability a person.One of the problems that arise in every human being has a personality that hasdifferent capabilities, including lateralitas, creativity and intelligence. In this case thecharacteristics that distinguish ourselves with others.Based on these problems the writer tries to pick and find a solution by giving apractical illustration through the questions will be answered in psychometric tests. Inwriting this scientifically demonstrated several ways to solve these malasah, amongothers, by using application analysis, design courses, namely the algorithm of theprogram, menu structure, program flowchart, design and configuration of input andoutput of the computer as well as discussion of these issues.
