Abstract

Internet is now become a choice of the most effective indisseminating information, because the Internet has the reach of the network very wide. One of the great information that gets a place on the Internet, among others, information relating to education, especially the Japanese language education. This information is conveyed through one information storage medium on the Internet is the Web site.Japanese language is  the language of the world. In the era of globalization where the competition is no longer limited to the size of the region, country and certain zones, the speed and accuracy are important capital in winning the competition. Information technology is the answer to the need for more and more difficult and menduniannya business competition. PT. Airport Sevices DPD is a company which currently manages Airport Ramp Services on side, or side air where PT. Indonesia AirAsia is an airline which apply the concept of LCC (Low Cost Carrier) or low-cost concept, whereby the efficiency of each expenditure made unless the post is directly related to aviation safety. To calculate the load in the Load & Balance Sheet, in Malaysia's Air Asia Bhd. as the holding company is done manually by the Co-Pilot this is done to cut costs to hire a specific ground staff. However, the special at. Indonesia Air Asia Airport Servicesnya handled by PT. Delta Persada Dwitama the work done by a special ground staff, so that the authors regard it necessary to built a computer program in the efficiency and effectiveness using Microsoft Access 2000.

Abstract

This scientific writing, discusses about how to make an eye disease information usingMicrosoft Visual Basic 6.0. Information can be interpreted as a computer softwarethat has a knowledge base for a particular domain and using inference reasoningresembles an expert in solving a problem. Where this information when linked to theability of doctors to diagnose the health condition of patients at an early stage, we cancreate an assigned computer system identify and analyze patients' symptoms and thenprovide recommendations directly to the patient.Models made in implementing the information into an application program. Thisapplication was made aiming to help us in the early diagnosis of eye diseases. And tomake it easier to serve our patients without the patient must leave the house. Which inaddition to consuming time, effort and cost but also dangat feared conditions. Withthis program can reduce the duty of a doctor and are not directly replace the absenceof a doctor.
