<![CDATA[This thesis, discusses queuing theory widely applied in business, industry,transportation and daily activities of another. A queue can occur if the arrivalrate greater than the level of service. In theory there are two queue model queueis a queue model of single-channel and multi-channel queuing model. First thesingle-channel queuing model there is only one service facilities, while inmulti-channel queue more than one service facility.In this thesis, the author will try to provide solutions to these problems byapplying both models to the case of the model queue in Terminal Block MTransJakarta Busway to determine the operating characteristics of queuingmodels are made using simulation techniques or formulas queue. Where is thesolution obtained will be compared to determine the level of service efficiency.In this study we concluded that the operating characteristics completion queuemodel using multi-channel model with simulation techniques is morecomplicated but more efficient.]]>

<![CDATA[By still many companies - companies that use an application using Dos under aless good result in the display - the display program and too complicated for theuser program to mengentry data in the transaction. Moving on from that, thewriter tries to make a payment transaction application programs that areexpected to simplify and accelerate the total processing of payment transactionsand enables the user application programs to provide information on the resultsof payment transactions to his superiors. <![CDATA[In line with the rapid development of the era, the more problems faced by humans. The necessityto solve a problem quickly, accurately and efficiently is very necessary. Therefore science andinformation technology is always developed to make it happen. In this paper the author makes acomputerized system to process administrative services of two-wheeled motor vehicle servicingin the automotive service by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQLdatabase. Programs that exist in this application, include a main menu menu displays the data,the transaction menu, the menu reports. Where there are data menu sub menu input customerdata, data goods, mechanical data and data types of service fees. Menu there are sub menutransaction transaction. While there are reports of sub menu print menu and save the receipts,customer data printing sub menu and sub menu print transaction data. Where is the menu of thisreport is used to display and print reports. The application of this system aims to replace themanual system with a system that has been computerized, with the hope to make way company'swork for the better, especially in the administration.]]>
