<![CDATA[Psychological well being adalah keadaan individu memiliki kualitas relasi yang positif dengan orang lain, kemandirian, tujuan akan hidup, dan perkembangan pribadi dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang dimiliki. Penelitian sebelumnya mengungkapkan bahwa adanya family functioning berkorelasi dengan psychological well being remaja. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara family functioning dan psychological well being emerging adulthood pada emerging adulthood. Pengukuran family functioning dengan menggunakan 53 aitem The McMaster Family Assessment Device (FAD) dan pengukuran psychological well being dengan 18 aitem Ryffâs psychological well being scale (RPWB). Subjek penelitian adalah 350 mahasiswa-mahasiswi yang berusia antara 18-25 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi antara family functioning dan psychological well being emerging adulthood (r=0.447; p=0.000). Hasil ini juga didukung dengan korelasi antar aspek family functioning dan psychological well being yaitu aspek pemecahan masalah dan psychological well being (r=0.233; p=0.000), komunikasi dan psychological well being (r=0.327;p=0.000), Peran dan psychological well being (r=0.375;p=0.000), respon afektif dan psychological well being (r=0.419;p=0.000), keterlibatan afektif dan psychological well being (r=0.361;p=0.000), kontrol perilaku dan psychological well being (r=0.437;p=0.000), fungsi umum keluarga dan psychological well being (r=0.410;p=0.000).]]>

<![CDATA[Early marriage is a marriage conducted by teenagers who are still in the age of puberty. Intention to marriage can be measured with planned behavior theory. Planned Behavior explained that intention to perform a behavior is based on three aspect. The three aspect are attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The aim of this study is to know the description of early marriage intention among girls that live in Genitri village and to prevent early marriage in Genitri villlage. The subjects of this research were female adolescents aged 15-19 years that lived in Genitri village. The quistionaire contain open question and close question about application planned behavior theory (Susanto,2012). Data will be analyzed using spearman non-parametric correlation test and stepwise regression test. The result showed there were correlation between early marriage intention with attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control when analyzed together (r = 0.87, sig = 0.000), but when analyzed separated there were no correlation between intention of early marriage with subjective norms. Aspect perceived behavioral control have the most contribution in determining intention of early marriage.]]>

<![CDATA[Youngest children has a characteristic that tend to depend on others, but on the other hand there are youngest children who have a high motivation. These characteristics can influence the career decision-making, especially in the youngest children who depend on others so that decisions are not in accordance with their conditions. In fact, career is an important element that is used by humans to equipping life. Having a career is also one of the developmental tasks of a teenager. The purpose of this study was to describe the fulfillment of career decision-making tasks in the youngest children. The tasks in career decision making is orientation, self-exploration, broad and depth exploration of the environment, identity status, and commitment. This study found the fulfillment of the tasks of career decision-making is divided into three patterns, they are optimally fulfill all tasks (N = 16), optimally fulfill several tasks (N = 104), and yet optimally fulfill all tasks (N = 6). Most task can be fulfilled optimally by the youngest child is commitment and a task most not fulfilled optimally is selfexploration. The distinguishes between three patterns fulfillment is the habit of making decisions in everyday life, the role of teachers, and the response to the dissents.]]>

<![CDATA[Marital satisfaction is something achieveable, one of them by having sufficient introductory period. This one is not experienced by the paired couple, including in a parit of Islamic society: family of Kiai. Accordingly, this research was conducted to uncover the dynamics of marital satisfaction on the wife who married through arranged marriage in the family of Kiai. As a result, subjects satisfied with their marriage. The easiest aspects which is achieved is religious orientation included in the psychological needs. It is influenced by the same interests and values in terms of religion. While aspect that is still not fully bringing satisfaction is effective communication, which is a shortage of an arranged marriage. Satisfaction achieved at this stage of the family with young children is based on the autonomy and relationships with students which only occurs in paired wife within the family of Kiai.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian mengenai hubungan antara kohesivitas dengan performance efficiency rating (PER) telah banyak dilakukan. Namun, pada penelitian sebelumnya, dilakukan pada subjek yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menggambarkan kohesivitas yang ada pada tim bola basket WNBL di Indonesia (2) menguji apakah ada hubungan positif antara kohesivitas dengan performance efficiency rating (PER) pada tim bola basket WNBL di Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemain klub yang mengikuti kompetisi WNBL Regular Season 2013-2014. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 51 subjek dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kohesivitas. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan uji non parametrik Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada korelasi antara kohesivitas dengan performance efficiency rating (PER) pada tim bola basket WNBL di Indonesia, dimana pada PER terdapat 6 aspek yang dikorelasikan dengan kohesivitas. Aspek-aspek PER yaitu point per game (PPG) r=0,120 dan p=0,400 (> 0,05), assist per game (APG) r=-0.125 dan p=0.384 (> 0.05), steal per game (SPG) menunjukkan r = -0.021 dan p = 0.883 (> 0.05), block per game (BPG) juga menunjukkan r=0.223 dan p=0.116 (> 0.05), rebound per game (RPG) dimana r=-0.012 dan p=0.933 (> 0.05) dan turn over per game (TOPG) juga tidak ditemukan adanya korelasi dimana r=0.060 dan p=0.678 (> 0.05) atau hipotesis ditolak. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan peneliti menfokuskan pada aspek kohesivitas terutama task cohesion dikarenakan baik tim yang juara maupun tidak, memiliki kohesivitas pada aspek task cohesion daripada social cohesion]]>

<![CDATA[Niat berperilaku dipengaruhi oleh tiga anteseden, yaitu sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan (Ajzen, 1991). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara sikap terhadap perilaku, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan dengan niat memakai bebat pada butch. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan angket secara langsung pada subjek maupun secara online. Sampel dalam penelitian ini (N=24) diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik snowball. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan antara sikap terhadap perilaku dengan niat memakai bebat pada butch karena nilai signifikansinya dibawah 0.05 (Sig. 0.000, r2 = 0.729). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin positif sikap individu maka semakin besar niat individu untuk berperilaku. 2) tidak ada hubungan antara norma subjektif dengan niat memakai bebat pada butch karena nilai signifikansinya diatas 0.05 (Sig. 0.083, r2 = 0.130). 3) terdapat hubungan antara kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan dengan niat memakai bebat pada butch karena nilai signifikansinya dibawah 0.05 (Sig. 0.005, r2 = 0.310). Anteseden yang paling berpengaruh dalam membentuk keniatan berperilaku pada penelitian ini adalah anteseden sikap terhadap perilaku yang memiliki kontribusi sebanyak 72.9%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the differences and contradictions of what is happening in the family company that has been established since 1991 as well as any alternative that could be an option for the company to maintain its sustainability in the future. Therefore, researchers conducted a quite deep interview and observation of the perspective and aim shared by the two leaders in this company as well as the contradictions of what is happening in the company, not to forget the researcher also asked their opinion about the companys future. Other than that, the researcher also did a fairly long observation to the company operational activity as well as the personal relationship between the two within the family.This study is an applied research with qualitative method that uses interview and observation as data sources. In this study, it is known that there are 3 alternative forms of family business proper to be applied in this company. For each of the alternatives, researcher gave a consideration accompanied by the drawbacks and the benefits for each alternatives. The results provide an alternative that is deemed by the researcher to be the best alternative that can be applied in this family business, which will be a form of Parent-Subsidiary company. Each leader will manage and organize their own company without interference from other leaders. The expectancy with this case, each company can run well and in accordance with what is to be achieved by the leader.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to see if the consistency of the difference in value accounting profit and tax profit (book-tax differences) affect the information content of earnings. Past research has often tried to link the relationship between tax information as supplementary information from the financial statements of commercial information when commercial financial report as containing a lot of manipulation of the results of this study ditermukan that there is no effect of the difference in value between accounting profit and income taxes on earnings informativeness. Additionally, ditermukan pulabahwa no influence between the level of aggressiveness of tax planning and management of the companys earnings informativeness of accounting profit nor taxable profits. These different results can occur because information about the tax is still very limited in Indonesia so that it becomes irrelevant information in decision-making and can not be fully captured by investors.]]>

The funds required to start this business is Rp 100.000.000,00 (One Hundred Million Rupiah). <![CDATA[Nowadays, consultant organizations are more and more needed, which have impact on the development of DD consultant, as a consultant organization in Surabaya city. The development of the company should be followed by stabilization of the organization internal system. The purpose of this research is to assist the development of the company through the development of job analysis system and its socialization. Research assessment indicate uncertainty about employees job, overlapping task, lack of understanding about authority possessed, as well as sense of anxiety among employees related to work activity in DD consultant. Therefore, as an intervention, researcher will make job analysis which divided into job description and job specification, together with socialization design for job analysis itself.]]>
