Abstract

Phenomenon which often happened in this time is to the number of incoming child bed mother pay a visit to service of health with sigh release blood smelling, fever body, and pain in bone at stitching hurt representing infection marking, most child bed mother say that them less know about how taking care of hurt of perineum truly. Target of research know picture process healing of hurt of perineum at day child bed mother 1 - 14 in BPS Umi Nadifah Leech District Of Pandaan Sub-Province of Pasuruan. descriptive Type Research, its population is all day child bed mother 7 - 14 in BPS Umi Nadifah Leech District Of Pandaan Sub-Province of Pasuruan with amount of sampel 16 responder. At this research of researcher use sampling technique of consecutive sampling. Variable in this research is picture process healing of hurt of perineum at day child bed mother to 7 - 14. Instrument which is used in this research is observation. Data analysed to use prosentase.Berdasarkan result of research in BPS Umi Nadifah Leech District Of Pandaan Sub-Province of Pasuruan can be concluded that almost semi Healing of Hurt of Perineum quickly counted 8 responder (50%).Diharapkan mother more is improving of knowledge about treatment of hurt of perineum either through mass media and also electronic media so that mother earn mempraktikkan of is way of taking care of perineum to assist process healing of hurt.Keyword: Hurt of Perineum, healing process, post partm

Abstract

The over nutriens we always call with obesity. Therefore researcher want to know how mother’s opinion for nutrition and also the condition of children who get obesity. The purpose research is to know mother’s perception at posyandu Batan Krajan orchard, Batan Krajan village, Gedeg district, Mojokerto regency about obesity in children aged 1-3 years.This research used description research design. The population are mother’s at Batan Krajan orchard, Batan Krajan village who have child in 1-3 years. There are 32 sample mother, tehnic of sampling is Nonprobability Sampling with consecutive sampling method. The variable in this research is mother’s perception about obesity in children aged 1-3 years. The data to get with given the questioner. Manufacturing data doing by enter on the distribution table and with used the formula T skor with interpretation is positive perception if T skor > mean T, and negative perception if T skor ≤ mean T. The result of the research it’s saw that from 32 respondent are 17 resondent (53 percent) have positive perception and 15 respondent (47 percent) have negative perception. So more than a half respondent have positive perception.This is because there are positive awareness,opinion, and experience in ther self that change negative perception be positive perception about obesity. Therefore the mothers who had a negative perception cause by less information. So the role of healt workers as information givened is survived and to improve, because that information most of came from healt workers.Key word : mother’s perception, obesity, and children in 1-3 years

Abstract

First menstruation, or menarche is a natural thing that must be experienced by every normal woman who do not have troubled. However this will only get worse if the knowledge of adolescents about the menstrual period is very less and the education of the parents is lacking, so that early adolescents have less knowledge and a fairly good attitude and causes of feelings of anxiety and fear will emerge. The purpose of this study was to analyze the corelation attitude of young women with anxiety levels before menarche class V in SDN Kandangsapi II Pasuruan. Design of the study is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. Population are all young women fitfth grade in SDN Kandangsapi II Pasuruan that before menarche, amounting to 33 students with a total sampling technique to obtain a sample of 33 students. Independent variables is the attitude and the dependent variable young women anxiety levels before menarche fitfth grade. Data is taken with a questionnaire and analyzed by spearman rho test statistics. The results showed 19 positive respondents who obtained 16 (84.2%) of them have medium anxiety levels and the remaining three (15.8%) severe anxiety levels. The results of statistical tests of significance sebesat obtained value 0.002 <α (0.05) so H0is rejected. From the results of research and statistical test known to have corelatoin the attitude of young women with anxiety levels before menarche fitfth grade. The informations which are founded will certainly influence young women’s attitude, their positiv or negativ attitude certainly will also influence their anxiety level in facing the menarche.Key words: attitudes, anxiety, menarche
