Abstract

Hospitalization is a process that is for a reason that is planned or emergency, requiring the child to stay in the hospital, establish treatment and care until their return back home. The reaction of children to hospitalization is the child will lose control function, with the loss of control functions with respect to motor function. The purpose of this study was to determine how the image of the stress response of children aged 2-3 years when undergoing hospitalization. In a study using descriptive methods. The study population was all pediatric patients treated in RSU Dr. Kertawijaya Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto amounted to 20 children. These samples included 20 children taken using consecutive sampling. Data sources using primary data, as data collection using observation techniques and instruments using observation sheet. Data analysis techniques using frequency distribution. The result showed on the first day of hospitalization stress response in children more at this stage of protest and despair that is each numbered nine children, while that to the extent there are only two children refused. On the second day there is a decrease in the stage protests to 4 children, while the stage remains desperate 9 children and at the stage of refusing to rise to 7 children. On the third day decline again on stage protests to 2 chldren, while the stage remains desperate 9 children and at the stage of refusing to rise to 9 anak.Responden average research experience changes the stress response on the first day of hospitalization, second and third. The response of hospitalization of children are influenced by age, gender and experience in the hospital.Keywords: 2-3 Years Childhood, Hospitalization, Stress Response

Abstract

One of the non pharmacological intervention can be done independently of the nursein lowering the scale of pain with rheumatoid arthritis do warm ginger compresses on patient to lower arthritis rheumatoid pain scale. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of granting a warm compress ginger against the scale of the joint pain of rheumatoid arthritis patients.. The research design are eskperiment with one group pre test post test design. Population of this research are all of rheumatoid arthritis sufferes as much as 25 respondents and sample taken with total sampling techniques. Data taken by observation sheet pain bourbonais instrument. The results showed there is influence the awarding of a warm compres ginger against the scale of the scale of the joint pain of rheumatoid ar arthritis patients in the village of Bleberan sub-district of Jatirejo Mojokerto as evidenced by the result of a test of Wilcoxon &rho; = 0.001, &alpha; =0.05 so &rho; <&alpha; so that H1 accepted. The principle of non pharmacological pain management on a warm compres ginger focus on stretching musles utilizing heat energy and efficacy of ginger it self, so that from inside the body can produce homrones such as serotonin and endorphin relaxan so that it can reduce pain.Key Words: Warm Compress, Arthritis Rhematoid&cedil; Joint Pain

Abstract

The development community is increasingly critical, service quality also in the spotlight especially for service today primarily for medical services. The size of the organizations success is determined by the level of satisfaction of service recipients. The level of customer satisfaction will affect the regularity of the examination. Services provided personnel must be qualified and have five main quality dimensions: tangible, Reability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The design used in this study is analytic with cross sectional approach. The population of all pregnant women antenatal check as many as 45 people to obtain a sample of 32 pregnant women trimester II and III are taken by purposive sampling. The data were taken using a questionnaire. Once the data is collected and the data processing performed by using the Spearman test. Results showed &rho; (value) (0,005) <value &alpha; (0.05) so that it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected dn H1 accepted meaning there is a relationship between the level of satisfaction with prenatal care regularity. High levels of education may also affect awareness of pregnant women in antenatal care on a regular basis, this is a good effect on the absorption of health education provided by the health workers. Pregnant women who regularly carry out checks in early pregnancy can be known if there is a problem in pregnancy.Keywords: Satisfaction, Regularity, Examination Pregnancy

Abstract

Every adolescents is equipped with emotion to offset ratios tend to act based on the principles of logic. Emotional aspect would lead adolescents to consider various aspects before acting. The purpose of this research was to determine the emotional quotient one semester students Akademi Keperawatan Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. The research design used descriptive. The sampel was some of one semester students Akademi Keperawatan Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto a number of 18 respondents with simple random sampling teckhnic. The data was taken by a questionnaire. Analyzing data used was Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Research result was 18 respondents (77.8%) with a high emotional quotient category. Students have high emotional quotient category able to realize emotions appropriately, capable of implanting, and able to understand any changes little emotion.Keyword:Emotional Quotient, Adolescents

Abstract

Reproductive health education in schools is done through curricular programs are incorporated into and extracurricular subjects such as education (health education). Generally reproductive health education in schools which do cederung successful because the school is able to reach the population more directly than other health care institutions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of health education about genital hygiene for prevention of flour albus knowledge in adolescent girls. This study design is pre experiment with approaches One-Group Pre-Post Test Design. The population was around all the girls were 83 respondents and samples were taken with total sampling technique sampling. Data taken using a questionnaire instrument on prevention knowledge whitish, then analyzed editing, coding, scoring and tabulating and tested with cross tabs. The results showed no effectiveness of health education on hygiene genitalia towards knowledge flour albus on teenage girls in class IX MTs AL-MASUDY Village Simbaringin Kutorejo District of Mojokerto as evidenced by the results of cross tabulation (cross-tabs) data obtained after the change of given health education an increase in the percentage of respondents who pengetahunya enough by 56.6%. Health education is a primary capital to be done in the community in order to prevent discharge. So expect the higher level of public knowledge will further increase the level of health in this study, especially on taking care of the genitalia of knowledge whitishKeywords: Health Education, Knowledge and Flour Albus
