In this study, the data used are primary dataand secondary data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression and hypothesistesting using the T-test test test and correlation coefficientand coefficient ofdetermination.Regression Y=34.114+0.824X of this study it can be concluded that basedon the statistical test that the variable Intelligence Quotient(IQ) effect on performance.From this study adjusted R2 values obtained for 0.599, it means that 59.9% of employeesaffect the performance IQ

The purpose of this study was to determine the lending analysis applied by the Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan pinjam (UED-SP) Maju bersama. The sample in this study amounted to 44 respondents ie borrowers Fund UED-SP Maju bersama. The data used are secondary data yiatu report delinquent customers UED-SP maju bersama. Data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results of the analysis showed that occurred arrears on UED-SP Maju bersama Rp 500,000, - to Rp 3,000,000, -. The percentage of non-payment by the customer is the highest in the plantation business customers is 81.9%, this is due to the price of farm products is very low so that customers experiencing financial problems and are unable to pay loan installments. It can be concluded that the arrears still occur despite lending system has been implemented well. However, bad credit problems can be minimized by applying the principle of 5 C.

This research aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction stayingin Penginapan Kurnia with the quality of services provided. The samplingtechnique is purposive sampling sampling techniques with special considerationthat deserves to be sampled. The results showed that the TCR values forindicators of physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, andempathy in fairly good condition, while customer satisfaction in good condition.Quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction. Her advice thatshould Penginapan Kurnia improve service quality dimensions in order to providean optimal guest satisfaction.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of an increase in the acceptance of Land and Building Tax (PBB ) and obstacles in achieving the target of tax revenue in the village of Rambah Tengah Hilir District Rambah of Rokan Hulu. Objects in this study is a whole community Taxpayers Village Rambah Tengah Hilir as a sample selected by using random proportional to the number of samples taken by the formula Slovin as many as 88 people. The research data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis technique that shows a picture of the results on the level of achievement of the respondents ( TCR ) for each of the questions given . The results of this study showed that the implementation of the increase in land and building tax revenues respondents tended to assess the implementation of the input ( input ) in the category Good Enough. This is indicated by the value of the TCR to the assessment of tax payers against officers amounted to 64,38 % with the classification level of achievement of respondents in the criteria Less Good. While Throghput ( process ) of 64,85 % voting classification Achievement Level Respondents in Less Good criteria , and the final output ( output ) targets and the realization of the TCR value of 51,18 % with a classification level of achievement of respondents in the criteria not Good . To achieve the target of land and building tax revenues remains to be done is to collect data on taxpayer, implementing active collection gradually based on STPs , improve the quality of service to the community , make an appeal letter taxpayer to immediately fulfill its obligation to pay the tax on land and buildings ( PBB ).

The purpose of this research was to find out students’ skill in writing recount text. Recount text was a text that tells the reader to listener what happened in the past through a sequence events. This research used descriptive qualitative research design.The findings showed that the students’ skill in writing recount text at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir as follows: 1 student (3,33%) was very good category, 11 students (36,7%) were good category, 16 students (53,3%) were fair category, and 2 students (6,67%) were poor category

The goal of this research to identify Estimasi profabilitas cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden and to know the risk of farmers in cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden. The research consist of 3 informant there are the leader of tani sumber rezeki groups, the leader bussiness development, and one member. The research used kualitatif and kuantitatif method. Kualitatif method interpret and describe the data obtained and kuantitatif method by analyze the data in table form which is then given information. Based on the result of the research estimasi profitabilitas cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden suitable estimate, but it took long time to benefit. The risk of farmer in cultivation of meranti as additional plants in the palm garden are market risk, naturals risk, production risk, and pest risk.

The purpose of this study was to determine factors that influence the behavior of consumers shopping in the modern market. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents, people who shop at Modern Market. The data used is primary data and data sekumder. Data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that family factors are factors eksteren that social class is the most influential factor in the behavior of consumers shopping at Modern Market, the effect of 7.70%, while the influence of cultural factors 7:50%, personality 5:50%, the role of 4:40%, as well as motivational factors and each reference class is 2:10% and 0.8%. It can be concluded that consumers in making purchasing decisions in the modern market is influenced by cultural,social class, motivation and personality

This study aims to determine the level of entrepreneurial spirit small entrepreneurstraders in improving their business in the village of Suka Maju Rambah District of RokanHulu and this includes research into quantitative categories. The focus of this study wasto measure the entrepreneurial spirit of small, the entire study population was smallentrepreneurs in the village Suka Maju Rambah Rokan Hulu District. And the number ofsamples is determined by 30 people using quota sampling (quota sampling). Of all surveyrespondents on average were women, young age, and level of education has been througha 9 year compulsory education. The results of the 30 small entrepreneurs obtained resultsstatement item count R> R table, validity test performed using SPSS 18 that all validitem. And the results of reliability test is known that the item variable statement reliablebecause the Cronbach alpha values ≥ 0.60 is 0.754. achievement level of all indicatorsrespondents on average above 80% with a good description except in the dimension ofrisk-taking in an innovative and flexible indicator of the level of achievement is onlybetween 75-80% of the respondents or the description pretty well.
