Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction stayingin Penginapan Kurnia with the quality of services provided. The samplingtechnique is purposive sampling sampling techniques with special considerationthat deserves to be sampled. The results showed that the TCR values forindicators of physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, andempathy in fairly good condition, while customer satisfaction in good condition.Quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction. Her advice thatshould Penginapan Kurnia improve service quality dimensions in order to providean optimal guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Public Relations (PR) plays a strategic role in maintaining and enhancing the image of an institution, especially in crisis situations that can affect public trust. This study aims to analyze the crisis management implementation by the PR team of KMI Trubus Iman in addressing public issues that have the potential to harm the institution's reputation. The research focuses on the strategies applied, the challenges faced, and the impact of crisis management on public image and trust.This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the PR team, direct observation, and documentation related to the PR activities of KMI Trubus Iman. Data analysis was performed thematically to identify patterns and key findings. The results indicate that the PR team of KMI Trubus Iman has implemented several crisis management strategies, such as transparent communication management, the use of social media as a mitigation tool, and collaboration with community leaders in restoring the institution’s image. However, there were several challenges, including a lack of competent human resources in the PR field, budget limitations, and challenges in handling the rapid spread of negative information in the digital era. Despite these challenges, the PR team's efforts were deemed effective in maintaining public trust in KMI Trubus Iman, as evidenced by the increased community participation in post-crisis school programs. This study concludes that effective crisis management implementation requires careful planning, strengthening human resource capacity, and utilizing information technology. Recommendations are made to improve the effectiveness of PR at KMI Trubus Iman, including specialized training in crisis management and the development of a digital issue monitoring system. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for other educational institutions in managing crises and building public trust

Abstract

Pembunuhan berencana atau moord merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kejahatan terhadap nyawa yang diatur dalam Pasal 340 KUHP. Delik pembunuhan berencana merupakan delik yang berdiri sendiri sebagaimana dengan delik pembunuhan biasa yang diatur dalam Pasal 338 KUHP.Pada kasus yang menimpa mantan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Medan yang diketahui dibunuh, setelah proses persidangan yang cukup panjang untuk mengetahui kebenaran atas fakta tersebut, diketahui adanya keterlibatan isteri dalam peristiwa pembunuhan tersebut. Peristiwa tersebut dilakukan oleh isteri sebagai otak pelaku pembunuhan yang kemudian menyuruh melakukan seroang pelaku sebagai eksekutor pembunuhan yang telah direncanakan tersebut. Penelitian ini merumuskan dalam permasalahannya tentang bagaimana pemenuhan unsur pidana mati terhadap tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana, penerapan hukum pidana mati terhadap otak pelaku pembunuhan berencana, dan bagaimana analisis putusan nomor 907/Pid.B/2020/PN Mdn atas vonis hukuman mati bagi otak pelaku pembunuhan berencana.Dengan tujuan penelitan untuk mengetahuipemenuhan unsur pidana mati terhadap tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana.penerapan hukum pidana mati terhadap otak pelaku pembunuhan berencana.Dan untuk mengetahuianalisis putusan nomor 907/Pid.B/2020/PN Mdn atas vonis hukuman mati bagi otak pelaku pembunuhan berencana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif,yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis secara kualitatif. Penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat kualitatif,mengarah pada analisis secara khusus terhadap proses peradilan pidana dalam penerapan hukuman mati terhadap otak pelaku pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh isteri terhadap mantan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Medan berdasarkan putusan yang ada.

Abstract

The Implementation of Islamic Social Etiquette in the Philosophy of Educational Management is the focal point of investigation within the context of Madrasah Trubus Iman in Padang Pangrapat, Tanah Grogot. This research aims to delve into and analyze how the application of Islamic social etiquette values within the framework of the philosophy of educational management can shape students' characters. The research method employed is qualitative research. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis related to educational management in Madrasah Trubus Iman. The research findings indicate that Madrasah Trubus Iman has effectively implemented an educational management approach based on Islamic social etiquette. In the context of integrating Islamic values, such as covering one's aura, avoiding illicit sexual relations, prohibiting unmarried couples from being alone, performing prayers, speaking politely, being obedient to parents, forbidding smoking among adolescents, and greeting fellow Muslims. The positive implications of implementing Islamic social etiquette are not only limited to the aspect of students' character but are also evident in the improvement of the learning atmosphere and interpersonal relationships between students and teachers. Mutual respect and care become crucial points in creating an educational environment that supports holistic student growth. Overall, this research contributes to our understanding of how Islamic social etiquette can be integrated with the philosophy of educational management to create quality Islamic education.
