Abstract

This research is purpose to determine the system of crediting KVP EDES on BRI Ujung Batu II Branch Ujung Batu, knowing the level of NP L in BRI Unit Ujung Batu II Branch Ujung Batu, and determine the influence the system of credit KUPEDES the level of NP L in the BRI Unit Ujung Batu II Branch Edge Stone. This research was conducted in BRI Unit Ujung Batu 11 This type of research is associative research, the research purpose to determine the relationship between two or more variables, which is expected to be constructed a theory that could serve to explain, predict, and control a symptom. Data obtained in the formof primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires.Data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test consisting of (1) test for normality, (2) test multikolonearitas, (3) heteroscedasticity test and (4) autocorrelation test and test hypotheses consisting of (1) test the coefficient of determination and (2) statistical test. Based on the analysis of the test can be concluded that: Lending System KUPEDES simultaneously affect the level of NPL BRI Ujung Batu 11 Directly affect thevariables X and Y. Based on the descriptive analysis concluded that the system of credit has the effect of 5. 6% to the increase in NP L. The results of the study are the BRI Unit Ujung BatuII Should the marketing in order to further tighten and more thoroughly analyzing the business and the character of the debtor, in order to know exactly the ability to pay and the designation of the loan capital in order to really credit KVP EDES used forbusiness purposes. It can be concluded that the system of distribution KVP EDES has an influence on the levelof NPL.

Abstract

This research aims to to find out the influenze of social media to promotion effectiviness at university of pasir pengaraian. The population in this research were all of the student at university of pasir pengaraian. The sample in this research used aksidental sample, with total 96 people. The analisis data used simple regressionlinear has result 0,902 show the loud relation ship between social media with promotiom effectiveness, aspositive influence. The result coefficient determinasi account that 38,1% as social media has influence towardsocial media promotion effectiveness 38,1% with the residue 61,9% has influence with the other variable. From the result of account hypotheses test show T account more bigger from T table was T account.7,614>1,66123 so the hypotheses show any significant influence social media toward promotion effectivenessbe able accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Rambah. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Rambah. Alasan memilih lokasi penelitian ini adalah karena SMK Negeri 1 Rambah menerapkan standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 dan telah mendapatkan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2008. waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 22 desember 2015 sampai 30 juni 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh guru yang bekerja SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Pasir Pengaraian Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik simple random sampling, yakni sampel diambil secara acak tanpa memperhatikan tingkatan yang ada dalam populasi seperti umur dan jenis kelamin yang berjumlah 38 orang guru SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Pasir Pengaraian Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Untuk mengukur kontribusi variable X terhadap variable Y digunakan uji koefesien determinan (R2). Uji parsial (uji t) yaitu untuk menguji apakah variabel independen secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Dari hasil penelitian yang ada dan melihat dari kondisi yang ada, maka penulis dapat mengemukakan saran yaitu, Perlu adanya sosialisasi yang lebih intens dari pihak top management dalam hal ini kepala sekolah dan wakil manajemen mutu kepada semua personil sehingga seluruh personel mengerti apa tujuan dari pelaksanaan ISO kepada para pegawai dan staff sehingga muncul semangat kerja yang berujung pada komitmen peningkatan terus menerus dan perlu sering diadakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang mendukung pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 kepada personil-personil yang ada pada SMK Negeri 1 Rambah. Sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari personil dalam menjalankan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Employee Performance Comparison In Rokan Hulu District Office (case study Tambusai sub-district office and the district office Rambah). using saturated sampling technique then obtained a total sample of 51, that all employees who work at the office Head office Head Tambusai and employees Rambah. This study uses quantitative methods and use data collected with observation, interviews and questionnaires. After doing the research results of employee performance comparison Tambusai sub-district office and the district office employees Rambah is Good in serving their communities. It can be seen from the data processing an average yield of TCR at the district office Tambusai of 78.3 with Good ratings category, and the average yield of the TCR to the district office Rambah amounted to 79.8 which is the category Good. Recommended on all employees Tambusai sub-district office and the district office employees Rambah to always maintain and improve its performance in providing good service to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of brand image and product quality either partially or simultaneously to the Samsung Mobile Consumer purchasing decisions in Pelita phone Pasir Pengaraian. The population in this study is that people who use android phone products in Pelita Mobile Pasir Pangaraian. The research sample using judgment sampling technique with a total of 98 people. The independent variables in this study (X1) brand image, (X2) the quality of the product, the dependent variable (Y) purchasing decisions. Methods of data collection using field research and library research, field research consisted of observations, questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.120 + 0.174 X1 + 0.274 X2. The results showed that the brand image and product quality has an influence on the purchase decision variables 70.2%. While the remaining 29.8% is explained by factors or other variables not included in the regression analysis such as price, distribution channels, quality of service and others. The conclusion of this study brand image and product quality significantly having an effect on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously.

Syafrizal. Nim 1225124. Tahun 2016. Analisis Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Di Showroom Sepeda Motor Bekas Reski Di Pasir Jambu Pasir Pengaraian Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Pembimbing Utama: Makmur, SE., MMA dan Pembimbing Kedua: Seprini, SE., MM. Penelitian dilakukan di Showroom sepeda motor bekas Reski Pasir Jambu Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Untuk mengetahui inovasi produk di showroom sepeda motor bekas Reski Pasir Jambu Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, mengetahui Loyalitas Konsumen  pada  showroom sepeda motor  bekas Reski Pasir Jambu Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, mengetahui pengaruh inovasi terhadap loyalitas konsumen di showroom  sepeda motor bekas Reski Pasir Jambu Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Adapun yang menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua pembeli yang datang pada Showroom sepeda motor bekas Reski di Pasir Jambu Kecamatan Rambah pada Tahun 2015 yang diambil 75 orang, teknik analisis data yang digunakan Analisis Deskriptif  dan Analisis Kuantitatif Uji Signifikan, dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana Uji Koefesien (R2), Uji (uji t), hasil analisis data diatas dapat disusun persamaan regresi linier Y = (70.668) + .123., dapat dibaca r 0, 838 dan r squerenya adalah 0,004. Uji HipotesisUntuk variabel Inovasi, nilai F hitung sebesar .225 dengan signifikannya 0,636 karena F hitung > F tabel (.225> 0,174) hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima, yang berarti secara parsial faktor inovasi  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Showroom sepeda motor bekas Reski Pasir Jambu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial soundness of the Bank are measured by CAMEL analysis at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, to determine the financial soundness of the Bank at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In analyzing the data used descriptive method quantitative data obtained and analyzed on the basis of the existing theory so as to provide an overview and calculations are quite clear. By doing a comparison between the theories used in research with application in the enterprise, then arranged in a manner to be analyzed carefully and then made conclusions. Based on the results of the study showed that the financial soundness of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)  Tbk  HEALTHY declared  2010-2014  to  be  reviewed  through  rasiop CAMEL, CAMEL ratio is capital, assets, management, earnings, and liquidity is a ratio used by the author in analyzing the level health at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk standard berdasaarkan Bank Indonesia. In the capital, aspects of asset quality and profitability aspects comprising BOPO and ROA ratios in 2010-2014 is said to be HEALTHY while in aspects of management in 2011-2014 and in 2010 said HEALTHY HEALTHY say ENOUGH and the liquidity aspect of 2010-2012 and 2014 is said to be healthy and in 2013 said HEALTHY ENOUGH by the standards of Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pengurus BUMDes Timur Sejahtera Desa Ujungbatu Timur. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang Pengurus Bumdes Timur Sejahtera Desa Ujungbatu Timur dan kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis data secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi: uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Analisis kualitatif merupakan interpretasi dari data-data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian serta hasil pengolahan data yang sudah dilaksanakan dengan memberi keterangan dan penjelasan. Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y=10.174-0,381X1+e.Dimana variabel Kinerja (Y), Motivasi (X1), Komunikasi (X2). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel dependen kinerja pengurus. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa kedua variabel independen yang diteliti secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen kinerja pengurus. Angka R Square sebesar 0.851 menunjukkan bahwa 85.1% variabel kinerja pengurus dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14.9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perspectives of society and of the efforts that can be done to improve the public a positive perspective on the natural attractions waterfall Aek Martua Desa Bangun Purba. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which this research aims to create a picture of people's perspectives on the natural attractions and effort that can be applied to enhance the positive perspective of the community in the development of the natural attractions waterfall Aek Martua. This research was conducted with several stages, namely 1) the data collection phase, 2) analyzing the data, 3) discussion of results. Then make conclusions. Of the 30 samples (Non-Probability Sampling: Snowball Sampling) is used, as many as 22 people (73%) showed a negative perspective on the development of the natural attractions waterfall Aek Martua and as many as 8 people (27%) gave a positive perspective. Efforts should be made to increase the positive perspective of the community consists of four (4) key indicators, namely 1) Knowledge, 2) Skills, 3) Supervision, and 4) Role of Government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara  kesepakatan kerja bersama terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Tata Ruang dan Cipta Karya Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Tata Ruang dan Cipta Karya Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sebanyak 64 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini kesepakatan kerja bersama (X), variabel terikat (Y) produktifitas kerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian lapangan terdiri dari observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan  regresi linier sederhana menggunakan program SPSS 16. kesepakatan kerja bersama yang telah dilakukan di Dinas Tata Ruang dan Cipta Karya Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sudah baik. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat dan positif antara kesepakatan kerja bersama dan produktifitas kerja pegawai sebesar 60,8%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh kesepakatan kerja bersama terhadap produktifitas kerja pegawai.
