Abstract

The success of a company of course could not be separated from the role of labor as a human resources (HR) that run all sorts of activities for the betterment of the workplace. Therefore, HR must be maintained and be selected appropriately in order to show good performance and optimum. This applies to new labor and labor that has long worked in the career development process. In the election or selection of labor is often the polemics, because there is the possibility of a subjective assessment of a person so that the process is not running properly and the results achieved may not be suitable targets. Here we need a system that can handle the selection of an appropriate workforce with the competencies required by positions held in accordance with the criteria. The underlying reason that the construction of a decision support system selection this workforce. Expected that this system can assist the managers in analyzing the labor office in accordance with certain criteria. System programs to be created will help overcome the problems that occur in the company. This system can perform data maintenance processes, as well as profile matching the selection process itself. The system to be produced will be more to help decision makers and not replace them. It is hoped this system can also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of decision-making process itself. Abstract

In an effort to increase the volume of sales of a product in an e-commerce, the comfort level of service to customers is one of the factors that are important and need to be considered by the management. So, management must make a practical step by approaching the customer to be aware of how the behavior of customers in the deal. In this final project regarding creation of personalization systems on web sites that are used to determine the pattern of customer transactions. This system is expected to assist the management in managing the customers  catalog layout , so the comfort level of customers satisfied because the system seems to know their customers better. Naturally, the sale of a product will increase because customers feel pampered. This final testing of the customer transaction data e-commerce web sites were calculated using Market Basket Analysis, which is one of data mining techniques are used to determine the minimum support and minimum confidence is entered by the management to later mining process so as to generate association rules from customer transaction data. Association rules generated are used to build a personalized system for customers and can be considered for the management to set the location of product catalogs in e-commerce website and inform them of any unusual items customers purchased through the transaction history. The conclusion of this thesis is to produce information on items purchased together in the sales process on Dhian Handicraft Indonesia to adjustment of a model for future sales. Abstract

The number of graduate students in taking the National Examination (UN) is one indicator to improve the academic quality of a school. To achieve the maximum graduation, learners need to increase training so that they know how to answer the questions with correct answers and in a short time. From interviews, the length of the process of correcting lead teacher is not aware of learners who do not understand the specific material. Because not understand some of the specific materials resulting in under-prepared students to face examination. The solution is to built an application that aims to prepare students of SMAN 1 Driyorejo to better deal with the UN. This application can monitor the learning outcomes that have been given by the teacher in which there is the process of maintenance, training and value statements. Monitoring evaluation study conducted by the holding of regular exercise that teachers can know the progress of learners. With this application, students can be better prepared to face the UN. Abstract PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Nganjuk branch is one branch of PT. Federal Internatuonal Finance, Inc. is engaged in the retail motorcycle financing business and electronic equipment. In the process of financing, one of which relates directly to the customer is marketing. At the time of serving the customer in the field, the problems often faced by marketing that marketing can not check the status of customer data such as pengeekan member and previous arrears, do add a new customer, to process the transaction (in this case the application process until the approval of financing), displays information about the data traffic to the dealer / store, the number of incentives, and the target number of transactions received, that all these can not be done directly in the field saaat. In addition, another problem encountered is the monitoring process will be marketing a visit to the dealer / shop and monitoring achievement of the targets of marketing can not be properly monitored by the admin .Based on all the exposure of the above problems, it takes an application that can perform customer data management, including customer data-checking process, and can add new customer transaction process, and can display information on the number of transactions, the number of targets and the amount received by marketing incentives, which can be processed directly when marketing is the field, as well as can be. make the process of monitoring the performance of marketing is done by the admin. Since the majority of marketing is the mobile phone users, the author tries to build an application "Customer Data Management and Monitoring Performance-based mobile marketing" to answer the above requirements. As a result of the implementation of the Customer Data Management applications and mobile-based Marketing Performance Monitoring has been done, marketing can make the process of checking customers´ data, add new customer, and transaction processing to financial filings with the approval of retail financing directly through mobile devices are carried in this case is mobile. In addition, the admin can monitor traffic and monitor the achievement of the target marketing marketing by using applications that are in the office. Abstract

In an organization of education, training and learning is an activity that is very important. Currently, training and learning can be replaced by using information technology that is now growing rapidly in such regardless of who the perpetrator, without limitation of place and time. In the terminology of development of information technology training and learning form thus known by the term e-Learning. E-Learning has become a strategy and solutions for successful organizations in the world in order to manage and update their students´ learning. Based on the above issues, then built an interactive multimedia online learning system. Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that more than two billion people are infected with hepatitis B with a mortality rate of 250 thousand people per year and 170 million people worldwide suffer from hepatitis C with a death rate of 350 thousand people per year. The number of hepatitis patients in Indonesia is estimated that as many as 30 million people suffer from chronic hepatitis B and C. Half of it is thought to have chronic liver disease, with 10 percent of them become cancerous liver.Applications built will be able to help people with hepatitis in diagnosing and providing information about the disease hepatitis experienced. Information generated application form hepatitis outbreak confidence level based on the physical symptoms experienced were calculated using the Certainty Factor.Based on the evaluation of the test results, hepatitis disease diagnosis applications using Certainty Factor has been made capable of diagnosing hepatitis disease experienced by patients and give certainty to the illness as well as generate data that contains the results of diagnosis and disease therapy diet meal plan that can help the user provide solutions to the disease suffered hepatitis.   Keywords: WHO, Hepatitis, Certainty Factor, Evident, Diagnosis

Abstract

Department of Transportation Surabaya as government agencies engaged in public transport infrastructure where one job is to perform maintenance of traffic signs. Department of Transportation has set the traffic rules, which serve as the priority areas of infrastructure that is always monitored and rider behavior. Traffic signs are essential elements as information for road users in particular are driver of the motor vehicles. But in data collection and maintenance of the signs are so many rely on the Department of Transportation map and user manual files are marked. While the survey carried signs that can not run optimally. Sign repair history is not well documented, making pegawasan not go well. In addition the Department of Transportation already has a data GPS (Global Positioning System) location of signs, but only documented. Based on the above problems, we need an application that can handle the problems experienced by the Department of Transportation. The application in which consists of digital maps, survey schedule, handling and repair history. Digital maps are used to display the location of signs, schedule a survey for the survey beacon scheduling, handling repairs to display signs that have been surveyed and showing signs that have changed history. The results of the application that was created to assist the Department of Transportation in addressing the digital signs pointing the location, survey schedule for regular maintenance occurs, the results of the survey is expected to more quickly and may show signs of history. Abstract

PT.AJBS is a company that works in providing items/machinery for industrial purposes. PT.AJBS has many product lines Therefore, implementing a new and capable information system is a must. The new system need to have modules such as invetory, transaction, customer & supplier data and accounting journal. These modules need to be integratedto the new system, called Integrated Trading System. In addition, information security management is important because company´s information is an important asset for the company. PT.AJBS need to audit their current information security system to find out the level of security PT.AJBS has. ISO 27002 is the standard that PT.AJBS has to be met when auditing. ISO 27002 standard is chosen because of its flexibility. It can be tailored according to the company´s needs, company´s visions, company´s security system requirement, business processes, human resource needa and the structure of the organization, as well as information security system management. The result of maturity level 2.49 is produced from the implementation of information security system audit. The result is categorized to level 2, which is repeatable. This research also produces reccomendations for PT.AJBS such as better information system processes and improvement in level of information security Keywords: audit, information security, ISO 27002

Abstract

Cooperative State University student Surabaya is the type of business cooperatives engaged in the campus environment. Key business processes in the cooperative is selling and buying. Cooperative Surabaya State University students are constrained in clarifying the sales in detail, specifying the items expired, calculates sales records to determine the contribution of each member to member, to calculate changes in the cost of goods in the event of price changes at the time of the purchase process, and knowing the flow of goods in and out of card stock . Based on the description above, we need a system of buying and selling information on student cooperative. The system was built consisting of cash sales, print receipts cash sales, cash purchases, consignment purchases, purchases payable, consignment payment, accounts payable payments, print receipt consignment, master recap reporting, reporting cash sales, reporting a cash purchase, reporting, accounts payable, consignment reporting, card inventory, daily information, the information per member, and infomrasi per item. From the results of testing the sale and purchase of information systems in cooperative Surabaya State University students concluded that the system can run the business of selling and buying process, issuing reports and information required by the cooperative management students of the State University of Surabaya.
