Abstract

Academic administration student information system is a web based system that can provide periodic reports students´ online activity, whether it be information on grades, attendance, finances, and scores of students who are concerned violations. Along with the increased number of students from year to year, SMAN 8 has disadvantages in terms of student academic information delivery activities to parents. One solution of the problem is the construction of an information system with a web-based academic administration using xHTML for students who can be accessed through mobile devices. This system was built based on web using HTML programming language, xHTML, PHP and Javascript and uses MySQL database. This application can assist the academic functions in terms of student data storage to deliver information on academic activities for students and parents or guardians. This system was built as a means of improving the quality of education in schools as well as easy solutions for the SMAN 8. This system can perform maintenance and management of process data into information useful in disseminating information on student academic activities to parents   .Keywords : SMAN 8, Academic Information System, PHP, xHTML.

Abstract

Academic information system is a web-based application that is designed and manufactured to process data related to academic information, including data of students, employees, Presence students, academic assessment, appraisal and qiroati Tahfidz, course schedule, the mandate of teaching, and assessment of student personality . Each member of the academic community have different access levels to different SIA. The level of access that is tailored to the needs and level of importance of each system user. SDIT AL uswah Surabaya is one unified Islamic elementary school that has problems ranging from frequent mistake inputting data, loss of data that has been collected, the data is not completed and the provision of information on the Presence of students, academic assessment, appraisal and qiroati Tahfidz, schedule of subjects, teaching mandate, and personality assessment of students who are not up to date. One good solution is to build a web-based academic information system to facilitate students and parents to determine a student´s academic information for teaching and learning as well as manage data well. The results obtained by using this system is to show students´ academic information online and up to date, Reducing errors in input data, and manage the data well and are less likely mistakes again.   Keywords: Information Systems, Academic, web

Yapi is one institution that requires the dormitory system to each student who was educated there. Along with the increased number of students from year to year, Yapi has difficulty in terms of making periodic reports of students. One solution of the problem is the construction of an student administration academic information system that can help Yapi in the process of making periodic reports of students. This system was built on web based using HTML programming language, PHP and Javascript and uses MySQL for the database. This application can help the academics functions in terms of student data storage until the making of periodic reports for students and their parents. This system was built as a means of improving the quality of education in schools as well as easy solutions for the Yapi This system can perform maintenance and management of process data into useful information in making the report periodic students. Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. East Regional to perform monitoring and continuous measurement of the performance of its partners to ensure achievement of established goals. Manager performance during this monitoring by requesting a report to the data center that handles the data speedy partners. Then the data center will conduct a search (query) data into a form to present a report to the manager. It is difficult for managers to monitor performance of the partners speedy sale. Because it takes a relatively long time. and lack of specific information can slow the speedy performance of partners in decision-making process because the people who are not managers can monitor the level of performance at any time. One solution to overcome these obstacles is by monitoring application performance speedy web-based partners. Abstract

SMK Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik is a technical education organization which in its educational process works along with worldwide industry through Internship  program (prakerin). Prakerin needs an adequate plan by the school and industry to gain sucessfull, effective and efficient implementation. Furthermore, SMK Al-Azhar in order to fullfil its needs still facing problems to plan the prakerin; the administration section for prakerin are struggling to develop the prakerin data to make the prakerin schedule and can’t decide the right working-placement for student based on student criteria and a qualification that industry make. In addition, there aren’t any marking result reports which is used by the school to monitor the desired expecation level from prakerin impelemtation program. To solve the problems described, there should be an information system which can develop the prakerin data to gain the right placement for student based on its criteria and the qualification from industry. This information system can also evaluate the marking result for the school to monitor the desired expectation level from prakerin implementation program. Lastly, through this internship information system which is built by web-based, developing the prakerin data can work well and the information that the system made can also be used by the school to monitor the desired expectation level from prakerin implementaion program. Abstract

A needs assessment is an activity to identify a need of someone who needed attention more than others due to lack of physical, social or economic. And monitoring development assistance is to monitor the activities of an object that has channeled aid to the recipient bantuan.Becouse yet there is a facility or information system tools that can assist in the assessment and monitoring needs assistance. Abstract

The number of graduate students in taking the National Examination (UN) is one indicator to improve the academic quality of a school. To achieve the maximum graduation, learners need to increase training so that they know how to answer the questions with correct answers and in a short time. From interviews, the length of the process of correcting lead teacher is not aware of learners who do not understand the specific material. Because not understand some of the specific materials resulting in under-prepared students to face examination. The solution is to built an application that aims to prepare students of SMAN 1 Driyorejo to better deal with the UN. This application can monitor the learning outcomes that have been given by the teacher in which there is the process of maintenance, training and value statements. Monitoring evaluation study conducted by the holding of regular exercise that teachers can know the progress of learners. With this application, students can be better prepared to face the UN.
