“Each company that take the roles as distributor of a product certainly have a distribution plan as standard references in determining route and schedule distribution including with UD ABC Bojonegoro. The company has increased customers rapidly which affects the the increasing the mileage and transportation costs. In that case, the company need a solution that can produce route and schedule distribution capable of reducing the mileage goods distribution and transportation costs. A solution that can be used to resolve this problem is by using the Clarke-Wright Method that can produces an arrangement of routes and schedule to be passed of a vehicle in sends goods to each consumers who has committed a reservation. By using the route and schedule of the distribution of goods that are calculated from the Clarke-Wright method, it obtained result of the mileage between the calculations manually and calculation using applications decreased from 215 miles into 142 km, decreased transportation costs of Rp. 144.643,- to Rp. 91.286,- and utility vehicles increased from 87% to 98.5%.” Keywords: Distribution Route, Clarke-Wright

“In the production process orders every type of product produced or require treatment to its own peculiarities of each product use different resources. CV. Anugerah is one of the companies that manufacture a product based on orders from customers. Companies have difficulty in determining the sale price because the owner determines based on the selling price before to the determination of the selling price could be too high and too low, this could result in losses for the company. By information technology, the company needs the cost of production information systems based on standard cost which can take into account raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs that can be used as a basis in the sale price. Application of information systems can be used for the calculation of cost basis for setting standards in product selling prices, the actual cost of production, gross profit based on selling price of the standard and actual prices. Implementation and evaluation of processes, information systems are made to calculate and display Standard Cost, selling price, the actual cost price, gross profit and displays a comparison report to see the difference of each component of the cost of production.” Keywords : Cost Of Production, Standard Cost, Selling Price.

CV. Sumber Nadi Jaya as one water bottling company in Bali which have many competitors, is still experiencing difficulties in the distribution. Company’s Operational distribution practices is not beneficial because delivery is carried out in the conventional way and based on driver’s experience on the road. This often led to some customers not receiving bottled water gallon or gallon is received does not match the number of gallons for gallons routine because the number of gallon available on the vehicle is run out after distributed on previous customer. This research used a network flow method, because this method can model the distribution pattern of bottled drinking water, where it is in line with the problems discussed in this case the completed information distribution system that regulates the delivery of bottled drinking water to customers, so it can maximize delivery in a single delivery, and minimize the number of customers who do not receive a gallon of bottled drinking water. Medical imaging becomes a general need to diagnose and do acute illness surgery nowadays. However, medical imaging is not as that easy, it takes training and experience, so it is not surprising that the radiologist must have a greater ability in conducting and interpreting imaging procedures than any other clinical personnel. Therefore, the availability of radiologists to afford the needs of the hospital in giving radiology interpretation services becomes important and becomes the main attention at the moment, especially for the Emergency Department in providing emergency medical services at night and holidays. Radiologist availability problems can be overcome if there is a system that allows radiologists can still perform medical analysis without having to come directly to the medical center location. Teleradiology applications can give solution to this problem. With this teleradiologi module, hospital that has used MedInfo Storage Server can manage the problem of lack of availability of radiologists, especially in the evenings and holidays. Teleradiology module integration with the PACS server can answer the needs of medical service center to support diagnosing digital medical image data. Keywords: DICOM, PACS, teleradiology

Performance appraisal is the one of way to know how far they give their best performance to their company. In this current time, the performance appraisal at GGF & Country Club Surabaya which only do by the manager have less of objectivity. Except that, there are no process for observation and evaluate the result of performance appraisal which make the company feel difficult to know about the employee’s development. 360-Degree method is the one of performance appraisal method which have the focus point for the rater. The appraisal haven’t done only by the manager, but also do by their subordinates, their peers, and also by their self. The result from this process will be easy to do the observation in the graphic format. The evaluation will be given by the company based on the value’s representation which shown by the graphic of performance appraisal’s result. With the function of Monitoring and Evaluation Information System Based On 360-Degree Appraisal Method, hopefully the appraisal will have the higher of objectivity because the result already given by many rater surround the rate. Except that, with the monitoring process make the company easy to know the increase or decrease from their employee’s performance to give the evaluation. Fuel Retail Marketing Regional V is one of the functions contained in the PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya where the his job to handle the retail marketing of fuel through a dealer institutions like Gas Station. Gas Station itself is deemed necessary to make corrections and special attention, because the Gas Station is the tip of the marketing of fuel directly into contact with end customers. So it is not uncommon Pertamina executives require information that is useful, accurate and fast. However, based on surveys and interviews the author carried out, the information is up to the executive takes a long time. This is partly due to the difficulty that function at the time of data collection, because the source data has not been well organized and still-separated between each other, the recording is still done manually as well as the lack of executive support facilities needs for information. The right solution to solve this problem is to create an Executive Information System application. With the establishment of an Executive Information System Pertamina gas station is intended to help provide information needed by the executive Pertamina to analyze or monitor the development of gas stations in the city of Surabaya is faster and more focused through the report in the form of graphs or tables that can drilldown into a more specific level, so that the information received can be more easily understood and can see detailed information. PT. Surya Prima Perkasa is a big medicine distributor company which is spread all over Indonesia. Sales as a team that handles the sales transaction data of medicines have not done well and still use excel to record the transaction. Sales transaction data will be used Parts Sales to determine how many medicine orders for the next periods. However, these sales estimates sometimes have quite a big difference from the actual sales numbers, since the prediction does not use a certain formula and do not take into account sales forecasting errors.Application of sales forecasting with Exponential Smoothing and Single Moving Averages method are applications that can help PT. Prima Surya Perkasa to determine the number of total sales in the next periods. Exponential Smoothing forecasting methods will take into account average (smoothing) the data of the past exponentially by repeating calculations continuously using the latest data. Single Moving Averages are used to forecast the next periods, as well as cope with the trend better.In this application, Exponential Smoothing and Single Moving Averages methods are used to predict the amount sales for the next periods. Then the results from both methods were compared using statistical tests, where the accepted method is feasible for use forecasting.To determine the quality of orders in the future using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Based on trial results that have been done can be concluded that the application is made to provide information to support decisionof Managerin determining the amount of medicine ordering. Car thefts lately very prevalent both intensity and location of events that makes PT. Meaning of Various Business Ambassadors become restless for delivery of goods. In general, only the form of car security alarm installation and assembly has been widely known existence. While it never developed a tracking system and vehicle safety position, which can be accessed online and can not be monitored by cell phone or mobile phones (HP) as it also requires a monthly fee for the expenditure rates can make the monitoring of vehicles that have been provided by several companies that providing mobile tracking service. PT. Various meanings Ambassador Enterprises need a tool and application that can monitor the vehicle position and disable the ignition remotely. Then designed and built a Car Security System Based Geographic Information Systems, Car Security System for which it can monitor the vehicle remotely and provide a sense of security on the company´s automobile operations. The system is based Geographic Information System (GIS) where the system that include a map to determine the existence of such vehicles are seen on the map using the Google Maps API.
